Abstract

Salamdarma weir is located right in the border area of Indramayu and Subang, belongs to administrative area of Anjatan District, Indramayu Regency.  Managed by PT JasaTirta II Section of Patrol.  This irrigation netwoork has a total service area of 35871 Ha, the service area includes Subang District and Indramayu District. The existence of Salamdarma irrigation network has an important role for the farmers especially during dry season to support the crops’ growth.In this research to analyze the performance used parameter from Permen No 11/PRT/M/2015 and calculated using Hydrology regulation from KP 01 Irrigation 2013.The analysis result of this research show that 80,9% of structures and 95,1% of canals are in damaged condition with different various level of damage. Based on the calculation and comparison between potential discharge and water requirement, the potential discharge has fulfilled the irrigation water requirement and the comparison. The water requirement is 29890 lt/s and the potential discharge is 64074 lt/s. The human resources in Salamdarma irrigation there is only deficient in the head of branch position of 12%. For POB, PPA, PPS Personel amount has fulfilled the required amount of personel.  The Operation and Maintenance budget in Salamdarma Irrigation is increased at 30,112% between 2016 to 2017. Keyword : Irrigation, Salamdarma, Performance, Irrigation water requirement.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to know volume of work on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, analyze method of implementation of work, to know the cost of implementation on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, and the comparison of time duration between scheduling prediction of owner with scheduling prediction of author. This type of the research is quantitative. That describes the condition of a particular project with existing data related to the construction of local government buildings. That existing data is processed in such a way as to produce the final conclusion. The result of the research is Based on Budget Cost calculations to complete Karawang government office construction until the final stage, more or less costly Rp.41.906.713.365,-. From the calculation of weight of work is estimated completion of Karawang government office construction work takes 75 weeks. With the CPM method can be known critical path occurs in the project are Excavation and Pile Up Work – Pile Foundation Work – River Stone Foundation Work – Reinforced Concrete Work – Wall, Brick, and Plastering Work – Door Frame, Leaf Door, and Window Work -  Ceiling Work – Sanitation Set Work -  Lighting Installation Work – Lift Work. Keyword : Construction Management, Barchart, S Curve, Critical Path.

Abstract

This analysis to determine the performance of the intercooler based on actual data, and the intercooler's performance against design specifications changes using the NTU method. Variable design specifications in the study are the number of plates, compressed area, and port diameter values from intercooler specifications provided by the company. The results of the inter-device performance analysis of compatibility with the specifications required by the company amounted to 99.40%. The results of the first trial of the tool specifications point the compatibility value to increase to 99.98% by increasing the number of plates from 79 to 150 plates, reducing the compressed area value from 0.47 to 0.2 m and increasing the port diameter value from 0.2 to 0,5 m. The results of the trial 2 tool specification showed a decrease to 86.51% due to changes in variable variables, by the number of plates to 25, raising the compressed plate width to 0.5 meters and increasing the port diameter to 0.6 m. The highest overall heat transfer value on May 23-24 is 346.225,37  based on actual data calculation of Intercooler effectiveness. The lowest overall heat transfer value is 346.213,29  based on data calculation it occurred on 22 May 2019.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve the performance of service of Siliwangi Road which decreased. The data obtained from the Department of Transportation brass form LHR data brass city, road length, and the average speed of the vehicle, Then in if the degree of saturation of the Road in order to know the success of the New Planning. To facilitate the research and also because it has different problems Siliwangi road for 2 parts cut off by crossing, Siliwangi Street 1 which starts from Cijoho roundabout Until the intersection near Smpn 1 Kuningan has LHR 2563 smp with degree of saturation 0,97 at level Service E and Jalan Siliwangi 2 starting from intersection of Smpn 1 Kuningan Until the junction of Jalan Veteran has LHR 1761 smp with degree of saturation 0,67 level of service C. After in doing traffic engineering level of road service go up, Siliwangi Street 1 become C with degree of saturation 0.57 also Jalan Siliwangi 2 level service C with degree of saturation 0,51.

Abstract

ABSTRACTConstruction management is an attempt to use limited resources efficiently, effectively and timly in completing a project that has been palnned. There are 3 kinds of basic functions of construction management including planning, implementation, and control. Of three of these activities to control the resources on aproject that includes worker, equipment, material, money, and method.The research method used was qualitative research, as a way of collecting data on the study is how the study of the literature, interviews and direct observation in field. And this method is a method that is done to get a foundation theory in analyzing data, namely the analysis calculation of the volume of material, analysis of labor, analysis tool, method, method of Bar Chart S Curve and Critical Path Method.The location of the studies reviewed were Analysis Of Cinapel Bridge Project Construction Management On The Toll Cisundawu Road, located on Pamatutan Hamlet Mulyasari – Pasir Hamlet Margamukti, Sumedang. The results of this research is the budget plan costs  completed the construction of the Cinapel Bridge Project on Cisundawu Toll Road until the final stage costs less than Rp. 168,020,632,320, - and analysis of the Critical Path Method (CPM) estimates that the completion of the Cinapel Bridge on Cisundawu Toll Road takes 129 weeks (903 days)Keywords: Construction Management, Bar Chart, S Curve, Critical Path Method

Abstract

Light steel is one of materials that support the growth of construction technology at this time and it is generally used on roof truss contruction. The profile of light steel is a kind of steel profile which has dimension of thickness that is relatively thin with ratio of wide dimension of each profile element towards its huge thickness. In the assembling and installation, roof truss of light steel which is often encountered, cross section of C profile is connected by attaching body parts of two profiles or connecting wing parts with giving the connecting canal.This research uses the experimental method by flexural test with two points loading. The light steel which is used in this reserach is light steel of C profile by Ton Dong brand. The size is 75 x 35 x 0,75 mm andthe dimensions of beam frame specimenis 180 cm lengthand 25 cm hight, as many as 3 specimens with non centric profile overview. The research result shows that the average value of flexural strength is5,25 kNand the average of tensile strenght is 2281,67 N, while the result of experimental test uses UTM (Universal Testing Machine), the maximum strength is 5,92 kN and deflection 38,95 mm. The result of SAP 2000 analysis, the maximum deflection is 2,04 mm and 6 kN load. Keywords : Light steel of C profile, Light steel beam frame, Test of flexural stength.

Abstract

In general, the bridge type is a reinforced concrete bridge, composite and steel frame. The Baki River Bridge was originally a 40 m long Wood type bridge connecting the village of Mengkopot - Tanjung Pisang because the condition of the Baki river bridge has been damaged especially on bridge floors and girders due to age, so it is planned to re-use the steel frame bridge structure. By using the steel bridge structure, it is expected that later it can be a comparison for the future bridge planning.In this study, the structure of the planned bridge consists of bridge slabs, sidewalk slabs, backrest pipes, longitudinal and transverse girders, steel frames, wind ties, and joints. By following the SNI T-02-2005 bridge loading standard, SNI T-03-2005 for planning steel bridge structures and SNI T-12-2004 for planning concrete structures on bridges.From the planning results obtained thickness 200 mm Bridge Slab and thick sidewalk slab 250 mm with a longitudinal girder profile used WF 600.200.11.17 mm steel with a distance between girders 1.75 m. Transverse girders of steel profiles WF 700,300.13.24 are used with the distance between girders 5 m. Abstract

Management of construction projects is becoming increasingly complex due to the many parties that interact in it and the increasingly high demands for quality of functions, comfort, security, aesthetics and sustainability. Therefore construction management is needed to ensure the efficiency and productivity of a construction project in meeting various expectations and requirements. Contruction management analysis on this building project of Kinderfield School include volume measurment, RAB, cost recapitulation and working/occupation unit cost analysis, with use CPM method (Critical Path Method) is a method in identificating a stripe or working item critically. CPM method solves the problem with retreat and forward measurement. From the weight measurment occupation based on Barchart analysis, Curva S and building PDM scedhule of Kinderfield School needs the times as long as 42 weeks with cost estimation Rp. 9,439,526,000,00..Keyword: Barchart, Construction Management, CPM (Critical Path Method), S-Curve.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe success of the development from an area, which can be seen from the education level of the population. Increasingly developed education level of the population, it will be bring to the level of welfare for the population. Pelita Bangsa School Cirebon is a private school which has a ladder Play Group, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School and Senior High School, which is located in the city of Cirebon at the address on Terusan Laut Arafuru Street Blok A1 kavling . 6-7 Cirebon 45131 West Java.The additional building facilities of Pelita Bangsa School will be investigated in this thesis which is about structural analysis and design using steel material with LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) system.Analyze and design the construction of Pelita Bangsa School building with design code SNI-1729-2015 for building steel structures, SNI-1727-2013, PPPURG 1987 for loads and then SNI-1726-2012 for earthquake analysis.Analyze the structure with the help of SAP2000 (Structure Analysis Program 2000) software and design the building of Sekolah Pelita Bangsa using steel material.Keywords: Analysis and design structure, LRFD, steel material, SAP2000

Abstract

The purpose of research : (1) determine the ratio between the combination of retrofitting tetrapod-bamboo alignment-tetrapod   (FP1); bamboo flow aligner-tetrapod-bamboo flow aligner (FP2); Check Dam Stones-Gabion-Check Dam Stones (FP3); Gabion-Check Dam Stones-Gabion (FP4)? (2) The effectiveness of the combination of strengthening the tetrapod-bamboo aligner-tetrapod   (FP1); bamboo flow aligner-tetrapod-bamboo flow aligner (FP2); Check Dam Stones-Gabion-Check Dam Stones (FP3); Gabion-Check Dam Stones-Gabion (FP4)?Using the experimental method by creating a Labolatorium scale river model. Testing using clay and sand. The test model is a cliff without reinforcement and cliff with a combination of reinforcement between tetrapods; bamboo flow aligner; check Dam stones and Gabions. Testing by flowing water for 180 minutes/3 hours with a constant discharge of 7.07 liters/second, the installation of reinforcement is 51 cm apart.The results showed that (1) In general, the effect of the FP1 reinforcement installation was the variation of the combination that was considered the best in reducing scouring on the cliffs and riverbeds. (2) Variation of the combination of FP1, is more effective in reducing the scouring that occurs. At the beginning of the channel turns from STA 00-06 effectively used tetrapod installation, with scours that occur as big as -5 cm, in the middle of the STA channel 06-16 effectively using the installation of bamboo flow aligner, scours that occur as much as -1.5 cm, whereas at At the end of the turn, STA 17-24 used tetrapod installation, scouring by -3.8cm.Keyword: scouring, bamboo flow aligner, tetrapod.
