Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify and evaluate the impact of training on employee performance at PT OSI Electronics Batam, to identify and evaluate the impact of work motivation on performance, and to identify and evaluate the impact of training and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, an associative technique was applied. 228 employees of PT OSI Electronics Batam made up the study's population, and 145 were chosen as the study's sample from the total using the Slovin formula. In this study, questionnaires, document analyses, and interview approaches were employed to collect data (questionnaires). The Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination are data analysis methods used in research. processing data. The SPSS program was utilized in this study's data processing (version 25). Abstract

This study aims to prove the effects of each variables, namely ease of use, brand image, and Word of mouth on customer loyalty in which the decision to use services becomes an intervening variable. Based on previous research still said to be the supporting theory put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research associative research. In this study, researched used non probability sampling techniques because researchers didn’t know the total number of members of the population studied. While the sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. While the population is all users of Maxim transportation in Batam City, the sample is 100 consumers of Maxim transportation users in Tiban Indah District, Batam City, with data analyses techniques used path analysis. The data processing used path analyses, its proven that ease of use, brand image and Word of mouth have no effect on customers loyalty for Maxim's online transportation services. On the results of the t test that partially Ease of use and brand image have no effects on customer loyalty, while Word of mouth has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the effects of employment, capital, and private enterprise on the revenue of MSMEs in Batam City. Quantitative procedures are employed to carry out this research since the research data is presented as numbers and is analyzed using statistics. The total number of MSMEs in Sekupang Regency is the study population, while 286 MSMEs in Sekupang Regency are used as research samples. The Unknown Populations Approach method was used to calculate the number of samples in the study population while selecting the sample population for this study. The t test's findings suggest that Batam City's MSME income is favorably influenced by own capital (X1) and KUR, while business income in Batam City is positively influenced by KUR (X2). While the number of employees is only statistically significant, it has a positive effect on the profits of SMEs in Batam City. While the quantity of employees is only statistically significant, it has a positive effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Batam City. However, it can be deduced from the f test results that own capital, labor, and individual company loans all concurrently have a significant and beneficial effect on MSME revenue in Batam City.

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan guna mencari besarnya pengaruh dari komunikasi dan juga disiplin kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT Active Marine Industries Batam. Proses penelitian akan berlangsung di PT Active Marine Industries Batam yang berperan sebagai objek penelitian. Untuk populasi maupun sampel yang dipakai selama proses penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT Active Marine Industries Batam. Untuk jumlah dari populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 155, dan juga menjadi total sampel yang dibutuhkan. Untuk penggunaan teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling sehingga semua dapat dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Proses penelitian ini akan memerlukan data yang akan dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai angket untuk variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dari angket yang dikumpulkan akan di olah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil olah data yang  keluar, dapat diketahui bahwa komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh bersama-sama pada PT Active Marine Industries Batam pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Adapun nilai f hitung dari hasil olah data yang dilakukan adalah 116,804 > 2,66.

Abstract

Penyebaran kuesioner dapat menghasilkan sebuah jawaban hipotesis yang menjadi tujuan penelitian pada masyarakat pengguna kantor POS Belakang sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan olah data SPSS 25. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian responden merupakan pengguna jasa kantor POS Belakang Padang yang telah melakukan pembelian lebih dari dua kali dan Responden telah berusia di atas 17 tahun. Sebagai hasil adanya kontribusi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,4% dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diketahui. Dari hasil uji F dapat dilihat f hitung 39,770 > 3,09 maka telah memenuhi persyaratan bahwa kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusaha memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perlakuan yang baik antara kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Maka, dapat mengandung arti adanya implikasi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang menjadi peran penting. Maka diharapkan adanya kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa PT POS Belakang Padang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari kinerja karyawan PT Synergy Oil Nusantara terhadap motivasi, etika kerja, dan  komunikasi. Personil perusahaan akan menjadi sampel serta populasi penelitian. Penelitian akan dilakukan di PT Synergy Oil Nusantara, sebagai subjek penelitian. Sampel penelitian memakai hingga 150 karyawan dari PT Synergy Oil nusantara yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Probability sampling digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh karyawan mempunyai giliran yang serupa untuk dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Responden pada penelitian ini akan diberikan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. sesudah hasil survei terkumpul, hasil survei tadi akan diolah. pada penelitian ini, nilai f hitung sebanyak 127,097, yang lebih tinggi dari nilai f tabel 2,70.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction, workload, and discipline on employee performance at PT Global Citra Pratama Batam. This type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach will be used in this study. The population is a permanent employee of PT Citra Global Pratama Batam totaling 122 people with the withdrawal of saturated sampling technique. Regression analysis is used to examine the relationship between these variables by testing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that satisfaction can increase employee performance by 28.8%. Workload can increase employee performance by 31.3%. Discipline can increase employee performance by 45.4%. In the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) reveals that satisfaction, workload and discipline can simultaneously provide an explanation for employee performance with a magnitude of 61.0%. The findings of hypothesis testing have shown that satisfaction, workload and discipline have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Global Citra Pratama Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the this study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. by using financial ratio. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, the data source is secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out using a documentation technique in the form of PT Unilever Indonesia’s financial statement from 2018 to 2021, which was measured using financial ratio, consisting of: liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, and activity ratio. The data analysis method in this study is a descriptive analysis method by collecting, processing, and analyzing existing data to provide an overview of the conditions under study. Based on the result of research and analysis that has been carried out, financial performance at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. is measured using (1) Liquidity ratio, consisting of: current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, cash turnover ratio, and net working capital stock ratio, it can be concluded as a whole that its financial performance is declared “Not Good”. (2) Solvency ratio, consisting of: the ratio of debt to assets and debt to equity can be concluded as a whole that its financial performance is declared “Not Good”. (3) Profitability ratio, consisting of: return on investment ratios, return on equity ratios, gross profit margins, and net profit margins, it can be concluded as a whole that the financial performance is declared “Good”. (4) Activity ratio, consisting of: total assets turnover ratio, and fixed assets turnover ratio, it can be concluded that the overall financial performance is stated to be “Good”.

Abstract

Pajak menjadi sumber pendapatan utama di Indonesia dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat seiring dengan pembangunan dan pembiayaan pemerintah. Mayoritas wajib pajak menghadapi kesulitan terkait perpajakan, terutama karena banyak yang belum memahami sistem perpajakan dengan baik. Ketika masyarakat merasa bahwa pajak yang dikumpulkan tidak didistribusikan secara adil dan hasilnya tidak dirasakan merata oleh semua orang, kepercayaan pada sistem perpajakan menurun. Salah satu kesadaran penting adalah keinginan untuk mengisi dan melaporkan SPT secara tepat waktu. Jika kesadaran ini menurun, penerimaan pajak juga akan berkurang. Sanksi pajak diterapkan sebagai mekanisme untuk mendorong wajib pajak melaksanakan kewajibannya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai dampak kesadaran dan sanksi pajak pada kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak di Desa Laladon. Populasi yang dipilih adalah wajib pajak yang tinggal di Desa Laladon, khususnya di RW 01. Pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 55 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji memperlihatkan bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak berdampak signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak, dengan nilai t 6,266 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Demikian pula, sanksi pajak berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak, dengan nilai t 6,476 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the impact of independent variables (product, price, distribution, and promotion ) on the dependent variable, which is the economic business income of MSMEs at the Yogyakarta City Leather Industry Center. This study surveyed 100 consumers from the MSMEs at this industrial center. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, and statistical data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25. The T-test results showed that each independent variable individually exerts a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, the economic business income of the Yogyakarta MSME community. The calculated t values for the product, price, distribution, and promotion were 2.602, 2.111, 6.101, and 6.648, respectively, all exceeding the t-table value of 1.65, with probabilities of 0.011, 0.037, 0.000, and 0.000, respectively, all below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, the F-test results indicated that the combined influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was significant, with an F calculated value of 128.419 surpassing the F-table value of 3.87, and a probability value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the independent variables collectively have a positive and significant impact on the economic business income of the MSME community.
