Abstract

Character education in an effort to counteract radicalism among Islamic boarding school students is the reason behind the author to write this literature review article, which is to describe character education for Islamic boarding school students in an effort to prevent radicalism. Character education is important to equip students in Islamic boarding schools in countering radicalism. One of them is character education through Islamic religious learning that has been carried out by Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools are no doubt to form character. In this study, the data acquisition process used a qualitative method with a literature review approach using a bibliography either from journals, articles or books. The main idea or problem that will be discussed in writing paragraphs in this literature review is character education for Islamic boarding school students in an effort to prevent radicalism.

Abstract

Islamic culture is evidence of the history of the development of Islam. Starting from the technology used in the past until now. Islamic culture is also a custom or behavior that is maintained until now which is evidence that Islam is an earlier religion. There are many cultures that have survived until now, Indonesia is one country that has experienced Islamic culture for its spread. Unbeknownst to many people, it turns out that many Islamic cultures have social values ​​that are actually important in this life. Indonesia as a witness who has used Islamic culture as a way to spread Islam in the archipelago has forgotten many of the values ​​of that culture, for example in Eid we have a culture of shaking hands which is a form of friendship using Islamic culture. IVIC is an animation medium where IVIC is used to make people aware of these forgotten cultural values ​​in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine teacher ethics in the perspective of Ibn Saḥnūn in the book Ādāb al-Mu'allimīn, to analyze teacher ethics in the book, and to analyze the implementation of the concept of teacher ethics according to him in Islamic education today. This research used Grounded Theory method, with a qualitative approach with the type of library research. Sources of data used primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was done by documentation. Analysis of the data used analysis of the content. The results showed that 1). teacher ethics according to Ibn Saḥnn in the Book of Ādāb al-Mu'allimīn there are 18 ethics, including: a). educate sincerely, b).mobilize all their abilities in educating students, c). staying away from differences in treatment of their students, d). be gentle with them, e). provide educational punishment, f). remind them not to play while studying, g). do not punish excessively, h). not burden them with financial problems, i). responsible, j). Prioritize important lessons, k). get them used to doing sunnah practices, l). Pay attention to the development of their manners and morals, m). give advice to them, n). be fair, o). keep themselves busy with writing and adding knowledge, p). Meet their personal needs, q). instilling students' love for Allah, r). maintain the sanctity and cleanliness of the study area. 2) The analysis of teacher ethics in the book is very religious because it is in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as the opinions of scholars, and contains the same elements as those formulated in the National Education Standards, Elucidation of Article 28 paragraph (3 ) point b, and is also in line with the Law on Teachers and Lecturers Chapter 3 Article 7 concerning the principle of teacher professionalism. 3). According to him, the implementation of the concept of teacher ethics in Islamic education today can be implemented in educational institutions in five stages, namely: a). preparation stage, b). planting stage, c). growth stage, d). development stage, and e). guard stage.

Abstract

The commendable behavior of the current generation is being eroded by the flow of technology that tends to be modern. This study aims to improve the commendable behavior of elementary school students by motivating Kayla Talking Animation Video, which is applied as a da’wah medium. The data measured included the results of the assessments of grade 4-A and 4-B students at SDN Sukanegla. The data collection method used is the method of observation and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively and the design used in this study was Design and Development (D&D). By giving questions before and after the product trial, Kayla Talking Animation. This method was carried out on 4th-grade students in the trial of the Kayla Talking Animation video product as a medium of da’wah, which discussed 4 commendable behaviors: fond of reading, unyielding, humble, and frugal. This material is taken from the elementary school curriculum in lesson 8 grade 4 semester 2. Based on the product validation assessment by the expert, the average overall rating indicator obtained a value of 4 with a very decent category. Based on the class 4 test results, the average score before and after the product trial, there was an increase of 27.54%, or 9.09. In addition, the difference in the average score after testing the product is 61.21. Thus, the Animated Video of Kayla Talking is effective enough to be used as a medium of da'wah in elementary schools.

Abstract

Imam Al-Baghawi, an expert in commentary, hadith, and fiqh who lived during the Abbasid caliphate and grew up from the Shafi'iyah school. He was always consistent in his studies and also composed many books, one of which was Mu'allimat tanzil, explaining the science of interpretation and involving the words of the Qur'an. One of them is QS. Al-Baqarah verse 126 contains the prayer of the Prophet Ibrahim. To Allah, to provide security for the country where his family and other people live there is a clear proof of his concern for the country and surrounding residents, including the environment and welfare in the city of Mecca. The prayer of Prophet Ibrahim in surah al-Baqarah verse 126, according to Hamka, this verse ordered the Prophet Muhammad. Back to the Quraysh that it was their ancestors who started the land of Mecca where they lived, namely Prophet Ibrahim.

Abstract:Al-Maslahat al-Mursalah became a study of the intellectual treasures of muslims for a long time, broadly speaking This article discusses the concept of al-Maslahat al-Mursalah Imam al-Ghazali and Imam Malik in the aspect of exclusive and inclusive study of theories. first: imam al-Ghazali and imam Malik agree that al-Maslahat al-Mursalah as the theorific of the establishment of islamic law then in principle al-Maslahat al-Mursalah should not contradict the main texts (Quran and hadith), rational and absolute, the application of teory al-Maslahat al-mursalah is only used in social aspects, not the field of worship. Second: The exclusive study of al-Maslahat al-Mursalah is covered from the concept of al-Ghazali which places al-maslahat al-Mursalah as a method of Islamic law and as a resource of independent Islamic law and also al-Ghazali's point of view that al-Maslahah al-Mursalah is used for daruriyat or hajj at the same level as daruriyat. Third: The inclusive study of al-Maslahat al-Mursalah is derived from the concept of Imam Malik where the use of al-maslahat al-mursalah as a source of Islamic law and as an independent Islamic resource, and also al-Maslahat al-Mursalah can be used both for daruriyat and hajj.
