Abstract

This research intends to analyze the influence of Dividend Yield, Retention Ratio, Earnings per Share (or EPS), and Return on Equity (or ROE) on the Stock Price. It examines arrange of data set form Banks Company and in Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012-2014. The researcher utilizes purposive sampling method with 25 Banks Company. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significant 5%. Abstract

Analysis techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The purposive sampling method is a sample selection method based on population characteristics that have been determined. The sample in this study amounted to 15 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2019. The author uses secondary data sources namely financial report resume data in the form of balance sheet and income statement obtained from the websites of each company that were sampled in this study during the observation period, namely 2015-2019. While the data collection method used is the documentation technique. The documentation technique is data collection which is done by looking at the data of each company and then quoting or copying it. in this study the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis supported by the classic assumption test. The results of this study are that the Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Erning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and not significant effect on stock prices, and together Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Erning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effect of empowerment variables on individual characteristics and work culture on job satisfaction in the case study of PT. BSM East Belitung. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using a questionnaire distributed to employees / respondents. The sample was calculated using the Solvin formula, namely 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is positive sampling technique. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis which shows the results of the study, namely: empowerment of individual characteristics and work culture is significant on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and CAR on the profitability of conventional banks. This study uses four variables, namely inflation, interest rates, and CAR as the dependent variable, and bank profitability as the independent variable. The population in this study are banking sector companies that have been listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2015-2019, totaling 43 companies. The data collection method uses purposive sampling using financial reports on conventional banks in Indonesia which are listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The results show that inflation, interest rates, and CAR simultaneously affect the profitability of conventional banks listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, inflation has no significant effect on ROA, interest rates do not have a significant effect on ROA, and CAR has a significant effect on ROA. Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the effect of taxes, foreign ownership, bonus plans and company size on transfer pricing in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, 33 companies met the criteria to be sampled in the study from 2014-2018. The number of samples in the study for 5 years with 165 observations. This study uses a panel data regression model. Based on the results of data analysis research, it can be concluded that taxes have a positive effect, while foreign ownership, bonus plans, and company size have no effect on transfer pricing in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Abstract

This research aims to examine whether Problem Based Learning approach is able to increase the creativity of fourth grade elementary school students.? (2) How to improve the process of student creativity through problem based learning in grade IV elementary school students?. This is a qualitative research in a Classroom Action Research (CAR) type. This research was conducted on the four grade learners at Public Elementary School Bogor city, West Java Province. The result shows that: First, learning outcomes or conceptual understanding on the use of natural resources in Indonesia, for Fourth grade, semester II before applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model in Social Science Subjects (IPS) is still low. Second, the application of the PBL Model in point one is carried out in two cycles. Third, Student learning outcomes in point one after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model were proven to increase the students’ creativity in social studies learning, for example in cycle I, the average student learning outcomes were 68, then in Cycle II it increased to 78. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Gacoan Manahan Noodles. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers of Manahan gacoan noodles, amounting to 975 people, the sample in this study was 100 people. The results of this study have a significant influence between Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Price on Consumer Satisfaction of Gacoan Manahan Noodles. Abstract

The objective of the study was to examine the influence between OPPO smartphone Product Attributes and the Word of Mouth of OPPO smartphones on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The object in this study was OPPO smartphone users (students) Yogyakarta with a sample size of 92 respondents. This object is an OPPO smartphone user who accidentally meets the researcher and this object is in accordance with the researchers' criteria to be used as a data source. The testing is done with a hypothesis to determine whether or not an effect of variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y. The results of this study prove that product attributes do not significantly influence the purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This proves that there is a simultaneous influence on the Word of Mouth and product attributes on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and operating capacity ratio on financial distress potential. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Asia Tenggara Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2019. The sample in this study amounted to 140 samples obtained from 84 companies for 3 years with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this study is panel data regression analysis using eviews 9. The results showed that profitability did no influenced the finacial distress potential, liquidity ratio did no influenced the finacial distress potential, leverage ratio did no influenced the finacial distress potential, and operating capacity ratio has a negative effect on finacial distress potential.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diversification strategies on company financial performance with profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The type of data used is secondary data, while the sample selection method uses purposive sampling, obtained 40 sample companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application program. The results of this study indicate that the diversification strategy has a positive effect on the company's financial performance, and profitability mediates the effect of the diversification strategy on the company's financial performance.
