Abstract

This study’s primary goals were to look at the antecedent factors influencing customer satisfaction (service quality, food quality, physical environment quality, price fairness, and brand image) and then evaluate the causality between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fast-food restaurant segment. In this research, 480 questionnaires were delivered to six brand fast-food restaurant customers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, using a self-administered questionnaire method and a convenience sampling methodology, leaving 403 (=83.95 percent) of the total sample size viable for this research. The acquired data were then analyzed utilizing the statistical software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 26 Graphics in accordance with structural equation modeling (SEM) and qualitative approaches. Before conducting SEM, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to check the data's goodness-of-fit to the model, convergent and discriminant validity, and indicator and composite reliability. It was revealed that except for the service quality and the physical environment quality, brand image was shown to be the most significantly positive antecedent of consumer satisfaction, followed by food quality and pricing fairness. Customer satisfaction then affected the amount of customer loyalty. The study findings made significant advances to current theories and management implications, specifically when assessing success determinants in fast-food restaurants.

Abstract

The increase in stock prices is strongly influenced by dividends per share, earnings per share, return on investment, and price book value. The data collection technique in this study uses financial report data from all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018, which are 131 companies and uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study both partially and simultaneously show that Dividend Per Share (DPS) has an influence on stock prices which can explain that the greater the dividends distributed by the company, the direct impact on the increase in the company's share price. 2) There is a significant effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices. 3) The negative effect of Return on Investment (ROI) on stock prices illustrates that the profit information obtained by the company for each company's total assets is not necessarily responded to by investors with high stock prices. 4) The influence of Price Book Value (PBV) indicates that the value of the company perceived by investors will be in line with the increase in the company's stock price. The contribution of the four dependent variables to stock prices is 86.8% and 3.2% can be explained by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Share Price, Dividend Per Share (DPS), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Investment (ROI), Price to Book Value (PBV)

Abstract

It has become commonplace in society there is muamalah buying and selling. The same is true in rural communities. The reflection of the attitude of the people who are still innocent sometimes becomes a problem in the complex problems of life. Among the muamalah that often become legal problems are cases of buying and selling land because the practice of buying and selling is carried out by the community only based on mutual trust without being supported by the correct administrative process. This study intends to describe the practice of buying and selling land that started from a buying and selling of mutual trust which later became a dispute over a lawsuit filed against the law in the Mungkid District Court in the perspective of Islamic law. The research method is qualitative paradigm research with a case study approach. The location of this research is in Demangan Hamlet, Kebonrejo Village, Salaman District, Magelang Regency. Sources of data were obtained using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. After being analyzed, the researcher concluded that there had been four transactions in one land object which was broken up, of which three transactions were legal according to Islamic law, while the fourth transaction was invalid because it included buying and selling gharar.

Technological developments, competitive economics climate and demanding competition have led the investment industry to experienced rapid and continuous development in the last few decades. Some of the rapid and continuous key developments are transformation in financial microstructures, development of investment strategies, the progression in computing capacity and the new trend of the investment performance of pioneers in algorithmic traders surpassing that of the human, discretionary investors (Jansen, Stefan 2017) These four key factors have driven the investment company and hedge fund to develop algorithmic trading methods even further to achieve a more stable and reliable profit over time. Therefore, to manifest aforementioned concerns, this research will conduct the process of building hybrid machine learning in Dow Jones Industrial Average stocks by using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) Method to improve the investment profitability using phyton programming language. The Result of this research shows that the prediction made by the software has acceptable rate of errors. The several measurements of errors used are namely, Median Absolute Error, Mean Absolute Percentage Error and Median Absolute Percentage Error.
