Abstract

Religious freedom is a study and concept that is still being debated. In general, there are two opposing groups in viewing the concept of religious freedom, namely the literal group and the extreme group. The first group believes that religious freedom is a concept opposed by Islam. Freedom of religion is the same as the concept of apostasy whose perpetrators must be killed. Meanwhile, according to extreme groups, freedom of religion is a necessity, which is affirmed by religion. This study raises the view of Tāhir Ibn Asyūr in the interpretation of At Taḥīr wa At-Tanwīr by using qualitative research methods. The analysis used is the analysis of hermeneutics and maqāṡhid Al-Qur'an. This study concludes that religious freedom in the view of 'Asyr is a concept that is indeed affirmed by religion, but with certain conditions, namely people who change religion because of the desire of the heart, not to play games, do not insult previous religions, and maintain tolerance among religious believers.

Abstract

As the country with the largest population of Muslims in the world, every year Indonesia sends hundreds of thousands of pilgrims to al-Haramain (Mecca and Medina) to perform the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. If the implementation of the pilgrimage began to intensify in the 16th century AD, until now, the Indonesian people have sent prospective pilgrims for more than four centuries, and this means that they have sent as many as 400 times, and if each pilgrimage season sends an average of 50,000 people , so currently the number of Indonesian hajj pilgrims has more than 100 million jama'ah. The number of pilgrims who are an extraordinary asset or capital, if empowered to the maximum, can bring progress to the people and nation of Indonesia. The hope of the pilgrims to achieve the title of hajj mabrur is actually not only to give meaning and benefits and blessings to those concerned, but also to give meaning, benefits and blessings to the people, nation, state, and even humanity in general. Likewise, the commitment of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in organizing pilgrimages that are safe, comfortable, orderly, and in accordance with Islamic law, as well as the determination of the Indonesian Hajj Fraternity Association as stated in its vision and mission, can be realized, it will further strengthen the importance of empowering the potential of pilgrims maximally. The implementation of empowering the pilgrims in order to provide benefits, blessings and kindness to the people, society, nation, state and humanity actually has a functional and substantial relationship with the implementation of the mabruran pilgrimage. By referring to the verses of the Qur'an, al-Hadith, the opinions of prominent Muslim scholars and scholars as well as observations, this paper seeks to analyze the characteristics of the mabrur pilgrimage in relation to the socio-economic empowerment of Indonesian pilgrims in particular, and Indonesian society. in general. This paper will first present a number of reasons for the importance of empowering the people's economy, and end by offering models of strategies for empowering the people's economy based on their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the contents of the Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education book for class IX junior high school curriculum 2013. (2) To find out what the contents of the values of religious moderation are in the book Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics for Middle School Class IX curriculum 2013. This study uses library research methods (library research). The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, the primary data is in the form of Islamic Religious Education books for Class IX Curriculum 2013 while the secondary data is in the form of journals, relevant research, books and articles. The analytical method used is the method of content analysis or content analysis. The results of research on the Islamic Religious Education Class IX Curriculum 2013 book show that it contains religious moderation values, namely the value of justice, the value of tolerance, the value of balance, and the value of building peace.

Abstract

The letter muqattha'ah has a râjih interpretation based on intertextuality in the munasabah verses of the Qur'an, hadith, asar, akwal tabiin, lughah, and ijtihad scholars. The name of the Prophet Muhammad is the meaning of râjih from Thâ Hâ and Yâ Sîn based on the letters muqattha'ah in the Qur'an using an intertextuality approach while still preserving the form of interpretation by being very careful to prioritize the intertextuality data that exists in each source, as well as some other meanings of râjih. The intertextuality perspective regarding muqattha'ah letters is found in 3 options, namely: Mandatory, Optional, and Unintentional, which indicates the potential for intertextuality and tarjih approaches in the interpretation of muqattha'ah letters. This journal has similarities with the opinion: 'Abdullâh bin 'Abbâs (w 68 H), and Qatâdah bin Du'âmah (w 118 H) that the letter means the name of the Prophet Muhammad. This journal differs from the opinion of Al-Sha'bî (w 103 H) and Al-Tsaurî (w 161 H) that the muqattha'ah letter cannot be interpreted, that it is the letter mu'jam only Allah knows its meaning. This journal uses the intertextuality method in interpreting the historical-critical-contextual interpretation of. While the approach used is a qualitative approach.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning quality management in improving the quality of student learning outcomes, and to find out how the role of teachers in improving the quality of student learning outcomes at MTS Anwarul Falah and how student learning outcomes at Mts. Anwarul Falah, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method used in this study is descriptive research. Collecting data using interviews, study documentation and observation. The main informants in this study were the Head of Madrasah and other informants were teachers and students as well as students' guardians. The results of the research are that the Anwarul Falah Madrasah has carried out the stages of learning quality management that has been carried out by the teacher, but the Anwarul Falah Madrasah does not have quality tools or quality guidelines so that the implementation of quality improvement management has not followed the principles of quality management. Even teachers in teaching are still not varied and rely on existing facilities in schools. The student learning outcomes at Anwarul Falah are sufficient to meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM).

Abstract

Islam is present in the middle of the Arab nation which is declining ethically. Islam came by carrying out the main mission of improving the ethics of the Arabs which had far deviated from human civilization. Ethics is a value that has the purpose of happiness in life. For Islamic political thinkers, politics is closely related to ethics. In the view of Ali Syari’ati explained, that politics is a government / government system that has the responsibility of maintaining the community so that it can be safe and provide welfare facilities for its citizens as an administrative task, Ali puts Islam as a basic political ethic using four approaches; namely Islamic history, the study of the contemporary world and its needs, Islamic texts, and sensitivity to the mystical elements of religion

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe financial management in improving the quality of education in the Nur Masithah Sampang Playgroup. The research method was carried out qualitatively with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by interviewing school principals, teachers, students and parents; documentation techniques; and observation techniques. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation. The results showed: (1) financial management: (a) acquisition of education funds: educational operational assistance funds from the Ministry of Education and monthly student fees. (b) use of education funds for: school administration, assessment and implementation of learning and play, honorarium, subscriptions to resources, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, admission of new students, library development, health administration, iqra', photocopying, office stationery, print and study tours. (c) distribution of education funds: from the Ministry of Education to schools and forwarded to treasurers (for funds from the Ministry) and from parents to teachers and forwarded to treasurers (for monthly contribution funds). (2) the impact of financial management: management runs smoothly, educational needs are met, learning goes well
