Health insurance from the government, known as Askes, was renamed BPJS. One of the residents of Indonesia are students who take part in the program. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of students becoming users of health insurance. Method This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological design, data obtained through in-depth interviews. Stages of analysis Data obtained by in-depth interviews can be analyzed the process of data analysis with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The study population was 15 nursing student respondents. The results showed that there were 8 themes: 1) Health Insurance Services 2) Welfare 3) Hospital Costs 4) Social Health Insurance 5) Economic Problems 6) Time 7) Increase 8) Pain. The conclusion of this study is that students consider that current health services were not good, for example long waiting times and health insurance have an influence on welfare and the economy.

Hypertensive elderly influences body balance that affects their ability to mobilize. Therefore, this condition can improve a risk for falling. The aimed of this study was to analyzed the relationship between mobilization ability and risk for fall among elderly with hypertension in Tresna Werdha Social Services (PSTW) Bondowoso. A cross sectional design was conducted among 47 elderly using total sampling. A self-administered questionnaire was used to measure sociodemographic of elderly, while Elderly Mobility Scale (EMS) was performed to measure mobilization ability and Morse Falls Scale was performed to measure risk for fall. The relationship mobilization ability and risk for fall was analysed using Chi Square test. The result showed that among 47 elderly were 49,8% of independent and 46,8% of low risk for falling. There were significantly relationship between mobilization ability and risk for fall (X2 = 14,674; p = 0.001). The conclusion of this study, there is a relationship between mobilization ability and risk of fall among elderly. Therefore, elderly should be active in physical activities to reduce the risk of falling.

The aging process which happens in elder people has effects on blood pressure. The well maintenance of blood pressure will impact on elder people’s daily activities, included in increasing spirituality. This is the one factor which can control over blood pressure. This research uses cross sectional design with purposive sampling method which had been implemented for 70 elder people and got 33 respondents. Data were collected by giving questionnaire such as elder people charactheristic, Daily Spiritual Experimental Scale (DSES) and Sphygnomanometer used to measure blood pressure. Chi-Square Test by 0,05 significance values is examined as data analysis. The result indicates that the average value of spirituality level is Md 39 + 36-47,5 and the average value of blood pressure level is 160,52 systole and 97,09 diastole. Thus, the results also reveals relationship betwen spirituality level and blood pressure (p value 0,002). This study significance shows that the higher level of spirituality is, the easily elder people manage blood pressure. Therefore, elder people living in nursing home should increase the spirituality level or their religion to control blood pressure.

Teenagers are a transition from children to adults who have a lot of changes,it causes teens to experience psychological stress. The factors that influence psychosocial stress are living conditions, school environment, family economic status, relationships with others, unplanned events and habits. This study aim to determine the description of psychosocial stress and the factors that influence it in students at SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. The total respondents were 101 respondents using accidental sampling.. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire from Holmes and Rahe and analyzed using univariate.. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate psychosocial stress (47.5%). Respondents who experienced the condition of the living environment factors were 51.5%, the state of the school environmental factors were 50.5%, family economic status factors were 37.6%, relationship factors with other people were 49.5%, unplanned incidence factors were as many as 31,7% and habit 2,% showed psychosocial stress. The researcher concluded that the majority of respondents experienced moderate psychosocial stress with the most influencing factor is the state of the environment in which they live. This research recommends adolescents to add information and add insight about psychosocial stress and the factors that influence it and can prevent it.

Verbal bullying is a common bullying and it can be a trigger for other bullying. Study aims of study to determine the description of verbal bullying behavior in elementary school students. Design of this study used a literature review. There are some tools used to find related articles such as google scholar, PubMed, Plos One, and science direct with the keywords verbal bullying and elementary school students in 2016-2020 period. The research was conducted in 6 different countries such as Australia, Philippines, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey and Spain. Majority of respondents who took part in the study were female (51%), grade 3 (31.5%) with age range of 8-9 years (25%). The results of the description of the prevalence of verbal bullying showed that there were more victims of verbal bullying (95.1%) with female students as victims (55.9%). A common form of verbal bullying is insulting or humiliating (30.7%). The assumption they bully is because of the physical appearance/smell of their friends (49.9%). The impacts that occurs on students as victims of verbal bullying: decrease in learning achievement (40%); poor mental health (40%). Verbal bullying can impacts school-age children to experience decreased learning achievement and poor mental health.

Excessive smartphone use has a higher risk of sleep disturbances and affects a person’s sleep quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between respondent’s characteristics and smartphone addiction to the sleep quality of adolescents at Budi Cendikia Islamic School Depok. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analytic approach and a cross sectional research design. The population is all 359 students. Sampling in this study using stratified random sampling technique with 112 respondents. The SAS-SV questionnaire was used to measure the level of smartphone addiction, while the PSQI questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality in adolescents. The statistical test used Chi Square and Mann Whitney with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the univariate statistical test showed that most of the respondents were male (52.7%), 13 years old (35.7%), had a high rate of smartphone addiction (61.6%), and poor sleep quality (70.5%). Meanwhile, the results of the bivariate statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between gender (p = 0.020) and smartphone addiction (p = 0.007) with sleep quality, but there was no significant difference between age and sleep quality (p = 0.938). This study concludes that there is a relationship between gender and smartphone addiction on students' sleep quality, but there is no relationship between age and sleep quality of students. Hence, it is necessary to limit the use of smartphones so that smartphone addiction can be minimized and sleep quality is good.”

The teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic underwent a change, previouslyitwasdoneface-to-face, now it must be done online, both learning theory and laboratory practice. Online laboratory practice learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes where students will have difficulty achieving learning outcomes because they cannot practice directly with appropriate tools. The study aims to identify the factors that affect the effectiveness of online method laboratory practices in nursing students of the Nursing Department of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, JakartaIII.This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach,with Chi- Square analysis, simple and multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 143 respondents. The questionnaire was developed by researchers and validity and reliability tests have been carried out. The results of this study indicate that students' motivation and learning method scontribute 1.74 times to the success of online laboratory practical learning. It is necessary to readiness of lecturers in making practical learning media online methods and readiness of students to change learning patterns from face to face to online.

The elderly period is a time when the elderlies complain about various kinds of problems that are felt due to their deteriorating body condition. One of the problems experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Apart from being influenced by setbacks, it is also influenced by the lack of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the family in caring for the elderly, so that it has an impact on the increasing cases of hypertension in the elderly. To control this condition, someone who has the ability and willingness to treat elderly hypertension is needed. This study aims to obtain an overview of the effect of the Parental Assistance Model Training which is: Energetic (Energik), Willing to help (Mau membantu), Active (Aktif), and Patience (Sabar) (POT EMAS) on increasing the ability of elderly cadres in caring for elderly people with hypertension. The research method used is a Quasi experiment without control group design. The sample is elderly cadres, as many as 30 people were determined by purposive sampling technique. Statistical test using dependent t-test. The results showed that the POT EMAS Model training could have a significant effect on increasing knowledge, changing attitudes, and changing the skills of elderly cadres in caring for elderly hypertension. For this reason, the POT EMAS Model can be used as material in carrying out training or refresher for elderly cadres.

Emotional problems are a symptom of violent behavior. Interaction of nerve activity between the hypothalamus, limbic structures (amygdala and hyppocampus), and the higher cortical centers which are psychophysiological events of emotion in the human system. The purpose of this case study is to see the application of Tidal Model recovery in mental health in the provision of relaxation therapy. The search method used is a case study, and literature review. The author selects the analyzed journals to find the effectiveness of relaxation therapy against the risk of violent behavior and a journal on recovery that links therapeutic communication between nurses and patients. In the discussion of this paper, the sub-theme of therapeutic relationship between nurses and patients is found and also the self-awareness of patients who are part of the Tidal Model. By implementing relaxation therapy with the Tidal Model approach, there is a reduction in signs and symptoms in patients. Recommendations for nurses are able to become more empathetic nurses in implementing therapy and can support and encourage patient awareness in carrying out therapies that will bring patients into recovery.
