Abstract

The construction of uninhabitable houses is a government program especially from the Social Service to provide housing development assistance for the poor. However, in its realization, funding assistance from the government is often still lacking and even not on target. Therefore this study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze in determining the community that is eligible to receive housing repairs. The SPK method used in this study is the TOPSIS method. This method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using the Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. Research data obtained from the Department of public housing and residential areas pematangsiantar city using interviews, observation and literature study methods needed to help solve problems. This study uses 10 alternatives and 7 criteria. After calculating the analysis, families who are entitled to help with house repairs are alternative 7 on behalf of the Piatur Siringgo-Ringgo.

Abstract

Searching data in the computer system by using the data search tool can make it easier for users to search for data and information. In order to make it easier for users to search for data and information, it is necessary to modify and implement several algorithms or methods to provide additional features by providing vocabulary suggestions by matching strings that can be an alternative to the search for data and information. Brute force algorithm has a way of performing string searches by randomly searching from each string to find a matching string and which will be used to perform a data search, while the steganography algorithm has a way of working to insert objects, be it in the form of characters or images. Combining the two algorithms and combining each of its performance advantages, so as to provide suggestions in the process of searching for data and information through data search. The result is brute force algorithm will search the data by shifting from each string, so in doing the data search will take a short time while the steganography algorithm performs the storage of data that has been done matching in the process of searching for data that aims to search the next data.

Abstract

AMIK dan STIKOM Tunas Bangsa yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif  merupakan jantung kinerja lembaga sebuah pendidikan dalam sebuah pasar yang kompetitif.  Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keunggulan sebuah Akademi Ilmu Komputer. Faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya  merancang dan meningkatkan sebuah keamanan data. Pada saat ini, sudah begitu banyak media-media informasi, promosi, perfilman dan olah raga yang sangat berperan untuk memberikan suatu pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi perubahan di masyarakat. Salah satu contoh media yang sangat berhasil tersebut untuk saat ini adalah media televisi. Dengan adanya media televisi yang dibarengi dengan keluarnya produk-produk digital-reciever yang digunakan untuk sarana penangkapan sinyal siaran melalui satelit, dapat menekankan bahwa media televisi benar-benar dapat dijadikan sebagai patokan untuk sarana penyampaian informasi karena sudah mengacu kepada audio dan visual yang dapat memperjelas suatu keadaan secara langsung. Didalam penyampaian informasinya, media televisi dapat melibatkan media-media yang lain seperti media massa, media cetak, media pendidikan, media olah raga, media perfilman dan media internet sehingga sangat cocok untuk digunakan sebagai media penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat karena sudah mengacu kepada audio dan visual, yang sekarang ini biasa disebut dengan multimedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sebuah sistem keamanan suatu jenis acakan dengan memodifikasi algoritma yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan fungsi algoritma RSA untuk memodifikasi acakan BISS agar keamanan data bisa menjadi lebih kuat dibandingkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini protokol kesehatan menjadi hal wajib kepada setiap instansi/perusahaan yang beroperasi. Sehingga mengakibatkan pihak HSE perusahaan harus bekerja lebih keras untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan, terutama menggunakan masker dan melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh setiap karyawan yang akan masuk ke area kerja PT. Telkom Akses pematangsiantar. Sehingga penulis menciptakan alat absensi berbasis arduino uno yang dapat membantu pihak HSE melakukan absensi kehadiran karyawan disertai pengecekan suhu tubuh secara otomatis. Yang dimana apabila karyawan hendak masuk ke lokasi kerja maka wajib melakukan scan RFID dan pengecekan suhu. Apabila suhu karyawan dibawah 37 derajat celcius maka karyawan diperbolehkan masuk. Sedangkan apabila suhu karyawan diatas 37 derajat celcius maka alarm akan berbunyi dan akan muncul notifikasi karyawan akan dihimbau untuk segera periksa kondisi kesehatan dan beristirahat.

Abstract

Internet network is one of the most important needs in a company to access online in uploading or downloading a file. Where almost all companies already use computers and use the network as a tool to facilitate work. The problem that often occurs in the use of internet networks is that the speed is unstable, because users or users of the same network are more than one person, causing internet splits to split and not focus on one user. Mikrotik is a company that stands and makes products such as Routers, Switches, Antennas. By using a proxy router, the author found a solution to solve the problem by doing a bandweed mechanism with the aim of preventing the monopoly of bandwidth usage, so that all users or users in one network can get their bandwidth in a fair manner. Bandwidth management is a method used to meet these needs. And to do the settings, the author uses the Winbox application and also the queue function to do the implementation of the proxy router. The author uses the ip address of each computer that is connected in one network, to be used as data and then processed in the Winbox application, for bandwidth management.

Abstract

Dari banyaknya bidang ilmu komputer yang harus dibahas, diantaranya adalah pengamanan dari sebuah data. Diantara banyaknya data yang harus diamankan, bisa menggunakan algoritma kriptografi yang salah satunya adalah algoritma kriptografi Hill Cipher. Pengamanan data file gambar dan pesan teks dipadukan dengan fungsi algoritma kriptografi Hill Cipher yang dapat membantu meningkatkan keaslian pesan teks dan file gambar pada saat proses pengiriman pesan berlangsung. Sehingga pada saat pesan sampai kepada sipenerima, pesan tersebut masih bisa dijamin keaslian dari isi pesannya. Analisa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pesan teks yang dari pesan asli sebelumnya dilakukan penyandian, sehingga menghasilkan pesan teracak yang selanjutnya pesan teks tersebut dipadukan kedalam file gambar. Kata kunci : Data, Ilmu Komputer, Kriptografi, Hill Cipher

Abstract

DOC is known by Day Old Chicken is a chicken one day old, the usual weight of  normal average DOC Chicken in the range 35-40 gram of  his recordor. Researches take a case study Arab Chicken is a descendant of chicken brkiel-silver from Belgium whose spawn ability is sufficient and generally DOC Arabian Chicken has a soft brown fur color tend to be dark, has the same shape and size both in cockerels and hens so it is very difficult to distinguish. All data collected will be implemented in a system where the system is helping to facilitate the processing of data in determining the quality of chicken DOC Arabic using AHP (Analytic  Hierarchi  Process). At the stage of the AHP(Analytic  Hierarchi  Process) Method to determine the Quality of Arab Chicken DOC begins with the process of defining the problem as a general goal in the hierarchy of powers that the Criteria and Alternatives are preferred in making pairwise comparision matrices, calculating vector values, calculating eigen vectors testing consistency and normalize the data. The use of calculations thourgh AHP (Analytic  Hierarchi  Process) method is faster than manual calculations so that in determining the quality of Arab Chicken DOC is much more efficient and the accuracy of the data is more assured.

Abstract

A Lights are one of the basic needs in everyday life, both in household life, offices, and others, especially at the Pematangsiantar Police Station. In line with the rapid development in the field of technology, the amount of electricity demand tends to increase rapidly. This increase in demand can be caused by the increasing number of people using electrical technology. However, there needs to be a wise attitude in the use of this lighting energy source. If the lamp is left on, it will waste electricity. This often happens because you forget to turn it off. But if it is turned off then at night it will be dark until someone turns on the light. Therefore, automation is needed in regulating the use of electrical energy in lamps. In this case, an automatic lamp design was made using an Arduino-based light sensor that can be set to turn on and off automatically according to the intensity of sunlight received so that it will suit the needs of the lamp. This automatic lamp is equipped with Arduino, LDR module, and relay. The lighting load is usually operated manually by humans, with this study, human intervention in operations can be reduced. The results of this study showed that the Arduino-based light sensor can be implemented in the design of automatic lights.
