Abstract

This study aims (1) To map the problems of village government capacity in managing village governance, namely village development planning, village administration governance, village financial management, and village institutional strengthening. (2) Designing a new model to strengthen the capacity of village government as the main agenda for optimizing village management towards independence. The approach in this study uses a mixed method approach that prioritizes data mining through in-depth interviews, FGDs, Observation and Triangulation of data and relevant documents. This study also uses the PRA (participatory rural appraisal) approach which is assumed to be appropriate in order to solve research problems. Keywords: strengthening capacity; village government; village development The results of this study indicate that the condition of Maipem Village has a very strategic position in the mobilization pathway, natural resources that are quite potential, so that a significant effort is needed (political will) from the Government and stakeholders to develop a better Maipe Village. The description of the implementation of the Village Government is divided into four main research results, namely (1) the ability of the village government to carry out the functions of Village Administration Governance, data on Community Satisfaction with the Administrative Services Performance of Maipei Village illustrated that 43% of respondents said they were satisfied with administrative services, 20% respondents who said they were quite satisfied, as many as 17% of respondents said they were not satisfied, as many as 10% of respondents said they were very satisfied and as many as 10% of respondents said they were not satisfied. (2) The government's ability to carry out the functions of Village Development Planning has been consistent, namely carrying out the functions of development planning based on active community participation. (3) The ability of the village government to carry out the functions of village financial management still faces serious problems, namely the limited human resources both in quantity and in quality. (4) The ability of the village government to carry out the functions of strengthening village institutions is still not optimal. The main obstacle is the lack of maximum network development among fellow Maipe Village Institutions such as the PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga), KARTAR (Karang Taruna) and Community Empowerment Institutions (LPMD), adat institutions and other community institutions. The conclusion of this study is that the Maipei village government in implementing village governance after the implementation of the Village Law in 2015 showed that the village government was consistent and responsive to the Village Law. The village government draws up the RPJMDes and RKPDes according to the mechanism stipulated in the Village Law, although the new RPJMDes and RKPDes are compiled in 2017 the Maipe Village Government continues to carry out village development planning well in accordance with the mandate of the Village Law. The village financial management in the village is experiencing problems because of lack of human resources. The fact that village institutions exist in Maipe Village is still not well organized and recorded.

Abstract

Front Liner body to customer satisfaction Bank Muamalat branch Palangka Raya. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods, data collection techniques using Angket (questionnaire), the number of samples in this research is as many as 345 customers of Bank Muamalat in Palangka Raya. Sampling techniques are by means of random sampling techniques or randomized samples, the analytical techniques used to process the data are with techniques of simple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis using simple linear regression in the equation can be regression (Y = a + BX), changed known Y = 26,885 + 0205 x, then there is the influence of Bak quality to the satisfaction of Bank Muamalat customers in the city of Palangka Raya

Abstract

Betang Muda Peduli (BMP) adalah komunitas pemuda di Kota Palangka Raya yang aktif melakukan kampanye, advokasi dan pembukaan serta penyaluran donasi dari masyarakat melalui media digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih terbatasnya saluran digital yang mereka gunakan, kemudian media sosial yang mereka kelola masih belum mempunyai branding yang kuat. Aktivitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah menggunakan Zoom Meeting sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali pertemuan, kemudian pendampingan membuat website dan mendesain booklet profil komunitas serta mengolah tampilan akun media sosial agar mempunyai daya tarik yang kuat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anggota komunitas terhadap pentingnya digital branding dalam aktivitas mereka di media sosial. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan peningkatan kesadaran pada penciptaan citra positif (brand awareness) yang dibuktikan dengan tampilan akun media sosial menjadi lebih menarik. Sebagai contoh salah satu akun media sosial Instagram mengalami peningkatan jumlah pengikut (followers) karena unggahan-unggahan yang tidak hanya bersifat advokatif, tetapi juga kreatif. Nilai tambah kegiatan juga terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan komunitas Betang Muda Peduli (BMP) dalam mendesain kegiatan sosial yang bersifat kolaboratif bersama pemangku kepentingan dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan tagar secara efektif pada platform media sosial.

Abstract

The goal number 11 of the 2030 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) agreement is to make the settlement of an inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable city. The Public Works and Housing Ministry has held a program to improve the quality of urban services and community-based infrastructure, namely the Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU). This program has become one of the priorities of the Palangka Raya City since 2016. The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the implementation performance of the KOTAKU strategic program in Palangka Raya City; (2) to carry out an analysis of the collaborative process between actors in the KOTAKU program. This research is descriptive qualitative research, where data is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The study results show that the performance implementatiton of KOTAKU in Palangka Raya was successful. This can be seen from the total slum area which has been reduced significantly. The dynamics of collaboration show that the interactive cycle between principle engagement, shared motivation and capacity for joint action is going well. The CGR performance is supported by two factors, i.e: political dynamic or power relation and initiating leadership.

Abstract

Empowerment is a process to create the strength or ability of a person or some people. Taking into account this phenomenon, the empowerment of the apparatus is a strategic choice to increase the capacity and competence of the apparatus to support the performance of employees in the Katingan Regency Regional Secretariat. The author uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis methods. The results of the study on Empowerment through Education and training both in the Administrative, Technical and Leadership Fields have brought better changes, namely, not only the increased ability of the apparatus but also can improve the attitudes and behavior of the apparatus to improve performance. This is indicated by the increase in apparatuses which have training legality, both in the field of general administration, technical areas and in the field of leadership. Education provided is undoubtedly essential for employees to improve their performance so that with this education and training employees can work professionally. Empowerment carried out through employee mutations has reduced employee saturation in carrying out their duties and at the same time provides new experiences and increases employee competence in carrying out their duties. Empowerment carried out through the granting of authority and responsibility turns out to encourage employee motivation to improve performance, because in giving power is based on rationality consideration so that it can foster employee motivation to be more responsible for delegated work

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze consumers' assessment of traditional markets on the policy to revitalize traditional markets in the city of Banjarmasin, (2) Determine the assessment of the management and traders of traditional markets afterthe revitalization policies are conducted by the Government of Banjarmasin, (3) Identify the internal and external factors affecting the traditional markets in an effort to improve the competitiveness of traditional markets in the city of Banjarmasin, (4) To formulate the strategy options for improving the competitiveness of traditional markets in the city of Banjarmasin, (5) To formulate strategic priorities in an effort to improve the competitiveness of traditional markets in Banjarmasin.The results show that: (1) the performance of traditional markets in the city of Banjarmasin because the revitalization policy is not optimal; this is proven by the consumers' assessment of the marketing mix variables (marketing mix) 7P which is still low on some attributes, such as product quality factors, promotional products market traditional, traditional market traders and service, (2) the traditional-market revitalization in Banjarmasin is not optimum because it is still limited to procedural and has not touchedthe substantive aspects concerning the increased competitiveness of traditional markets, (3) the priority strategy to enhance the competitiveness of traditional markets are (a) optimizing the arrangement of traders with neat and orderly zoning systems (clusters); (b) optimizing the publication and promotional traditional-market activities post revitalization policies; (c) establishing cooperation with universities through R & D (Research and Development) of traditional markets.It is suggested that revitalization of traditional markets in the city of Banjarmasin must be comprehensive, focusing on the aspects of business management of professionalmarketing and empowerment of traditional market traders

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Quality of Services for Making Low Tide is Not Affordable in Muara Tuhup Village, Laung Tuhup Subdistrict, Murung Raya Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative. The primary data in this study as informants are employees who provide services and communities in Muara Tuhup Village. Secondary data from materials, both in the form of books, articles, scientific works, newspapers, and scientific journals. Based on the results of the research that the quality of service for making inadequate certificates in the Muara Tuhup Sub-District of Laung Tahup Subdistrict, Murung Raya Regency still has a number of things that have not been maximized from the tangible aspect of service, convenience in the service process, employee discipline, and employee service processes use tools. Furthermore, the reliability of service standards, the ability of employees to use service aids. Additionally, responsiveness (response/response) response or response in response to complaints from service users, service employees have performed services quickly and precisely which has not been maximized, served on time, and all complaints from service users have not been responded to. Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe and evaluate the collection of market restitution on PAD in the City of Palangka Raya. This study uses qualitative research methods, where researchers are more on observation, and describe the phenomenon of existing problems through words, images. The results of this study indicate that there needs to be an evaluation of the collection of market levies on regional original income (PAD) in the city of Palangka Raya. Either from the input, process, output, and outcomes. In order for the realization of Market Retribution to reach the expected target and the market contribution to regional original income (PAD) is greater.

Abstract

This research aims to families the optimization of CSR for productive activities in the effort to increase the Community's welfare in the province of Central Kalimantan. This study is done because Pemerinah aware will not be able to finance all development activities with the economic growth that is not maximized. That is the increase of government and private cooperation that is more systematic and sustainable need to be flown and optimized for misalignment through the scheme of fund-raising of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR). This study uses a qualitative method approach that is supported by quantitative data. The qualitative approach is assumed to be relevant to capture the entire stakeholder's view of CSR. The study will take East Kotawarakan regency as the object of study. East Kotawarwants Regency already has a Perda that regulates CSR and institutional of CSR Forum. The selection of the object of this study is also based on some practical considerations related to the potential availability and access to data and many of the companies in the East Kotawarwants regency in the Central Kalimantan provincial government environment. The results of this study showed the CSR policy by the East Kotawarwants District government in the implementation of weak. This is due to the lack of understanding between stakeholders in understanding good and sustainable CSR governance. The mandate from local regulation No. 21, 2014 Regency of Kotawarwant Timut about CSR is the establishment of CSR Forum. However, in its journey, the CSR forums have not been able to move flexibly due to limited employment and budget programs. So that the CSR Forum until now can not optimally bridge the government with the company related to the governance of the CSR program.
