Abstract

Kegiatan proyek sebagai lahan usaha industri konstruksi memiliki karakteristik khusus yang membedakannya dengan  kegiatan operasional.  Kondisi  ideal  bagi pelaksana konstruksi yaitu  ketika  seluruh  komponen kontrak konstruksi dengan pengguna jasa diuraikan secara jelas dalam surat perjanjian, syarat umum kontrak, syarat khusus kontrak, spesifikasi ekternal, gambar rencana, dan daftar kuantitas. Sebagaimana bagian dari proses Manajemen Proyek, perencanaan dan pengendalian yang baik belum menjamin terwujudnya efektivitas sasaran proyek. Terjadinya perubahan pekerjaan pada proyek konstruksi dapat memberikan dampak negatif secara langsung dan tidak langsung, bagi kontraktor maupun bagi pemilik. Dampak perubahan pekerjaan secara langsung adalah penambahan biaya item pekerjaan karena adanya volume dan material, konflik jadwal pelaksanaan, pekerjaan ulang, meningkatnya overhead dan meningkatnya biaya tenaga kerja. Analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa faktor teknis, faktor administrasi dan faktor personil yang menyebabkan terjadinya addendum mempunyai  pengaruh  terhadap efektivitas pencapaian sasaran proyek Kata-kata Kunci: addendum, efektivitas sasaran proyek

Abstract

In dry season Tarokan Sub-district of Kediri, often suffers from drought, so a small dam (embung) was required. The objectives of the study are to determine the dimension of the dam, its spillway and to analyze its stability. The required data were of rainfall, topographic maps, soil, and population.The initial design was hydrologic analysis by finding out the planned discharge Q50 and determining the water volume of inflow. To determine the effective catchment ponds, capacity analysis using topographical data and comparing the volume of water available. And analysis of spillway to determine the flood water level.The analyses result, the amount of the water needs of a population of 258.854.400m3, and the magnitude of the draft Q50 discharge of in 4.027 m3/sec (The  room  for  sediment  is  29,234.9 m3  at  elevation  1 m from the bottom of the pool); 390,000m3 effective capacity at +131.75 elevation, and flood water level at +132.75 elevation. The dimension of embung main dam is 6 m deep; embung crest at +133.00 elevation ; 3m wide embung crest ; 1:3 upstream slope; 1 : 2.25 downstream slope ; 10 m wide spillway channel 1 : 1 slope of wall of spillway channel ; and crest of spillway at +131.75. Abstract

One of the factors causing the cracking of rigid pavement surfaces for roadways is the occurrence of tensile stresses due to vehicle wheel loads that exceed the tensile stresses of the concrete, if not handled immediately will affect the service life of pavement construction.This research is conducted to get alternative solution from pavement construction problem, that is damage before end of service period. One of the efforts that can be done is to make a model of pavement construction that can reduce the tensile stress on the underside of the concrete plate by adding a stiffening block on the underside of the concrete plate for road pavement. The results of this study are expected to be one form of innovation from rigid pavement construction that can be applied in Indonesia.  On the basis of this then the researchers took the title "Performance Pavement Pavement Construction Model with the Confession Block".The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the addition of the stiffening block on the pavement construction model with the stiffening block, compared to the pavement model without the stiffening block, in terms of the number of load repetitions and the cracking patterns occurring on the surface of the concrete plate.Pursuant to result of research with experimental method on pavement model with size of width 50 cm, length 50 cm and thickness 3 cm. Data obtained that the performance of pavement model with the stiffening block, able to reduce crack width by 41.82%. Maximum load repetition on pavement model with Type I block 31.33% higher than the maximum load repetition on pavement model without stiff block (Type II). The damage patterns that occur in Type I pavement models, beginning with cracks in the corners, followed by cracking in the middle until the plate is split. For the Type II pavement model, the crack occurs at an angle, and immediately splits.Keywords: rigid pavement, loop load, surface crack, compressive strength

Abstract

The  project was undertaken by CV. Dwi Mulya Jaya with the contract price of IDR. 9,431,000,000.00 on 150 calendar days. An alternative project planning was in need to complete the project on time, cost, and qualityThe project planning included; 1) site layout; 2) traffic managemnet; 3) implementation method; 4) scheduling; 5) cost; 6) quality and 7) safety.Technical drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantity, and work unit price of Mojokerto 2016 were needed. Microsoft Exel 2013 and Microsoft Project 2007 were employed to determine the project price and scheduling.The planning results in: 1) direction kit in the front of the project, on the right side; 2) one-gate system; 3) two-zone system and cast-in-situ method; 4) on 147 calendar days; 5) at IDR 8,188,864,607.06; 6) the quality meeting the specification and Standard Operational Procedure; 7) applying safety rules on  Mondays.  Keywords: project planning, site layout, implementation method.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi erat sekali dengan jadwal kerja yang padat bagi pekerjanya sebagai sumber daya utama dalam sebuah pencapaian proyek. Situasi proyek yang dinamis dengan mobilitas tinggi dapat memicu ancaman kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi setiap saat bagi pekerja selama jam kerja. Selain kondisi internal pekerja, kecelakaan dapat disebabkan oleh karakteristik lingkungan proyek. Monitoring keselamatan pekerja konstruksi diperlukan untuk menghindarkan pekerja konstruksi dari potensi kecelakaan akibat adanya bahaya dari karakteristik proyek konstruksi seperti lubang pada lantai (hole/opening) dan sisi tepianyang terbuka (unprotected side). Karakteristik proyek yang membahayakan pekerja konstruksi dapat dikendalikan dengan upaya penggunaan peralatan keselamatan kerja sehingga kemungkinan kejadian kecelakaan dapat diminimalkan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah model sistem monitoring keselamatan pekerja konstruksi guna mencegah kecelakaan konstruksi. Pendekatan fuzzy logic adalah pilihan yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam analisa karena penilaian masalah keselamatan kerja merupakan salah satu pembahasan yang bersifat kualitatif sehingga lebih sulit diukur secara tepat dalam sebuah angka yang pasti. Identifikasi karakteristik proyek yang menyebabkan kecelakaan menghasilkan variabel input berupa tinggi jatuh, jarak hazard dan sistem proteksi yang digunakan pada proyek. Nilai pada variabel input diubah ke dalam bahasa linguistik untuk proses fuzzifikasi. Pendekatan knowledge based digunakan untuk proses inferensi yang dituangkan dalam aturan-aturan fuzzy untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai pengambilan keputusan dengan output tunggal yakni tingkat bahaya kecelakaan yang dialami pekerja konstruksi ketika bekerja. Hasil pendekatan dapat menunjukkan tingkat bahaya yang dapat terjadi sesuai dengan kondisi karakteristik proyek tempat pekerja beraktivitas sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pencegahan kecelakaan konstruksi. Kata-kata Kunci: fuzzy logic, monitoring keselamatan, pekerja konstruksi

Abstract

The estuary of River Sibelis is vessel traffic modes of fishermen and the risk rob flooding. The estuary of River Sibelis (STA 0+00 – STA 0+373) project employed some heavy equipment to undertake the project. The purpose of  find out the needs of heavy equipment, productivity of heavy equipment, the duration of work and heavy equipment operational cost. The required data were of layouts, cross sectional drawings of the river estuary, and specifications of heavy equipment. Microsoft Excel program was applied for the calculation and the schedule using method Barchart.The implementation results are as follow: 1) exavating sediment on 29 work days using 1 unit of crane barge in productivity of 80.8 m3/h at Rp. 1.120.384.700,- ; 2) excavating sediment on 16 work days using 2 units of backhoe, 2 units of barge, and 1 unit of tug boat in productivity of 48 m3/h at Rp.351.309,- ; 3) setting sheet pile on 33 work days using 2 units of crawler crane, 1 unit of diesel hammer, 1 unit of tug boat, and 2 units of barge in productivity of 11 m/h at Rp. 805.385.500,-; at total cost project of  Rp. 2.846.349.000,- on  63 work days. Keywords: heavy equipment, productivity, time, cost

Abstract

Genting is a utility roof materials above the building that serves as a protective weather and channeling rain water that was on it down. Alternative yangb concrete tiles is done more efficiently without the combustion process. Kelud the ash sand fly bergradai to the distance, in other words the farther the distance of the small grain diameter at a given radius. The heat caused by the Volcanic magma, ash makes Kelud Sand has a high water absorption, but will have saturated and rejected, resulting in bledding. By mixing sand times as a species, then an increase hidroulis and mechanical properties of an ideal mix ratio. From the experiment results for the compressive strength of the mixture 2: 2: 1 is stronger ie max 108.00 kg /cm2, a mixture of 3: 2: 1 compression stress value obtained sbesar 64.00 kg /cm2 and the mixture of 4: 2: 1 obtained compressive stress value of 24.00 kg /cm2. As for the bending stress fracture to a mixture of 2: 2: 1 max values obtained at 33.5 kg / cm2and for a mixture of 3: 2: 1 max values obtained at 23.33 kg /cm2 while for mixture 3: 2: 1 obtained value max of 5.33 kg /cm2, and water absorption in the saturated surface dry condition for a mixture of 2: 2: 1 obtained 10.23%, water absorption in the saturated surface dry condition for a mixture of 3: 2: 1 obtained 11.82 %, water absorption on the condition of saturated surface dry to mix 4: 2: 1 obtained 12.81%,. Then for mains water tembur can be seen in the discussion section, but can be inferred to mix 2: 2: 1 is more dense because Crystal showed a copy with a little water and a relatively dry and to a mixture of 4: 2: 1 indicates a copy with softer water crystals and evenly with a small diameter, both assessed at the time of maximum concentration, while for the mixture 3: 2: 1 is more porous at the same time. Abstract

The subgrade used for road construction should have a good bearing capacity, because the loads applied on the road construction are static and dynamic loads. If the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value low so the subgrade of bearing capacity is not good. The purpose is to get the results of physical of the original soil, get the value of CBR laboratory of the original soil, get the CBR laboratory that has been stabilized using lime and rice husk ash, find out the optimum needs of lime and rice husk ash.Four original soil samples each of lime and rice husk had to go through an experiment by using 5%, 8%, 10% and 12% of lime and rice husk ash.  The experiment results in water content w = 58.12%, weight of the soil γt= 1.44 grm/cm3, specific gravity Gs=2.11, Liquid Limit LL = 67.28%, Plastic Limit PL=54.06%, Plasticity Index =13.21%, maximum dry matter weight = 1.342 gr/m3 CBR= 5.13% physical properties of original soil; medium plasticity properties; 10% maximum CBR value at 69.046% lime; 10% maximum CBR value at 8.476% rice husk ash. Keywords: lime, rice husk ash, stabilization, CBR

Abstract

Hashim Asyari Street Intersection - Arief Margono Street Malang City is one of the intersections in Malang City with high traffic volume. Based on observations in the field during peak hours (peak hour) at the intersection often there is a long queue due to the amount of traffic volume exceeds the capacity of the intersection. The impact of a long queue one of which is the increase in vehicle operating costs. This study aims to calculate the vehicle operating costs in the existing conditions. The data needed for analysis includes intersection geometric data, traffic volume, side barriers, speed, population of Malang, etc. Analysis of intersection performance based on the 1997 MKJI and operational costs using the BOK calculation method issued by Pacific Consultant International. Based on the analysis results obtained the performance of the intersection in the existing conditions are in class F. Vehicle operating costs at the time of the condition amounted to Rp 3,521,026 / hour
