Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many UMKM or their people who cannot repay loans because some of them are constrained by economic problems, while others have errors on the part of the borrowing bank, namely errors in lending surveys that are still less effective and selective.This study aims to solve problems that exist in Banking and UMKM, namely to examine the effect of Credit Terms and Credit Risk Control on Loan Performance. This research was conducted in a cooperative in Pekalongan Regency. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique and obtained 35 respondents. Data analysis using Warp PLS Version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that Credit Terms and Credit Risk Control on Loan Performance have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the most impactful businesses due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The city of Banda Aceh, which is the capital of the province of Aceh with a fairly large number of MSME traders and the ever-increasing spread of the Covid-19 virus in Aceh, is an important thing for the government to pay attention to regarding the sustainability of MSMEs in order to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies and steps were taken in empowering MSMEs by the Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade Office in Banda Aceh City during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique was carried out by Convenience Sampling, the data collection technique used the interview, observation, and documentation methods. data analysis using interactive statistical models. The results showed that the strategies carried out by the Banda Aceh City Cooperatives and Commerce Department in minimizing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic included: 1) Conducting trainings for business actors, 2) providing technical guidance and training on online product marketing such as e-commerce applications. 3) Business capital assistance either comes from the Central Government in the amount of Rp. 2,400,000, - as well as from the Banda Aceh City Government of Rp. 1,000,000,-. 4) providing assistance for work tools and retrieving business tools for business actors in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Aceh's trade with North Sumatra Province on economic growth in Aceh using the 2016 IRIO model. As a result, the dependence of North Sumatra's output on inputs from Aceh is greater than the dependence of Aceh's output on inputs from North Sumatra. From the simulation results on investment in the food crop agriculture sector and the plantation sector, it is also seen that the economic growth of North Sumatra will be more profitable. This should be the basis for future economic development in Aceh. This research is only in the form of an impact analysis, the analysis of the influence can be considered for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, human resources in the field of accounting and the use of regional financial information systems on the quality of local government financial reports. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires 50 which did not return 11, which were distributed to staff/employees of the finance subdivision such as the expenditure treasurer, income and expenditure treasurer at the Regional Apparatus Organization in Batang Regency.The test results show that the Internal Control System has no significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports (Pvalue 0.277), and the use of regional financial information systems has a significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports (P value 0.003). The results of this study indicate that internal control has no effect, while the utilization of regional financial information systems has an effect on the quality of regional government financial reports. Keywords: Internal Control System, Utilization of Regional Financial Information Systems and Quality of Local Government Financial Reports

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: To find out the Effect of Price and Responsiveness to guest satisfaction at Mahara Hotel, Central Aceh Regency. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative, qualitative analysis tool in the form of categorization and quantitative analysis tool in the form of coefficient of determination, t test, F test of respondents as many as 73 people. The results of the study are known that partially the price has a significant and positive effect on the diss whole of mahara hotel guests, partially that responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction in mahara hotel guests, simultaneously that the variable price and responsiveness affect satisfaction in hotel guests Mahara the relationship between independent variables to dependent variables is strong, the satisfaction of mahara hotel guests can be influenced by price variables and responsiveness.  That's 55.4%. And the rest was not observed in this research mode.

Abstract

The country's unstable economic condition due to the COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on economic growth. The condition of the company is experiencing liquidity pressure which can result in default. This study is a quantitative study to determine the effect of financial performance in banking companies. This study uses a sample of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred in the 2019 quarter period and the COVID-19 pandemic period in the 2020 quarter. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with certain criteria. The analysis technique using regression analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found that TPF has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), NPL has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), LDR has a positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA), CAR has a positive effect on Return on Assets ( ROA), and NIM have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Abstract

This study examines the effect of the number of COVID-19 cases and the price of shares in ASEAN countries on the stock market in Indonesia. The ARDL model is used in research in order to see the long-term and short-term effects. The results of the analysis show that in the long term only the Malaysian stock market has a significant effect on the Indonesian stock market, besides that in the short term it is found that the Malaysian stock market, Singapore stock market and the number of Covid cases in Malaysia have a significant effect on the Indonesian stock market.

Abstract

IPM di Kabupaten Gresik selalu meningkat pada tahun 2011-2020, oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengangguran, kemiskinan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap IPM di Kabupaten Gresik tahun 2011-2020, dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website BPS Kabupaten Gresik dan BPS Jawa Timur. yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan Model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Tingkat Pengangguran (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM (Y), sedangkan untuk variabel Kemiskinan (X2) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM (Y). ). Abstract

Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has the ninth highest open unemployment rate (TPT) out of 34 provinces throughout Indonesia with a ratio of 22.41%. This shows that the province of Aceh is currently still unable to overcome the problem of job vacancies for new graduates, resulting in an excess of manpower in the world economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of education on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province through a statistical test approach. In this study using a descriptive quantitative type of research, this is intended to obtain an overview of how much influence the level of education has on youth unemployment in Aceh Province. The T-test in this study shows that the sig value of the education level has a significant and bound effect on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province. In addition, the coefficient of determination test is known that the effect that occurs on the level of education on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province is 89.1%. The results of the analysis reveal that the more graduates of the education level in an area, the greater the number of unemployed. The increase in new graduates, especially high school and undergraduate levels, will increase the competitiveness of human resources.

Abstract

Terdapat dua bidang yang mesti jadi pertimbangan oleh pemerintah berkaitan dengan usaha meluaskan peluang penduduk guna menggapai hidup layak yakni bidang pendidikan serta bidang kesehatan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yakni selaku standar terbaik guna mengukur keberhasilan pembangunan serta meningkatkan kualitas modal manusia itu sendiri. walaupun tidak mencakup Seluruh dimensi dari pembangunan manusia sebab sangat luas dimensinya. Tetapi IPM dinilai sepenuhnya dapat melakukan pengukuran terhadap dimensi pembangunan manusia dengan tiga parameter penting yaitu kelayakan hidup, pendidikan serta juga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mencari tahu terkait pengaruh PDRB, pengeluaran pemerintah pada bidang pendidikan serta kesehatan pada IPM serta kemiskinan di Kabupaten Jombang. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipakai yakni penelitian studi kasus Melalui penggunaan metode kualitatif. Analisis regresi Dalam penelitian ini yakni regresi linear berganda, yang mana regresi tersebut mencakup melampaui satu variabel bebas yakni pengeluaran sektor pendidikan, pengeluaran sektor kesehatan, PDRB serta IPM. Perolehan Analisis tersebut dibuktikan melalui hipotesis yang menerangkan bahwasanya diduga pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan pada IPM. Pengeluaran pemerintah pada sektor kesehatan memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada IPM. Pemerintah daerah bisa mempertimbangkan alokasi pengeluaran di sektor kesehatan guna menunjang pembangunan dibanding pendapatan perkapita. Alokasi bagi kesehatan pula mesti semakin dititikberatkan guna meningkatkan mutu kesehatan. Alokasi sektor kesehatan contohnya memberikan imunisasi dasar, memperbaiki gizi buruk, menjamin kesehatan serta mensosialisasi Keluarga berencana mesti tetap di pertahankan serta dilakukan peningkatan, di samping itu alokasi kesehatan yang cenderung memberikan pengaruh terhadap perekonomian harus lebih diminimalisir serta ditelusuri kembali.
