Abstract

Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) adalah payung institusi bagi Pusat Penelitian (Puslit) dan Pusat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM). Sebagai lembaga yang menaungi Puslit dan PPM maka LPPM mengemban tugas serta mengorganisasi pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Disamping itu LPPM juga bergerak dalam lingkup pengembangan manajemen data dan informasi bagi pimpinan Institut dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan kelembagaan. Pada LPPM IT Telkom Purwokerto memiliki suatu Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat (SIPMAS).Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Masyarakat (SIPMAS) adalah sistem informasi yang mengelola pengaduan masyarakat pada lembaga pelayanan pengabdian masyarakat di IT Telkom Purwokerto. SIPMAS sebagai salah satu sarana pelayanan civitas akademika harus memiliki tingkat kematangan yang tinggi. Namun pada sistem ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam memberikan pelayan. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut kita dapat mengukur kematangan tersebut dengan melakukan proses audit. Standar yang banyak digunakan oleh organisasi bertaraf internasional sebagai framework proses audit adalah Standar Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3. Penelitian ini, melakukan audit Sistem Informasi Pengabdian Masyarakat (SIPMAS), dari sisi Infrastruktur dengan domain service design. Proses penilaiannya, dilakukan dengan menggunakan service maturity framework. Hasil pengukuran nilai kematangan pada SIPMAS di LPPM IT Telkom Purwokerto secara keseluruhan berada pada level 3 yaitu defined.

Abstract

Abstract Data from the Yogyakarta Regional National Survey and Mapping Coordinating Board (Bakosurtanal), disasters that often occur in Yogyakarta are landslides, droughts, tornadoes.In this study, the modeling of potential landslides in the Gunung Kidul area of Yogyakarta has been carried out using GIS analysis and scoring and weighting methods with reference to PU Candy No. 22 /PRT /M /2007 concerning the Guidelines for Landslide Disaster Prone Areas and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results were in the form of Three Zoning landslide prone areas, namely high potential found in three Hamlets namely Kacangan Hamlet Hargomulyo Village located at N 42º E, Kedok Ploso N 186º E Hamlet, and Kembang Village Nglegi Hamlet N 160º E based on vulnerability maps landslides processed based on Permen PU No. 22 / PRT / M / 2007. While the Medium Zone is located in Karangduwet Hamlet, Ngalang Village N 95º E. The low vulnerability zone is located in Duwet Hamlet, Ngalang Village N 4º E. Criteria in the study area include lithology: 0,250, slope: 0,053, groundwater condition 0,304, soil structure: 0,161 , land cover: 0.102 and relative reief: 0.131 all criteria determination is based on landscape hazard evaluation factor (LHEF) which is processed based on AHP method and map overlay technique.

Abstract

Tingkat perkembangan model pendukung keputusan dari bidang medis, bidang bisnis, bidang ketahanan pangan ataupun bidang lain menunjukan adanya perkembangan model. Pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada suatu unitersitas sudah lama dilakukan tetapi melihat kondisi sumber daya manusia pada suatu universitas. Kondisi tersebut menggunakan model keputusan berbobot tetapi menggunakan konsep diskret. Model keputusan diambil secara diskret akan sangat merugikan karyawan pada institusi tersebut. Penggunaan ambang batas penilaian dengan konsep perankingan mengklasifikasikan kedalam 4 kategori rangking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalis konsep diskret sehingga karyawan dapat  bijak menerima keputusan bagian biro sumber daya manusia universitas. Pada sistem dibangun ini input berupa kriteria penilaian telah ditetapkan oleh pihak Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas. Input tersebut diantaranya jam kerja, kedisiplinan, kualitas laporan (propeka), loyaliyas, dan pelayanan. Bobot dihitung menggunakan konsep fuzzy model tsukamoto. Model dapat merepresentasikan dengan baik. Karena Hasil pengujian dapat divalidasi sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan dari Biro Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas.

Abstract

abstract: Sandy Shop is a store that is engaged in the sale of men's clothing. The business was established one year after the first child of the couple Mr. Ikhfan and Ms. Erniwati, precisely in 1999, and the name of the shop itself was taken from the name of their first child, Sandy Ervan Kurniawan. The sales system that occurs at Sandy Shop is that consumers come to the store to find and select items to buy. In doing marketing, only through conversation from person to person. Another problem is the sales process that is only centered in the city of Sawahlunto, making customers outside the city find it difficult to buy the product and to manage sales data Sandy Shop uses the conventional method of using a sales notebook. Based on interviews with Sandy Shop owners, the majority of clothing stores in the city of Sawahlunto have not used internet media as an alternative means of promotion. With the existence of the Web E-Shop at Sandy Shop, it is expected to provide convenience to the public to make purchases/orders for products without having to come to the store, and expand marketing and increase consumer confidence. The method used in the development of e-shop web systems is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method and the software used to design and design the PHP programming language, MySQL database, Notepad ++, and XAMPP text editors. Abstrak: Toko Sandy merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian khusus pria. Usaha ini didirikan satu tahun setelah anak pertama dari pasangan Bapak Ikhfan dan Ibu Erniwati yaitu tepatnya pada tahun 1999, dan nama toko itu sendiri diambil dari nama anak pertama mereka yaitu Sandy Ervan Kurniawan. Sistem penjualan yang terjadi di Toko Sandy adalah konsumen datang ke toko untuk mencari dan memilih barang yang akan dibeli. Di dalam melakukan pemasaran, hanya melalui perbincangan dari orang ke orang. Masalah lainnya adalah proses penjualan yang hanya berpusat di Kota Sawahlunto membuat pelanggan yang berada di luar kota merasakan kesulitan apabila ingin membeli produk tersebut, dan untuk mengelola data penjualan Toko Sandy menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan buku catatan penjualan. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pemilik Toko Sandy, mayoritas toko pakaian yang ada di kota Sawahlunto belum menggunakan media internet sebagai sarana promosi alternatif. Dengan adanya Web E-Shop pada Toko Sandy diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pembelian/pemesanan produk tanpa harus datang ke toko, serta memperluas pemasaran dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem web e-shop adalah metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan software yang digunakan untuk merancang dan mendesain yaitu bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, text editor Notepad++, dan XAMPP.

Abstract

Information technology governance (IT Governance) in companies has an important role in maximizing information technology that has been implemented at the University. However, IT governance can have several problems due to IT being only a concern of the technical team because it does not get the attention of top management. Without good IT governance various problems will arise. The EDM domain (Evaluate, Direct, Monitor) is one of the COBIT 5 tools, which is to measure the level of capability of the governance process. This study aims to analyze and assess the IT governance process using COBIT 5 tools on the EDM domain (evaluate, direct, monitor) with the Self Assessment method with a case study of the Peradaban University. The results of the assessment using the capability level COBIT 5 approach indicate that PUKSI of Peradaban University has a capability level at Level 1 for the EDM01 process because process performance is not planned and not monitored, nor are the resources and information needed to carry out processes not identified, provided, allocated, and used. So that IT governance is not maximally used.

Abstract

Cybercrime continues to increase and innovate along with the rapid development of internet and more easily accessible everywhere. Most business organizations have used the internet for its operations so that the use of browsers is a necessity to support work. So that the browser also adjusts to improve security on the user's side so that information accessed by users cannot be known by other users. Browzar is a browser that answers these challenges, where Browzar can run without having to be installed on the computer and automatically deletes information generated by the use of the browser itself. However, these advantages become a challenge for investigators because these advantages can be exploited by cybercriminals to eliminate, minimize existing digital evidence. This study intends to analyze and find digital evidence in criminal cases using Browzar with Live Forensic. Digital evidence is obtained using dumpit for data acquisition and forensic volatility memory and winhex to analyze data and information on RAM. Results of the study were able to obtain information that could be used for digital evidence on Browzar web browser, namely URL history, account used log in, namely username and password, timestamp, that is, the user access time to a web page.
