Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe how policies for the establishment of people's mining areas in the Katingan district of central Kalimantan province, as well as any problems or constraints that become the policy of fixing People's mining areas in the Katingan district of central Kalimantan province. This research uses qualitative research, data sources consist of primary data sources (head of the field, head of the section, executive staff, and community). Techniques for collecting data with observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicated that: (1) Unlicensed mining activities in Katingan Regency cause environmental damage if left behind, environmental damage will become worse, from the problems of the government Formulating the people's mining area policy as a place for people working in the community. (2) With the policy of the mining area of people's mining problems without permits can be resolved and the environmental damage will be reduced while the proposed territory is certainly fast there is Potential. (3) The benefit of this policy is to increase the regional real income (PAD) of Katingan County. (4) The policy is still not able to be published until the decision of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral resources, but the territory has been proposed to the Government of Katingan Regency. (5) If this policy is still not established then the Government will make regional regulations or rules of the regent.

Abstract

Basically, the research aims to know how to form the participation of women in the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya Manuhing District of Gunung Mas District, and what are the obstacles of women in participating. The study uses qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation, interviews to women. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data feeds and drawing conclusions/verifications. The results of this research are the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya not go well, educational facilities are not yet complete and form of women's participation in the development of education in this village in the form of energy, money, and expertise. While the inhibitory factor of female participation in this village is, age, the background of education is still low, the economic level of the population is still low and lack of support facilities of their participation such as lack of educational facilities. Based on the results of this study, women should continually improve their self-esteem in order to perform many roles, especially roles in education, in addition to women together with governments, social organizations and communities in order to cooperate to build educational facilities

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and to describe the reliability of Indonesia's Healthy card service in the new Office Kameloh Sabangau District of Palangka Raya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive. Using qualitative research methods. The type of data in this study is primary data that includes social welfare officers, Lurah and the new District Community Kameloh Sabangau Palangka Raya. Secondary data comes from documentation, other data sources, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the reliability of this research service provided by the Social Welfare section of the new Kameloh village of Sabangau of Palangka Raya, still not in accordance with the expectations of society can be seen from within the ability and Reliability to provide reliable service that the village is still not able to take responsibility in completing its task. The accuracy or thoroughness of staff in serving the community or service users is still not careful and thorough. Because there are still many complaints of people or customers about the lack of accuracy and thoroughness of employees in the writing of names, in examining the community files and resolving community files

Abstract

This research aims to determine the company's perceived performance in developing SMEs and Palangka Raya, which has helped to foster the economy both regional and national levels by providing assurance To SMEs through the domiciled Bank which is continued with the general company of Indonesian credit guarantee. The study used a qualitative research approach with descriptive analytical techniques. The position of research in qualitative research, research using open interviews for the study and attitudes, views, feelings and behaviors of retail or group of people. Based on the results of the research on the credit assurance of general company Indonesia Central Kalimantan region in its performance there is a decline that resulted in not reaching the target, from the target determined both the company and the government, factors In the implementation of general corporate credit insurance from the office of Indonesia Central Kalimantan region (1). SME actors number JOURS 25.000 and stepped in the new Plut 17.000 Msers own which is a record, Adviesraad of 17.000 UMK that data by the new Plut 3.342 that changed is guaranteed. (2) from a successful company has not acted maximally to creditors in granting credit to SMEs. (3) To date, Masik UKM has constraints in developing its business and the greatest reliability that is capital. (4) Employees so far have not been able to explain the function and the role of the company in helping access credit for SMEs so that the SME actors do not know much about the guarantee company. (5) In general, many companies have constraints both external and internal and also experienced by Perum Jamkrindo, one of which is a claim payment for SMEs who suffer from business failure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much management of retribution in the tourism sector as a supporting effort in increasing Regional Original Revenue in Katingan Regency. This study uses qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary sources (Head of Service, Secretary, Head of Division, Head of Section, Employees, and Community). Techniques for collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results of the Katingan Regency Youth and Sports Agency are expected to be able to use as a reference in overcoming existing constraints so that PAD originating from regional retribution can increase. The approach method used in this study is a sociological juridical approach method, because it involves problems that are normatively regulated in legislation and also there are links with sociological variables, namely regarding that: The results of the study can be shown that the District Regulation No. 6 of 2009 that generally in accordance with Law No. 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Law number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance in the City of Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan province. The type of research used is qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The informants taken in this study were conducted using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Based on the results of research on the implementation of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning guarantee of halal products in the city of Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan province, it can be concluded that the implementation has been carried out but has not run optimally and has not provided meaningful changes to the community. The advice that researchers can give to the organizers of the guarantee policy for halal products in the city of Palangka Raya should be to collaborate more with agencies and communities so that the halal product certification policy can run properly

Abstract

Front Liner body to customer satisfaction Bank Muamalat branch Palangka Raya. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods, data collection techniques using Angket (questionnaire), the number of samples in this research is as many as 345 customers of Bank Muamalat in Palangka Raya. Sampling techniques are by means of random sampling techniques or randomized samples, the analytical techniques used to process the data are with techniques of simple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis using simple linear regression in the equation can be regression (Y = a + BX), changed known Y = 26,885 + 0205 x, then there is the influence of Bak quality to the satisfaction of Bank Muamalat customers in the city of Palangka Raya

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Compensation and Motivation has on Employee Performance in Langkai Village Office, and can find out which variables are most dominant in influencing Employee Performance. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample taken in the study saw a relatively small number of staff so that the entire population was used as samples called saturated samples. Where saturated samples are sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques with the questionnaire method. The questionnaire or questionnaire method according to Purwito is "an effort to collect information by delivering a number of written questions that are answered by the respondent". Based on the results of the research on the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance in Langkai Kota Palangka Raya Village Office namely compensation has a negative effect on the performance of Langkai City Palangka Raya Urban Village Staff, Motivation has a positive effect on Langkai Kota Palangka Raya Village Staff Performance, and simultaneously, Compensation and Motivation have an effective positive towards the Performance of Langkai City Palangka Raya Urban Village Staff. But the most dominant Motivation variable affects Performance in Langkai City Palangka Raya Village Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Village Fund Management Policies in Desatumbang Tarusan, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan District. This study uses qualitative research. The data source consists of primary sources. Techniques for collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Results Implementation of Village Fund Management Policies in Desatumbang Tarusan, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan Regency, Based on the results of research and discussion on the Implementation of Village Fund Management Policies in Tumbang Tarusan Village, Tewang Sangalang Garing Subdistrict, Katingan District based on 4 indicators: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure It can be concluded that the Implementation of Village Fund Policy in Tumbang Tarusan Village, Tewang District, Sangalang Garing, is said to have not been successful. This is because of the 4 indicators that measure the success of the implementation, only one indicator shows a success, that is, power. While Communication, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure are still not going well.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the Performance of the Tourism Sector in Destination and Tourism Industry Development at the Katingan Regency Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Agency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Where is the technique of collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis procedures, namely extracting meaning, drawing, explaining and placing data on their respective contexts. The results of the research show in this research are the Performance of Tourism in Destination and Tourism Industry Development at the Katingan Regency Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports. But the need for community participation in tourism development and the synergy of government programs and related institutions will be even better in developing tourism in Katingan Regency, because considering tourism in Katingan Regency is still virgin or still natural with objects in the form of lakes, mountains, rivers, rocks and others that are still natural.
