Abstract

The management of savings and loans at the Wredatama Krakatau Steel Cooperative (Kopwekas) already uses Microsoft Excel, but in savings and loan transactions there are still obstacles, such as the process of recording deposits, loans and arrears of members. This requires accuracy in the checking process and waste of processing time.With these problems, this cooperative needs to use a savings and loan application that can assist in the processing of savings and loan data.The methodology used in the design of this information system is the Waterfall Method. This system is designed using the concepts of DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and is implemented using the Microsoft Access 2019 Database, and Visual Basic 6.0.The expected result of this research is to produce a savings and loan information system that is equipped with processing customer deposits, and customer loans. By using this information system, data processing and report generation becomes easier, faster with accurate data

Abstract

Penerimaan calon karyawan yang berkompeten mampu memberikan kontribusi yang optimal untuk mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Proses seleksi dengan perhitungan manual satu persatu kurang efektif karena membutuhkan konsentrasi agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam memnetukan kelayakan calon karyawan. Untuk mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam mendapatkan calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan standar kriteria perusahaan dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Variabel input yang digunakan dalam perhitungan fuzzy adalah nilai tes psikologi, nilai tes wawancara, nilai tes teori dan nilai tes praktik. Hasil uji coba akurasi sistem yang telah dibuat dengan perhitungan yang saat ini dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan menggunakan sampel data sebanyak 40 data calon karyawan menghasilkan output 82,5% sesuai dan 17,5% tidak sesuai.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools play a role in developing the independent character of students, however, in addition to the large role of boarding schools, there are still many obstacles, namely the difficulty of obtaining accurate information about the existence of boarding schools. Currently, to obtain information about Islamic boarding schools in Pandeglang Regency, they still use conventional methods, like coming directly to the location of the boarding school. There are even some boarding schools whose information cannot be found, so we need a solution to solve these problems by utilizing information technology and computers. Researchers offer a solution to overcome this problem by utilizing information system technology, namely Geographic Information Systems by utilizing Google Maps as a map provider and Dijkstra's Algorithm as a method to find the shortest path from one point to another on a graph. This research produces a digital map application on the web by utilizing the Google Maps API and Web Service using the Apache Web Server to retrieve data from the MySQL database.The goal to be achieved in this research is to build a Geographic Information System (GIS) for boarding schools that can be used to provide information about the map of the location of boarding schools in the Pandeglang Regency area along with other supporting information in the boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an authentic and objective decision-making system on performance appraisal. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers should not be influenced by the element of subjectivity from those who choose, so it is felt that they do not support the process. To overcome the above problems, a decision support system was made to assist the process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Yatna Yuana Lebak Nursing Academy. In this study, the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem solving using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. This method was chosen because it can determine the weight value of each criterion, which is then carried out a ranking process to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives. With this ranking method, it is hoped that the assessment can be more precise because it is based on the criteria and weights that have been determined so that it gets a more accurate assessment result of who gets the predicate of outstanding lecturer. With this research, it is expected to evaluate the extent to which the system that has been implemented can affect the quality of education at the Yatna Yuana Lebak Nursing Academy.

Abstract

The Education Efficiency Rate (AEE) is one of the parameters of the quality of the education program. The quality is measured based on 7 main standards, one of which is students and graduates. Meanwhile, to predict students' graduation rates accurately based on manually owned data set characteristics is very difficult. Data Mining by Naïve Bayes method was chosen to find patterns in analyzing and predicting timely graduation of students. As for the test will be done by comparing the initial dataset and dataset characteristics using the algorithm attribute selector Gain Ratio Attribute with the help of tools WEKA. The results showed that there was a difference to the accuracy of the results, and the larger ROC or AUC curves on the dataset characteristics using the selector attribute by using the Gain Ratio Attribute, although not very significant. And the result of this research yield 81% accuracy level with precision equal to 83.563% and recall 88.41%. The method used is included in Good Classification and will become the reference of the college management side, to address the problems that may arise in the decrease of the quality of education (e.g. decrease ratio of lecturers with students).

Abstract

The Integrated Non-Communicable Diseases Development Post (Posbindu NCD) is a form of health empowerment and public knowledge about non-communicable diseases that have a greater risk. In this Posbindu NCD, of course there are activities and steps that have been determined. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of Posbindu NCD itself and the use of UML (Unified Modelling Language) to develop a simple medical record information system. The use of UML is done because in the characteristics of UML there is the possibility of identification of any objects that affect the system. The research method used is literature review and interviews with cadres on duty. Meanwhile, the journal criteria used are in the 2011-2020 range. The results of this study indicate that Posbindu NCD is very useful for early detection of non-communicable diseases and the use of UML to develop a simple medical record information system is very efficient.)

Abstract

The library is one of the facilities that support the learning activities of students or students to get references or sources of knowledge and information. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to make the conventional system into a computerized system. By utilizing the facilities of a website that is connected to the internet, the library can be more and more efficient. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based library information system to help librarians solve problems in school libraries. In this study, a web-based information system was designed using the PHP MySQL programming language. With this system, it is hoped that it will be able to overcome various needs to find books and facilitate school administration in borrowing books and making reports.

Abstract

Proposal Seminar is an activity carried out to assess the feasibility of a proposed title. To test the feasibility of this Thesis Proposal, it is tested by three examiners. So far, the process of recording the feasibility assessment of this thesis proposal is still done manually, namely by recording the value on a form. The assessment form from the three Examiners was added manually to obtain a combined score, then the faculty staff re-entered and recap manually so that this process is relatively time consuming and prone to data input errors. Thesis trial is the final testing activity of the research process that has been carried out by students through a process of guidance by two Advisory Lecturers. Similar to the proposal seminar process, the recording of the thesis trial assessment data is also still done manually, namely by recording it on the assessment form that has been provided. After the assessment data is collected, the faculty staff carry out the process of accumulating the value of the three examiners to become the final score for the trial, this process is also carried out manually so that it is prone to errors. Based on the description of the background of the problem above, we can conclude that the causes of the emergence of this research idea are: The process of inputting value data repeatedly, the first is input by the examining lecturer and the second is re-entered again by the faculty staff, The process of calculating the combined value is still done manually so it is very prone to errors, To obtain the final combined value requires a relatively long time. The methodology used for system development is the Waterfall method. The expected results are the availability of a system that is able to record the evaluation process of the proposal seminar and thesis trial so that the process of recap of combined scores is faster and the results of the proposal seminar and thesis trial results are known to students more quickly, the value data input process is not repeated for data recap and printing. reports can be faster

Abstract

A Lights are one of the basic needs in everyday life, both in household life, offices, and others, especially at the Pematangsiantar Police Station. In line with the rapid development in the field of technology, the amount of electricity demand tends to increase rapidly. This increase in demand can be caused by the increasing number of people using electrical technology. However, there needs to be a wise attitude in the use of this lighting energy source. If the lamp is left on, it will waste electricity. This often happens because you forget to turn it off. But if it is turned off then at night it will be dark until someone turns on the light. Therefore, automation is needed in regulating the use of electrical energy in lamps. In this case, an automatic lamp design was made using an Arduino-based light sensor that can be set to turn on and off automatically according to the intensity of sunlight received so that it will suit the needs of the lamp. This automatic lamp is equipped with Arduino, LDR module, and relay. The lighting load is usually operated manually by humans, with this study, human intervention in operations can be reduced. The results of this study showed that the Arduino-based light sensor can be implemented in the design of automatic lights. Abstract

Company PT. Loyal Indonesia Utama, is engaged in the production of switches, sockets, sockets, plugs and cable boxes located in Serang Regency, there are some parts of the data collection process that still use the speedsheet application and some are still recorded using a manual form. The problems found in this research are in the warehouse section where there is still inappropriate production planning, delivery of goods and receipt of goods is not scheduled and recorded properly, discrepancies between stock and physical data are found. To increase the accuracy and precision in the calculation of goods, one of which is the support of technology and information systems according to needs. Where data can be processed and processed so as to produce information to support good decisions, this research offers a solution by designing a Warehouse Management system application where the application development uses the RAD method, system development modeling used is the Unified Modeling Language, in making this software using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework and for data storage using MySQL DBMS which is used to create application, The method for solving problems in the research used is Fuzzy Mamdani (Min-Max) to determine the amount that must be available in the warehouse.
