Abstract

Sp. Penyandingan – Pematang Panggang highway in thelastthreeyearshas arecord oftrafficaccidentsincreasedwiththe victim died. Based on the perception ofthe experts which were processedby the method ofAHP, humansare the main factorscausingaccidentswithfatalities(66.88%)., followed by the physical conditionof thesub-human factors (51.71%), geometrichorizontal(37.14%) of thesub-factor of the road, speed(60.27%) of thesub-factor of a vehicle.Withconditions of alinemenhorizontalandverticalalinemenandwitha highvolume oftraffic, theroadshaveaccident-points, from25based onsurveythe crash site,there are 5 critical points (black Spot)that need comprehensive treatment.. Based on AEK the black spot of this road are 1) Mulya Guna (Air Jernih) Km 97, 2) Muara Burnai 1 Km 105, 3) Muara Burnai 2 Km 112, 4) Tugu Jaya Km 125+4, 5)Tugu Mulya Km 136+1. The perception of experts in strategi of blackspots treatments, environment criteria is the main factor (28.63%), human (27.65%), roads (25.11%), vehicles (18:01%). Priorityalternativein strategy of blackspots treatmentsbased on the factorsthat influenced itare widening (31.40%), traffic hazard (26.69%), median(20.70%), harmonization ofroad signs andmarkings(20.61%)Keywords: blackspots, human, environment, widening.

Abstract

Regency of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) is one of regencies in South Sumatera Province. As newly formed districts cause the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public needs. This is because the local government is currently more focused on development and infrastructure. As a result of the unavailability of various public facilities in the Pali regency, many activities and events held by local government agencies and private sector should be held in places that are not in accordance with its function, due to the absence of buildings that can accommodate these activities. The development of Pali district into a new district will certainly be a lot of large-scale events to be held in Pali District. The planning of the Convention Center in Pali Regency is planned with the assumption that 10 years ahead the condition of urban infrastructure and economy of Pali regency have progressed, so that there will be more activities in Pali regency, and more and more investors entering Pali regency can become target market for the Convention Center Building.Key words: Public Facilities, events, infrastructure, Convention Center.

Abstract

The parking area of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital is over capacity for cars because of that, the parking area had to along Dr. Moh. Ali Street which affected to traffic jam in arround Hospital area. The aims of this study are to find charateristic of parking are, to estimate parking are, to define parking issues. The analysis of this study using accumulation difference method and regression formula for parking area necessary. The result of this  study is showed that maximum accumulation for motorcycle and  cars, respectedly are 723 SRP and 608 SRP, while amounts of vehicle are 1779 and 1594 respectedly for motorcycle and car. Based on those, the entered of parking area is 1.287,5 m2. Analysis of parking area configuration is showed that configuration 30⁰ has 287 SRP, for 45⁰ has 315 SRP, for 60⁰ has 391 SRP, and for 90⁰ has 504 SRP, while a combined configuration has 540 SRP which is more effective than existing configuration. Based on the result of analysis, the parking area configuration in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital will be recommended to implementation of a combined configuration.Keyword: Parking, Parking Area, Parking Necessary

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara penyumbang CO­­2 terbesar kelima di dunia wajib berpartisipasi dalam menurunkan emisi CO2 dengan cara melakukan pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan seperti yang tercantum dalam UU No. 32 tahun 2009, mewajibkan semua jenis usaha dan / atau kegiatan melakukan perlindungan terhadap lingkungan. Tingginya Grid emission factor pembangkitan listrik di Sumatera pada tahun 2020 sebesar 0,991 kg CO2/kWh sehingga PT PLN berkomitmen untuk berpartisipasi dalam mengurangi emisi CO2 melalui program energy panas bumi dan bantuan konservasi lahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung emisi karbondioksida akibat proses produksi energi, mengukur jumlah karbon pada biomassa tegakan pohon, tumbuhan bawah, serasah dan nekromassa dan menghitung kontribusi RTH pada Kawasan PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Indralaya dan Keramasan Palembang dalam menurunkan emisi CO2. Menurut IPCC (2006)[1] cadangan karbon tersimpan pada lima tempat: biomassa atas permukaan tanah, biomassa bawah permukaan tanah, serasah, kayu mati, dan bahan organik tanah. Kelima carbon pools tersebut merupakan parameter yang harus diukur untuk menduga cadangan karbon yang tersimpan dalam suatu tipe ekosistem. Emisi CO2 yang dihasilkan oleh pembangkit listrik sektor Indralaya dan Keramasan berdasarkan kapasitas daya terpasang sebesar  807076.3 ton CO2 eq / tahun dan 514185.7 ton CO2 eq / tahun. Cadangan karbon terbesar terdapat pada tegakan pohon yaitu 78,4 ton C dan 1377.9 tonC, sedangkan cadangan karbon terkecil terdapat pada tumbuhan bawah dan serasah dimana masing 0.6 - 3,9 tonC dan 1.65 - 13,2 tonC. Sementara kemampuan penyerapan emisi karbondioksida oleh ruang terbuka hijau di kawasan sektor Keramasan dan Indralaya yaitu sebesar 1503 ton C dan 92.5 tonC.Keywords: listrik, karbon, CO2, emisi

Abstract

Mountain topography makes Pagar Alam City is highly prone to natural disasters such as landslides, floods, tornados, and volcanoes, as well as disasters due to of human negligence such as forest fires, land and houses fires. According to it, the government building development so that the State must be able to support implements selected BPBDs main tasks and functions as the regional disaster management agencies. In planning the building of the State, one of the stages that must be met is the study. This study aims to evaluate the economic feasibility of investment in buildings State based disaster loss assessment using the Post Disaster Need Assessment. The result of investment analysis shows a positive NPV IRR> discount rate, the building of the State BPBDs feasible to continue. Keywords : PDNA, mitigation, the feasibility of government building.

Abstract

The Islamic Center in Lumajang district is a religious institution as a center for the development and development of religion and Islamic culture in a continuous and directed, so as to realize an active and dynamic religious life in the community towards the full development of people, which emphasizes on non-formal education in a mass. The pattern of activities of Islamic Center in Lumajang Regency which will be planned to have the scope of service area of Lumajang Regency and its surroundings, the emphasis of operational activities that include ritual, social and commercial activities with attention to the potential of Islam and local cultural characteristic so that its existence can be an integral part of growth society is increasingly dinamis.Pendekatan on the analysis of the Islamic Center in Lumajang District Planning approach Islamic Center in Lumajang using suppression approach that includes design: geometry approach in Islamic architecture, facade precedent geometry in architecture, approach to offenders and activity, and the amount of space studies. The main activity groups include: building guidance of ummah (such as mosque, multipurpose room, da'wah media), administration and management building (management building), education building (Madrasyah, library building).
