Abstract

Cohesion indicates the fact that part - the part that is attached to eachother, while the plasticity is a trait that allows the form of the material was changed - edit withoutchanging the content or without returning to its original form, and without any cracks or brokens.And clay with high plasticity index has strong support low when used as a basic foundation of thehighway, so the need for soil improvement.From the above problems then this study aims to engineer clay with red brick powder in fourcomparisons. The first native land. Both the original soil mixed with red brick powder 5%. The thirdnative soil mixed with red brick powder 7.5%. The four original soil mixed with red brick powder10%. Each of these sought specific gravity, liquid limit, plastic limit and plasticity index on theoriginal soil, mixing 5%, 7.5% and 10%. From the analysis of data obtained the following conclusion:the original soil, the value amounting to 60.9 Liquid limit, plastic limit values of 42.8 and plasticityindex value of 18.1. The most optimal additional percentage is 7.5%. And Plasticity Index value at7.5% is 20,31.Key words : Red brick powder, Soil Stability, Subgrade and the Road

Abstract

Sumber daya mineral merupakan salah satu kekayaan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh negara dan masyarakat. Provinsi Jawa timur salah satu propinsi yang masuk dalam bagian ring of fire sehingga memiliki potensi komoditas mineral sejumlah 31 komoditas. Neraca sumberdaya mineral merupakan salah satu alat untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan sumberdaya mineral dan konservarsi serta kelestarian fungsi lingkungan. Sumberdaya mineral terbagi menjadi empat hipotetik, tereka, terindikasi, terukur. Cadangan terbagi menjadi dua yaitu terkira dan terbukti. Pembuatan neraca sumberdaya mineral menggunakan acuan SNI 6728.4:2015. Sumberdaya yang memiliki potensi paling besar di tahun 2018 adalah batu gamping sebesar 4.360.675.461 ton. Kabupaten potensi sumberdaya mineral terbesar yaitu Kabupaten Bangkalan sebesar 3.395.753.000 ton. Komoditas oniks merupakan komoditas dengan sumberdaya terkecil sebesar 265 ton. Kabupaten yang memiliki sumberdaya terkecil adalah Kabupaten Pamekasan sebesar 100.000 ton. Komoditas yang memiliki sumberdaya diperlukan pengelolaan yang terpadu oleh dinas terkait di Propinsi Jawa Timur.   Pemanfaatan komoditas sumberdaya mineral di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2018 belum secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Produksi ketiga komotias yaitu sirtu, andesit, dan batu gamping merupakan komoditas yang selalu dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk pembangunan infrastruktur. Diperlukan penelitian lebih dalam untuk pemetaan komoditas dan izin usaha pertambangan yang mampu mendatangkan pendapatan bagi daerah.

Abstract

Pembangunan Gedung baik untuk ruko maupun Plaza yang terdiri dari 2 lantai atau lebih sedang gencar dibangun di kota Malang. Penelitian ini menganalisa kinerja pondasi tiang pancang untuk gedung dengan membandingkan beberapa dimensi penampang berdasarkan data sondir di lapangan sebagai acuan untuk mendapatkan daya dukung tanah yang baik. Jenis pondasi yang dipakai yaitu precast reinforced concrete pile dan menggunakan Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) untuk pemancangannya.Perencanaan pondasi berdasarkan data sondir untuk menentukan daya dukung tanah yang cukup baik sehingga didapat kedalaman atau panjang tiang pancang. Adapun jenis pondasi yang digunakan adalah tiang pancang penampang bujur sangkar dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) alternatif ukuran, yaitu 20/20 cm, 25/25 cm, 30/30 cm, 35/35 cm,  40/40 cm.Dari hasil analisa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya dukung tanah yang cukup baik adalah pada kedalaman 6 meter dengan daya dukung sebesar 240.238,4 kg mampu menahan beban vertikal (Qijin) sebesar 65.071, 47 Kg dan dimensi penampang tiang pancang yang efektif adalah  35/35 cm dan panjang 6 meter.Kata-kata kunci: data sondir, daya dukung, metode HSPD, dimensi, penampang

Abstract

The  project was undertaken by CV. Dwi Mulya Jaya with the contract price of IDR. 9,431,000,000.00 on 150 calendar days. An alternative project planning was in need to complete the project on time, cost, and qualityThe project planning included; 1) site layout; 2) traffic managemnet; 3) implementation method; 4) scheduling; 5) cost; 6) quality and 7) safety.Technical drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantity, and work unit price of Mojokerto 2016 were needed. Microsoft Exel 2013 and Microsoft Project 2007 were employed to determine the project price and scheduling.The planning results in: 1) direction kit in the front of the project, on the right side; 2) one-gate system; 3) two-zone system and cast-in-situ method; 4) on 147 calendar days; 5) at IDR 8,188,864,607.06; 6) the quality meeting the specification and Standard Operational Procedure; 7) applying safety rules on  Mondays.  Keywords: project planning, site layout, implementation method.

Abstract

With the vision of "Realizing Students Who Are Excellent in Achievement, Skilled, Praised in Character and Cultured in an Environment Based on Faith and Faith" SMP Negeri 22 Malang is located in the eastern area of Malang City, bordering the Malang Regency area, precisely in the hilly area of Villa Gunung Buring, Kelurahan Cemoro, the enclosure of Kedungkandang District, Malang City. This school was founded on October 20, 1999, with a land area of 5,597 m2 with a total area of 2,160 m2 consisting of 36 rooms, the number of study groups is 20 classes, each 6-7 study groups, the total number of students is 610 people and is supported by 35 educators. person. As we know above, with a large enough number of teachers, employees and students, it needs quite a lot of clean water. Whereas the water source at the school is obtained from the distribution of water from the housing whose discharge is very small, so it requires a water reservoir to accommodate water, currently the school only has a water reservoir above with a small volume capacity with a small pressure so that the water is unable to meet even though it has been assisted by a pump due to small water discharge.For this reason, the school has a plan to make an underground water reservoir with the aim of storing water which is then raised to the upper reservoir with the help of a pump, that the water reservoir planning is carried by the ground.
