Abstract

Kesejahteraan penduduk merupakan tujuan setiap daerah yang dapat tercapai dengan pembangunan ekonomi. Salah satu indikatornya adalah indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM).Pada pembangunan manusia kaitannya dengan daya beli masyarakat, pada penelitian ini di lihat dari peningkatan PDRB. Pembangunan manusia juga menhadapi masalah seperti kemiskinan dan pengangguran yang dapat menjadi efek yang serius jika di abaikan. Dalam peningkatan pembangunan manusia peranan pemerintah berpengaruh melalui kebijakan yang di terapkan di daerahnya, seperti belanja modal.   Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh PDRB, kemiskinan, pengangguran dan belanja modal terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di 35 Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2011  2019, Dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis  regresi panel data dengan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan waktu penelitian 2011  2019. Hasil pada penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa PDRB berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM, Kemiskinan berpegaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM, sedangkan pengangguran dan belanja modal bepengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap IPMKata kunci: IPM, Jawa Tengah, Panel Data, Fixed effect model

Abstract

Every company has a goal to increase its profitability. Profitability is the ability of a company to make a profit in relation to sales, total assets, and own capital. A stable profitability will make investors interested in investing their funds. Profitability can be measured by Return On Investments (ROI) obtained from profit after tax compared to total assets. Factors affecting company profitability are working capital efficiency, liquidity and solvency. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital efficiency, liquidity and solvency on the profitability of companies in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The design of this study is casual associative research. The research population is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2018 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research population data is 15 companies and a sample of 14 companies is obtained. The independent variables in this study are working capital efficiency, liquidity and solvency. The dependent variable in this study is company profitability. Data analysis methods used are correlation, regression, determination, t test and F test with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis using multiple correlation test the relationship between efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency of company profitability with an R square value of 0.433 , this shows a fairly strong influence. The multiple linear regression equation in this study was formulated as Y = -80,823 + 3,259 WCT + 12,988 CR - 0,013 DER + e, working capital turnover and current ratio had a positive effect and the dept to equity ratio had a negative effect with a fixed assumption. Regression analysis yielded ajusted R² of 0.406 or 40.6%. While the remaining 59.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. Partial test (t test) variable working capital efficiency has a positive effect on company profitability with t arithmetic of 3636> t table 1.9971 and a significant value of 0.001, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Liquidity has a positive effect on company profitability with a t count of 5.101> t table 1.9971 and a significant value of 0.000, then the Ho area is rejected and H2 is accepted. Solvency has a negative effect on company profitability with a t count of -0.917< t table -1.9971 and a significant value of 0.363, then Ho is accepted and H3 is rejected. The accuracy of the model test results obtained calculated F value of 16.519> f table 2.74 with a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

Sektor industri merupakan sektor unggulan di Jawa Tengah dan memberikan kontribusi rata-rata tertinggi terhadap struktur PDRB. Industri Besar dan Sedang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi sektor yang paling berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pemetaan penyerapan tenaga kerja Industri Besar dan Sedang 35 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dengan Tipologi Klassen; dan 2) Pengaruh Unit Usaha, Nilai Output, Biaya Input, Dan Upah Minimum terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Industri Besar dan Sedang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2010-2019 menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil Tipologi Klassen menunjukkan bahwa 10 wilayah berada di Kuadran I, 3 wilayah di Kuadran II, 8 wilayah di Kuadaran III, dan 14 wilayah di Kuadran IV. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa Unit Usaha, Nilai Output, dan Biaya Input berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan Upah Minimum berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Industri Besar dan Sedang di Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2010-2019.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the world has caused the economy to slow down. Many people have been affected by this pandemic, such as the number of layoffs and a reduction in working hours which resulted in a decrease in people’s income. This study aims to see differences in Indonesia’s macroeconomic conditions such as seen from the inflation rate, exchange rate and interest rate in conditions before the pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic. The period used is January 2019 to February 2020 for conditions before the pandemic and March 202 to April 2021 for conditions during the pandemic. The mount of data is 28 months using the method of analysis of the independent sample difference test. The result of this study is that it has been proven that there are differences in the average rate of inflation, exchange rate and interest rates before the pandemic and during the pandemic.Keyword : inflation, exchange rate, interest rate

Abstract

The city of Surakarta is well known to the public as a city with a center for batik, where batik is one of the leading products in the city of Surakarta. Most of the people earn income from batik. The income of Batik SMEs during the last two years has decreased significantly, this can be influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital, labor and education on the income of Batik SMEs in Surakarta City.This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data based on a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with income as the dependent variable and three independent variables, namely capital, labor and education.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of capital, labor and education on the income of Batik SMEs in Surakarta City. The independent variables jointly affect the income of Batik SMEs in Surakarta City. The dominant variable that influences the income of Batik Center UMKM in Surakarta City is the capital variable..

Abstract

This study empirically examines the effectiveness of Cressey’s (1953) fraud risk factor framework adopted in SAS No. 99 in detection of financial statement fraud. According to Cressey’s theory pressure, opportunity and rationalization are always present in fraud situations. The variables of the fraud triangle used is pressure proxied by ACHANGE, FREEC, and FINANCE, opportunity proxied by BDOUT, TRN, and CEO_TRN, rationalization proxied by AUDSWITCH. This population of study was company listed on the Stock Exchange, and then the samples were taken by purposive sampling criteria the company’s corporate criteria sanctioned from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The total sample of 106 companies that the company is comprised of 49 companies that commit fraud financial reporting and 57 companies that are not financial reporting fraud by the similarity of firms in the industry, the year and the amount of total assets of the company. This study uses logistic regression statistical. The results of this study indicate that the opportunities proxied by TRN and CEO_TRN, rationalization proxied by AUDSWITCH effect on financial statement fraud and pressure are proxied by ACHANGE, FREEC, FINANCE and opportunities proxied by BDOUT no effect on financial statement fraud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi fenomena patron-klien terhadap interaksi petani tembakau dengan tengkulak dalam hal penawaran, hutang, dan kepercayaan, (2) mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel harga, biaya konsumsi rumah tangga, luas lahan, biaya produksi, dan keterikatan petani terhadap tengkulak di Desa Katekan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 847 petani tembakau dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 orang. Analisis penelitian menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda (OLS) variabel dummy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penawaran tembakau, tetapi secara individu variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan karena petani memiliki keterkaitan yang tinggi dalam kegiatan hutang dan piutang untuk konsumsi dan biaya produksi.

Abstract

This study tested the 2 (two) corporate strategy funding, PT Adira DMF Relathionship with strategy and excellent service while its competitors, PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia uses the strategy of Fee. This research seeks answers to whether the granting Fee factors other than in the form of cash, is there any other factors that may affect the decision of the dealer to give order to the Financing Institution. The results of this research is the Relationship Marketing strategy and excellent service can affect the decision of granting the order to the Institution by denying Financing amount of Fee is received.

Abstract

Work Perfomance at WFH policy of PPNPN Satker Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah I Provinsi Jateng is greatly influenced by discipline, creativity and responsibility. The problems in this  research is to knowing the effect of discipline, creativity and responsibility at WFH Policy on Work Perfomance of PPNPN Satker Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah I Provinsi Jateng. In this study the type of research used is explanatory research. The population referred to in this study are 134 employees. The results of a simple correlation analysis for disciplne variables on work perfomance obtained tcount 2.668, creativity on work perfomance obtained tcount 4.943 and responsibility on work perfomance obtained tcount 3.753. Based on the calculated F test obtained Fvalue 443,10. The conclusion from this research is Discipline, Creativity and Responsibility at WFH Policy have an significant effect on Work Perfomance of PPNPN Satker Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah I Provinsi Jateng, both of partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn modern times, the internet has been considered as a necessity for many people. The use of the internet has changed consumer behavior from direct purchases in stores to online purchases. Online shopping makes it easy for consumers to shop without spending a lot of time and effort in stores. In addition to the convenience obtained in online shopping, it is important to have a marketing strategy in selling online, namely viral marketing, online consumer reviews, prices, and brand ambassadors. This study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, online consumer reviews, prices, and brand ambassadors on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The population of this research is all Tokopedia users in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection using purposive sampling which is distributed through a questionnaire on google form to 220 respondents. The data has been processed using multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that: (1) Viral Marketing has a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (2) Online Consumer Reviews have a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (3) Price has a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (4) Brand Ambassadors have a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.Keywords: viral marketing, online consumer reviews, price, brand ambassador
