Focus and Scope The Journal of Tourism and Creativity (JTC) is purely bring a new insight on tourism. Especially on tourism policy, creative tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism management and organization, travel and tourism, leisure and recreation. And other diciplines, such as sociology of tourism, anthropology of tourism, psychology of tourism, law tourism, technology and information of tourism, geography of tourism, tourism education. It also encompases of any applied tourism, such as marine tourism, eco tourism, tourism empowernment of local community, man made tourism, agrotourism, etc.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed at finding food and beverages quality control procedures in purchasing, receiving, and stores section and find out the F & B's perception of the quality control of food and beverages products by purchasing, receiving, and stores section. The result of the research shows that the quality control procedures are carried out by purchasing and receiving is quite appropriate with the operational standards specified, as for the food control procedures by the store the result was good. Solution based is the purchasing must do more quality control on groceries, the receiving must do increase knowledge of the quality standards of food, and the store must do repair of storage space to keep the temperature and humidity.Keywords : Perception, F & B Product, Food and Beverages Quality Control

Abstract

Abstract Watu Dodol beach is one of tourism object located in Banyuwangi regency. Banyuwangi government intensively expanding Watu Dodol beach as a tourism icon. Development of tourism industry is directly able to create job opportunity for local community. If it happens, tourism activity in Watu Dodol beach can create multiplier effect that is profitable for local economic and community welfare. Technic analysis used are descriptive analysis to identify all stakeholders and Keynesian income multipliers analysis to identify multiplier effect in Watu Dodol beach. The result of this research showed that general assessment of tourist, entrepreneur, and employee toward beach condition is at medium and high level except on the management aspect. They hope that there will be a special attention from Banyuwangi government to solve that problem. The result also showed that Watu Dodol beach gives real economic impact for local community such as direct impact, undirect impact, and induction impact. Abstract

Abstract Nature tourism as the embodiment of biodiversity, natural beauty, ecosystem, ecotourism, tropical forest ecosystem, and marine ecosystem. Nature tourism can also be located in towns and villages in the form of natural landscapes of parks, rivers, gardens, rice fields, botanical gardens, zoos, campus and others. The beauty and attraction of natural attractions, can provide benefits for tourists, if managed optimally. Creativity and participation of natural tourism management, supported by juridical aspect, institutional aspect, infrastructure, budget and apparatus are in the Era of Regional Autonomy. Regional autonomy encourages collaboration and cooperation in the management of natural tourism objects based on pardigma Reinventing Government and Good governance. Therefore, the policy of regional autonomy can reduce various obstacles of management of natural attractions in autonomous regions, so that the management of natural and quality tourism objects that can be realized in the present and future. Abstract

Abstract Today tourism has projected to become a new dynamic force to encourage global economic development. In the regional authonomy era in Indonesia tourism expected to drive the growth of others sector and to expand job opportunity, especially in creative industry. In connection with this expectation and from the reality that are several kind of tourism atractions found in different region in Indonesia, then consequently the policy of tourism development must be based on the need of community, especially local people. The concept of tourism-based community development is one of best choice for Indonesia to involve local people in the developing and managing tourism dynamic in a manner creative. Indonesia have to change the orientation of tourism development from recreative tourism to creative tourism, and it can be encourage of creativepreneur adn tourismpreneur. Abstract

Abstract The challenges and constraints faced by tourism in Indonesia such as issues related to infrastructure, human resources and environmental protection need to be overcome and handled appropriately and properly. More importantly, in today’s trade liberalization era, Indonesia must also have prepared itself to deal with it, especially liberalization of trade in tourism services, both at global and regional tingkat. Therefore, it is imperative that the Government of Indonesia make every possible attempt and devise good strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the tourism sector. The cooperation related to tourism are also very necessary between stakeholders from relevant agencies, those in the tourism business and the community living around the tourist areas. Not least the importance of cooperation between Indonesia with ASEAN countries and international organizations concerned with tourismhave to be done in order to create a positive impact on sustainable tourism in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: Investment of people capacity in local community seems tobe essential for the advancement of tourism development. The income growth of the local community depends on the extent of cappacity achieved by the local community. The more powerful the local community is, the more capable the local community to exploit the arrival of vissitors. Viewed from community building approach, the fisical develomment of tourism destination should be precided by building internal capacity of the local communitywhich includes various dimensions: community leadership, community participation, the communitystructure, skill and knowledges, resourse mobillisation and the power of community and external supports.
