Abstract

The family is the smallest unit of social groups found in the social order in which there is a process of adjustment in making appropriate decisions to reach a collective agreement. In practice, household life does not always run harmoniously. When a woman faces a divorce situation, there will be several impacts on her reproductive health in the future due to the situation that she is currently in a vulnerable group. The vulnerable situation in question is related to the potential for changing sexual partners, the potential for violence due to the various conflicts they face, the potential for sexual harassment in connection with society's stereotypes in viewing widow status. This research aims to find out how the social and economic status of women heads of households will influence their decisions in determining their readiness to marry and become pregnant again. With the aim of empowering women's abilities to overcome this situation, women heads of families must be encouraged to adopt adaptation patterns to improve social conditions and increase income to meet their needs. These adaptation patterns include being active in village activities, being an entrepreneur and working as a laborer, so that later this will also have an impact on his mindset regarding the decision to remarry. By implementing this adaptation pattern, it is hoped that the quality of life of female heads of households will become better and more independent. When she decides to remarry, meaning she is ready to get pregnant again, a woman must also be empowered to be able to recognize and assess her readiness comprehensively to prevent a recurrence of divorce like her previous marriage. In this way, all reproductive health risks that exist with the PEKKA situation will also be anticipated, so that PEKKA women will be able to achieve optimal reproductive

Abstract

The problem with exclusive breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers is the lack of breast milk coverage caused by the mother's lack of self-confidence. In working mothers, the lack of breast milk coverage is influenced by not being provided with expressing facilities, while in non-working mothers it is due to low knowledge and understanding regarding breastfeeding. The aim of this research is to determine the difference in self-confidence between working breastfeeding mothers and non-working breastfeeding mothers. This research is quantitative research using a comparative descriptive design. The research sample was breastfeeding mothers with babies aged 0-6 months, totaling 156 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research show that the majority of mothers are 20-35 years old, the mother's baby is 5 months old, the mother's education is high academic/graduate level, family type is nuclear family, parity is primiparous. The self-confidence of working mothers is highest in the objective, rational and realistic aspects, while the self-confidence of non-working mothers is highest in the objective and self-confidence aspects. The results of the analysis using the chi-squer test obtained a p value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a difference in self-confidence between working and non-working breastfeeding mothers in the Rejosari Health Center work area.

Abstract

The baby's growth and development period is a golden period as well as a critical period for a person's development, namely at the age of 0-12 months. It is said to be the golden age because infancy is very short and cannot be repeated. It is said to be a critical period because during this period babies are very sensitive to the environment and need good nutritional intake and stimulation for their growth and development. As a result of gross motor skills that are not optimal, children's creativity in adapting can decrease. According to Hurlock, motor skills are also used for self-help skills (self-image), social skills, play skills and school skills. To achieve independence, children must learn motor skills that enable them to do things for themselves, so that they can become a cooperative social group that can be accepted in their environment. This research design is an experimental design, with a one group pretest - posttest design approach, namely by taking measurements before and after treatment. Then intervention was given by giving the baby massage after the post test was carried out. The aim is to analyze the effect of baby massage on gross motor skills in babies aged 6-12 months. That the age of babies in the Kejayan village area, Pasuruan Regency, in the group that was given massage, babies aged 6 months were 2 respondents (13%), babies aged 8 months were 3 respondents (20%), babies aged 9 months were 3 respondents (20 %), babies aged 10 months were 6 respondents (40%), and babies at 11 months were 1 respondent (7%). In the group that was not given massage, 6 month old babies were 1 respondent (7%), 8 month old babies were 2 respondents (13%), 9 month old babies were 2 respondents (13%), 10 month old babies as many as 7 respondents (47%), for babies aged 11 months there were 3 respondents (20%). Gross motor development in babies aged 6-12 months who were given baby massage in Kejayan Village, Pasuruan Regency is mostly normal.

Abstract

Having a baby is a moment that is always anticipated and expected by every married couple. But sometimes this moment of happiness actually turns into a stressful condition for the mother, known as postpartum blues or baby blues syndrome. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between family support and the incidence of postpartum blues at the Dr. Josef Tuda Tombatu Clinic. This study is a type of analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling with a total of 13 postpartum mothers. Data analysis used is the sperman rank statistical test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results showed that 77% of postpartum mothers experienced postpartum blues, and 38% of them experienced mild postpartum blues. Of the 13 postpartum mothers, almost half, namely 46%, received less family support. The results of data analysis with the spearman rank test showed ρ value = 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between family support and postpartum blues in Klinlik dr. Josef Tuda Tomblatu. Correlation coefficient shows -0.875 which means that the relationship between family support and the incidence of postpartum blues is very strong. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)Therefore, there is a need for very good family support for postpartum mothers, because good support from the family will provide its own emotional strength for postpartum mothers.
