Abstract

According to Law article. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Article 20 clearly states that universities are obliged carry out research and community service, in addition carry out education. Faculty of Computer Science, University of Banten Jaya at processes ranging from administration and in research and data management this community service still uses the manual method so that when LPPM institutions want to monitor research and community service activities experience difficulty. For that, it is necessary to have an application that can facilitate institutions and faculties in monitoring research activities and community dedication. This study uses the Waterfall design method, while the method data collection used is by observation interviews and studies References. Tools used in designing this system using modeling Unified Modeling Language. Applications tested using black box method. The results of testing this application conclude that the function which is expected everything in accordance with the wishes.

Abstract

Mitra Sendang Kemakmuran Transaction data is still not properly and properly integrated, so it requires a long time in the process of recording transactions and a lack of orderly transaction data storage. Motorcycle Service System Application Design at PT. Mitra Sendang Kemakmuran was created using the Website and Mysql Database programming. The stages of making the system require designing a prototyping method and designing a database system with the concept of UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system can be used multiuser by utilizing technology. This system is designed to make it easier to service and sell spare parts as well as report service data and spare part sales to be faster and more precise.

Abstract

The development of technology and communication greatly helps the performance and business processes of an organization. Its development must result in benefits for the organization in obtaining information, as well as assisting the organization in carrying out the required business processes so as to help organizational managers make decisions. Changes in the form of business processes that are used with the development of technology and communication are expected to be able to encourage organizations to have better management. The management of this Field Work Apprenticeship activity still uses manual methods in some of its business processes, so that the benefits of technological developments and communication are not used. Researchers assess and consider the need to develop an information system for Field Work Apprenticeships using the Waterfall method. The test results show that the system is able to carry out the Field Work Apprenticeship business process easily without having to use manual methods such as registering to take part in the Apprenticeship, displaying the information needed in the Apprenticeship activities, manipulating the data used to be used in Internship activities.

Abstract

In the current era of computerization, the computer is the tool used by each user, both individuals and institutions have to support the tasks and functions as well as obtain the required information in a way that easier and faster. Currently the department store room Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Company transaction process of repair and replacement of spare parts is still done manually, resulting data processing each transaction prone to error. The research outlined in this report aims to facilitate each employee Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Company, especially department Store Room in processing the data and monitor to be a good status. Thus the Store Room requires the design of information systems that can produce information quickly, reducing data errors occur, facilitate the search for the items required, so that all the transactions can be done easily. The methodology used for the development of this system is the Waterfall Model and storage of data using SQL Server 2005. With the design of Management Information Systems Repair and Replacement Parts Industrial Engineering Department Store Room is expected later in making applications run smoothly and can be applied in the company. After conducting research and analysis and discussion of the problem , there are some problems and obstacles that can be used as guidelines to improve the existing system so that in making this application program problems and obstacles can be overcome as well as possible to support the company's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the fertilizer supply system at PT.Gresik Cipta Sejahtera which is a system that helps process fertilizer inventory data so that it is expected to provide input on how to implement better data processing in the current era of information technology, this fertilizer supply system is carried out. with several stages of coordination through incoming letters of request to data collection based on recaptulation from the inventory by utilizing semi-computerized parts related, seeing that there are scattered data resulting in frequent inconsistencies of data so that data errors encourage checking that repeated so that a lot of time and energy is wasted, this is deemed ineffective and efficient. With the existence of computerization, it can make it easier for companies to monitor the warehouse section so that work in the warehouse section is more efficient and efficient, so that it can reduce obstacles that have occurred so far. The analysis method used to describe the inventory system at PT. Gresik Cipta Sejahtera uses the method of observation, interviews, and uses literature. The tools used to describe the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram)

Abstract

A reliable system in the company said, if the system is able to provide consumers with good quality. In addition the satety to humans and the equipment installed from the possibility of interference white the system reliability is also a requirement of a system in the company. Procurement of goods in PT.Coca-Cola is to know and understand the stock movement report (SMR) by making a request (consumer data) and with the documents submitted to the shipper. Then be made to the report. Procurement process from start stock movement report (SMR) with (consumer data) and (data placement) there will be good cooperation, so as to create mutual benefits and minimize the losses that will happen, but still there are constraints such as the accumulation of data, so that often there is less precision in data input goods, and Warehouse data which can lead to duplicate data. Problem-solving process procurement of goods, can be improved by optimizing the schedule of the procurement process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process and create an SMR report timely and accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce real work based on the need for cloud storage for ease in the company's business processes which in its benefits are intended for file sharing in the e-mail delivery process and provide security for attached files because infrastructure such as servers and storage media are within the scope of the company. The research method that I use is the prototype method, where the author first analyzes the needs and from the results of the analysis the authors design the stages that will be carried out and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a software modeling tool developed. The results achieved are that the file sharing facility in cloud storage can be used as a medium for sending large files in the process of sending e-mails by uploading files to be sent into cloud storage to then get the download link to be sent via e-mail to then downloaded by the recipient user, and information security can be better maintained because all infrastructure both from the server and storage media are within the scope of the company, this is done to prevent theft of information by irresponsible parties. The conclusion is that before applying cloud storage, the maximum limit for sending email is only 5 Mb, after cloud storage is implemented at the company, the business process of sending e-mails with large file attachment sizes is not a problem because users can utilize cloud storage facilities, and data security. To be guaranteed because cloud storage infrastructure is within the scope of the company.

Abstract

Student Work Lecture (KKM) is one of the programs in higher education at Banten Jaya University (UNBAJA). Thematic KKM activities, is one form of integrating education, research, and community service activities. The current KKM data processing system is that students come directly to the relevant work units to register and report, Field Supervisors are also parties associated with KKM participants when collecting KKM assessments and their journals must come directly to the relevant work units. The purpose of this research is to design a system for KKM data processing in order to facilitate students, Field Supervisors and other relevant parties. This research development method uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. The proposed system is a KKM data processing system that is done computerized and online where students can register and report as well as Field Supervising Lecturers as well as easily collect assessments and journals provided by the system without coming directly to the relevant work units.

Abstract

School is one of the places that plays an important role in educating a child, especially in matters relating to behavior, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. All of that will be built from an early age which is based in the school environment, therefore how important schools are for children. Vocational High School is a level with education equivalent to Senior High School whose education has a certain field with the aim of graduating ready to work. The attendance or attendance system is needed by schools to assess a student's achievement. However, there is a problem where some schools currently use conventional methods in giving presence to their students, including SMKN 1 Kota Serang. This problem can result in the duration of teaching and learning time being reduced and the resulting data information is inaccurate. With the presence of a computerized attendance system that will make this problem resolved, therefore the authors intend to design and create an attendance or attendance system that facilitates schools, especially in terms of student attendance or attendance. For this study, the authors used Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a medium for automatic student attendance combined with web-based applications using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database Management System for processing student attendance data. For the system development method, the author uses the Waterfall method so that it can facilitate the design of the attendance system or student attendance.
