Abstract

Setiap perguruan tinggi menginginkan peningkatan dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru pada setiap tahunnya. Sehingga setiap perguruan tinggi memiliki strategi masing-masing dalam menarik minat para calon mahasiswanya, serta menentukan daerah mana saja yang menjadi lokasi potensial dalam melakukan promosi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menentukan lokasi atau daerah mana saja yang berpotensi untuk mendatangkan mahasiswa baru di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan menerepkan data mining dengan metode clustering mengelompokkan item objek penelitian berdasarkan kemiripan sifatnya, sehingga akan diketahui daerah mana saja yang berpotensi untuk mendatangkan mahasiswa baru. Penentuan lokasi promosi penerimaan mahasiswa baru dengan metode data mining akan memberikan dampak yang bagus dan terarah dalam melakukan promosi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran is one of the schools that has implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The change from the KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum certainly changes the value management process. The process of managing report cards carried out is currently less effective and efficient because the process is carried out separately using Microsoft Excel. There is often a difference in the format of report values between subject teachers and homeroom teachers, so homeroom teachers need to change these scores to fit the proper format. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a value management information system using a web-based E-Report and to conduct quality testing using the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) method on the information system developed. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual system modeling. The results achieved after the implementation of this application make it easier for users (teachers, homeroom teachers, and student parents) to do their work and overcome the difficulties of inputting report values that have been done in schools. The conclusion obtained is that using the e-rapport application can support improvements in work so that the process of inputting values ​​is more effective and efficient. The value of the report becomes more structured and well-documented. The results of the research on the level of user satisfaction with thee-rapport system are in the very good or very satisfied category.

Abstract

Banten Jaya University is a private university in the Serang city of Banten province. The increasing number of employees the diversity of employees is also increasingly complex so it is difficult to choose the best employees. Therefore, the need for a decision support system, so that it can shorten the selection time and improve the quality in determining the best employees. The best employee decision support system uses SAW (simple additive weighting) method based on predetermined criteria and weight. SAW (simple additive weighting) method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. This research is done by finding the weight on each attribute, then done ranking to determine the best employees.

Abstract

Kaligandu Sub-District Office, Serang City, serves all public administration services that have been listed in the sub-district office, including making an application for an ID card, an application for a family card, and a domicile certificate. However, all administrative services and data storage are still carried out with several stages that are quite complicated and have a long waiting time and other data recapitulation processes take a long time to complete. The form data storage is still in the form of files so that there is often a double data storage and the loss of some files from the residents who have been in the data. The registration process for filling out the submission form is still manual and errors often occur in data entry which causes the filling process to be repeated. With the above problems, a good and integrated system is needed in carrying out business processes based on pre-existing systems, namely by building web-based applications and. The web application is used as a media for managing population data by users in carrying out population services. With a website-based application, it makes it easier for the Village to manage administrative files and data repaitulation in making reports, namely the existence of a print system in accordance with the submission of letters so that the submission data remains in the system, as well as in making reports that are automatically formed according to the number of submissions and in In this system, residents, Rt, Rw, and kelurahan can change residents' data so that if something goes wrong they can change it without having to come to the kelurahan office.

Abstract

Universitas meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sepatutnya didukung oleh sumber daya pendidik yang memadai sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat ini. Pemenuhan kebutuhan dosen sesuai dengan kebutuhan juga dituangakan dalam peraturan menristek dikti nomo 2 tahun 2016 tentang registrasi pendidik pada perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu universitas serang raya perlu melakukan langkah-langkah nyata dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dosen terutama dosen tetap. Akan tetapi hal ini tidaklah dirasa mudah karna seleksi harus dilakukan untuk menyaring dosen-dosen dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan saat ini, berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. system pendukung keputusan merupakan mekanisme untuk memutuskan atau memilih dari banyaknya alternative berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Metode profil matching merupakan salah satu metode dalam system penudukung keputusan. Prosesnya adalah dengan mengolah data-data calon dosen tetap dengan mencari nilai gap, kemudian akan diberikan bobot. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mencari core factor dan secondary factor, kemudian dihitung nilait totalnya dan kemudian dicari rangking dengan melihat skala prioritas dan kriteria. Dengan adanya system ini diharapkan dapat menunjang dan menjadi alternative solusi untuk menentukan atau memilih dosen tetap dengan cepat dan akurat dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : system pendukung keputusan, profil matching

Abstract

Garbage problems are common in every city. However, this can be resolved with various solutions that can overcome these problems. One of them is by conducting field observations, then conducting socialization and social approaches to residents. In this way, the waste problem can be solved little by little. The results of the observations showed that there were piles of garbage in the residents' gardens and the amount of garbage scattered in the waterways due to the absence of trash cans and the difficulty of accessing garbage trucks to transport residents' garbage. Especially in this era of covid 19, we must maintain cleanliness from various viruses. Garbage is a small thing that can trigger a virus to grow. Therefore, a solution was found to overcome the waste. With the solution for making trash cans by KKM students, residents can throw garbage in its place and use an open-top Tossa motorbike because it is small and can enter the narrow road in the bogeg neighborhood of RT 1 RW 2, Banjar Agung village. This is expected to be a solution to the waste problem in the area

Abstract

This study presents the use of radio identification system with integrated active antenna technology on student attendance system. We describe RFID technology as a clever way to transmit data via radio and by using the function of Active Integrated Antennas (AIA) RFID as a way of receiving and sending. RFID technology can be used as a replacement or improvement of technology the item code (barcode) without visibility. Students are terpeting component in education, to manage and control the students is a must to make the institution as a place of discipline Hammersmith. By making information systems student attendance will help other systems such kuangan systems, assessment systems and other systems. Research on the use of RFID technology the student attendance system using the method of analysis, design and literature. Results that will be achieved is how merancangang a student attendance system automatically using RFID technology, merancangan a student attendance application that can overcome the problems encountered and prove the accuracy of the technologies of RFID.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an authentic and objective decision-making system on performance appraisal. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers should not be influenced by the element of subjectivity from those who choose, so it is felt that they do not support the process. To overcome the above problems, a decision support system was made to assist the process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Yatna Yuana Lebak Nursing Academy. In this study, the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem solving using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. This method was chosen because it can determine the weight value of each criterion, which is then carried out a ranking process to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives. With this ranking method, it is hoped that the assessment can be more precise because it is based on the criteria and weights that have been determined so that it gets a more accurate assessment result of who gets the predicate of outstanding lecturer. With this research, it is expected to evaluate the extent to which the system that has been implemented can affect the quality of education at the Yatna Yuana Lebak Nursing Academy.

Abstract

Proposal Seminar is an activity carried out to assess the feasibility of a proposed title. To test the feasibility of this Thesis Proposal, it is tested by three examiners. So far, the process of recording the feasibility assessment of this thesis proposal is still done manually, namely by recording the value on a form. The assessment form from the three Examiners was added manually to obtain a combined score, then the faculty staff re-entered and recap manually so that this process is relatively time consuming and prone to data input errors. Thesis trial is the final testing activity of the research process that has been carried out by students through a process of guidance by two Advisory Lecturers. Similar to the proposal seminar process, the recording of the thesis trial assessment data is also still done manually, namely by recording it on the assessment form that has been provided. After the assessment data is collected, the faculty staff carry out the process of accumulating the value of the three examiners to become the final score for the trial, this process is also carried out manually so that it is prone to errors. Based on the description of the background of the problem above, we can conclude that the causes of the emergence of this research idea are: The process of inputting value data repeatedly, the first is input by the examining lecturer and the second is re-entered again by the faculty staff, The process of calculating the combined value is still done manually so it is very prone to errors, To obtain the final combined value requires a relatively long time. The methodology used for system development is the Waterfall method. The expected results are the availability of a system that is able to record the evaluation process of the proposal seminar and thesis trial so that the process of recap of combined scores is faster and the results of the proposal seminar and thesis trial results are known to students more quickly, the value data input process is not repeated for data recap and printing. reports can be faster
