Used goods that we no longer use will only fill the room which if we leave it will be damaged and have no use value because it consumes time. If given to someone else, the goods may still be useful and can help their lives the problem is how we find people who need our goods and vice versa. For this reason, a system is needed that can help facilitate and bring the two parties together. The effort made to make it easier for the recipient to contribute in taking the donated goods is to use the haversine method so that the recipient can consider the distance between them and the donated item. The haversine formula is an equation that uses latitude and longitude to find the distance between the two different points. By using the haversine formula, the output is the distance from the location of the party receiving the donation (current location) to the donor. Therefore, the author wants to create and design an android-based application so that it can reach many people and can make it easier for donors to donate their goods or for the recipient of donations in looking for items that have been donated.

The purpose of this research is to design applications that can be directly used by customers to help speed up the selectionof plastic products according to the criteria and desires of customers and to expand the sales area of plastic shops thathave not been reached. The method used in this study is UAT is one of the most innovative methodologies to preventIT project failure. The UAT process begins by providing documentation of business requirements, then continues withbusiness processes (workflows) or scenarios and finally tests using data. Effectiveness in testing is needed in thedevelopment of an application or information system so that the product can arrive at the user on time and according tothe user's needs. Tests carried out on the built system are divided into two mechanism tests, namely alpha testing usingthe black box method and beta testing using a Likert scale. The results obtained from this research are that this ecommerce website can be used directly by customers to help speed up the selection of rice products according to thecriteria and wishes of customers, this online sales website is also very helpful in marketing plastic products in a wide areacoverage and test results with user acceptance testing getting an average result of 94.67% it can be concluded that ECommerce is made for UD customers. Various Plastics are in accordance with user needs.

Personality or personality comes from the word Persona, a word that refers to a mask or mask. This persona has the meaning of how a person looks in front of other people. In general, the personality of a person can be seen from how they appear and give an impression to the people around them. Therefore there are many personality types in a person, from these types it is difficult to predict someone. Because you have to be able to know the characteristics that exist in the types of personality. So with that made a data mining application to predict a person's personality type. Currently, the naïve Bayes classification algorithm is one method that is quite effective to be used in predicting future opportunities using previously existing data. This is because the naïve Bayes algorithm is a classification method that is easily understood by system designers and system users. The purpose of making this data mining application is to help people find out what personality type they have.

Giri Purno Village is a village located in Rimbo Ilir District, Kab. Tebo. This village is one of the villages that receives social assistance from the government where the assistance will be passed on to people in need. The distribution of the location of the houses that receive assistance is still not available, so the coordinates of the houses receiving social assistance are needed. Therefore, we need a geographic information system in which the system contains information and the distribution of the location of houses that receive social assistance. This information system uses the Laravel framework, Laravel is a PHP framework for building a web-based system framework and uses the leafletjs library as a tool for displaying maps and Open Street Map as the base map used. The research method used is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is the earliest SDLC approach used for software development. This research resulted in a Geographic Information System that is capable of managing social assistance beneficiary data, RT data, social assistance beneficiary criteria and can visualize social assistance beneficiary location points on maps spread across Giri Purno Village. In addition, there are also details of recipients of social assistance as well as the route to the recipient's house.

TOEFL is one of the most frequently used international standardized tests for registering for masters and doctoral degrees, seeking study scholarships or for promotions. Unfortunately, there are still many students and employees who still experience difficulties in taking the TOEFL test. This is what then becomes the reason for them to take English courses, especially to prepare themselves for preparing the TOEFL test. Yogyakarta, which has the title of "Student City", has many campuses and many English courses that offer the TOEFL Preparation Course. There are many types of TOEFL formats and many TOEFL Preparation Programs are offered by English courses in Yoggyakarta. The TOEFL Preparation courses has various programs including different price, teacher competencies, and facilities. In this study, the ORESTE method was used to help the people determining the best course according to its ranking. This method is one of the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods used to find alternatives using predetermined criteria and preference weights. The criteria used are price, instructor, materials, facilities and location. The results showed that the best TOEFL course ranking/order alternative was A16 with a preference score of 3.9425 and the course with the lowest score was A4 with a score of 9.878177.

Improving services to facilitate the management and monitoring of billing and payment of SPP (Education Development Contribution) in educational institutions must get serious attention because the quality of educational institutions is greatly influenced by the availability of adequate payment management. The research method used in application development uses the waterfall method. The application developed is web-based using the Laravel 9 framework with a combination of design with boostrap so that it is more responsive and uses the Mysql database. The results of the developed application are able to assist the treasurer and student guardians in managing, provide convenience for students and parents in making payments online, reduce the need to queue at physical payment counters, save time and energy, make it easier for treasurers and parents to track payment history, can verify transactions that have been made and ensure that no payment transactions are left behind, make it easier for schools to manage financial recording processes and payment processing to be more organized and controlled quickly.

The use of Instagram too often can have an impact on the mental health of its users. Mental health that is not good requires early treatment so that it does not have a widespread impact on other health. Mental illness requires a professional to treat it as an effort to prevent a disease from getting worse. However, the stigma attached to sufferers is one of the significant causes behind the reluctance to seek treatment. Therefore we need a way so that Instagram users can find out for themselves the condition of their mental health. One way is to do Clustering the use of Instagram so that it can provide an early indication of a person's mental health. From the proposed model we can find out the categories of 600 respondents who were collected using a questionnaire with 10 main attributes. The proposed model is k-means with 3 clusters determined using the elbow method. In this study, the last centroid obtained through calculations was used to evaluate the k-means by comparing the results of the k-means calculations with the results of psychologists. The results of the K-means evaluation have an accuracy of 73.83% so that the last centroid can be applied to web-based applications that have been created. This mental health clustering model is expected to be able to help the community to get mental health conditions early and reduce the negative stigma that exists and can be used as evaluation material in using social media more wisely.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in 2019, people in Indonesia have been required to wear masks. Although until now the pandemic has ended, the need to use masks is still very much needed such as to maintain health, avoid air pollution and others. In detecting mask users, an application is needed that can help human work. Currently, the Python programming language is widely used to build applications in the field of computer vision, one of which is this face mask detection application. This application will detect mask users, whether they are wearing a mask or not. This developed application uses the Yolo model using the Face Mask Detection dataset developed by Larxel, where the Yolo model can work on the dataset provided. The test results show that the Yolo model can recognize mask users with an accuracy value above 90%. The second experiment was carried out to detect several faces of mask users, the Yolo model can recognize mask users or not with an average accuracy value of 91.75%. For future research, it is also expected to use other models besides Yolo and make comparisons of several models and make improvements to the problems that exist in each model and use real time data.

The facial recognition system develops a basic identity verification system based on the natural features of human faces. The study included duplicate passport identification, which checks each person's facial accuracy through a sample of facial data. The data used in this study were 180 face samples at the training stage and 30 face samples at the testing stage. The face sample taken is a forward-facing face that is not obstructed by an object. Face image recognition in this study combines GLCM method, color moment, shape extraction and backpropagation algorithm. The test process recognition rate is 78.83%.
