Abstract

Data mining is very appropriate for processing data, producing added value from a pile of data in the form of knowledge that is not known manually. K Means Clustering The method of analyzing data and grouping them based on similarities, this method is very appropriate to predict the level of farmer losses due to disease in cattle. Predicting the level of farmer losses due to disease in cows by grouping them based on similarities and similarities of disease types, making it easier to draw conclusions. The data processed in this study were 9 data which were sourced from cow disease data in the UPTD Puskeswan Palangki from January to December 2019. Based on the analysis of these data by veterinarians on duty at UPTD Puskeswan Palangki, there are 9 types of diseases. Then the data is processed using the K means clustering method and proven using the WEKA application. The results of testing for this method are 3 diseases with a high loss rate and 6 diseases with a low loss rate. The data from the test results have been able to predict disease in cattle by grouping them into two parts, namely 3 diseases with a high loss rate and 6 diseases with a low loss rate.

Abstract

Dharma Andalas University is a change in form from the Dharma Andalas Higher School of Economics (STIE). Dharma Andalas University is one of the private universities in the city of Padang which is under the auspices of the Andalas Dharma Education Foundation (YPDA) which is directly fostered by the Andalas University alumni association. Dharma Andalas University is a private university so operational costs come from student tuition fees. Payment of tuition fees is an obligation of every student, considering that tuition fees are quite expensive, Dharma Andalas University provides relief for students to make tuition payments in installments. The purpose of this study is to assist the leadership in making a decision to pay installments using the Weighted Product method. In this study, the data processed is the data of students who apply for installment tuition payments at Dharma Andalas University. The data processing is to determine the criteria for each alternative by multiplying for attribute match reting, then rank with the attribute weight value which results in the vector value V, then the vector value V is ranked from the highest value to the lowest value where the highest value will be prioritized. Furthermore compared to the manual calculation method with a system that has been made, the results are the same with an accuracy rate of 97%, so that it can be recommended to the leadership to help make decisions about the payment of tuition installments.

Abstract

Herpes Zoster or shingles is an infection caused by the varicella zoster virus. Herpes Zoster is also called shingles because there will be blisters on the skin in the form of lines or small areas on one side of the face or body and it feels quite hot like burning. Usually the patient experiences complaints in the form of reddish spots and air-filled bubbles appear. Designing an expert system in order to help users with the early symptoms of Herpes Zoster, as well as indicators of the type of Herpes Zoster disease which they suffer through the results of direct consultation through the system. The data used in this study were obtained from direct interviews with experts, namely Dr. Qaira Anum Sp.KK at the RSI hospital. Ibnu Sina Padang as a specialist in skin and venereal diseases. The data obtained were data on the types of Herpes Zoster, the symptoms of each type of Herpes Zoster, the weight of each type of existing symptoms, and the solution or prevention of each type of Herpes Zoster disease. This research was assisted by using the Certainty Factor method in order to facilitate the process of determining what type of Herpes Zoster disease suffered by users who consult through the system based on the symptoms felt by each user. The result of testing this method is that there are 100% of 10 testing data. Based on the accuracy of the findings for this system, this study is very precise in the level of identity known to Herpes Zoster in humans. Expert system of examiners can specifically identify Herpes Zoster. Through this Certainty Factor method, the level of accuracy is accurate and can help veterinarians improve their accuracy to identify Herpes Zoster in humans.

Abstract

Easy access to motorcycle has now made almost all people own motorcycle. However, there are many obstacles in motorcycle maintenance, especially N-Max motorcycle. The lack of knowledge about engine failure has resulted in many owners choosing the workshop to be the destination for detecting motorcycle damage. Then the research was carried out by applying the Forward Chaining method to detect damage to the N-Max motorcycle. The result of this research is that the owner of the Yamaha N-Max motorcycle can find out the damage to the motorcycle early and get the solution suggested by the system. This study resulted in 86.7% of the success rate of this system.

Abstract

Chicken meat is one of the most commonly consumed side dishes. To produce high quality chicken meat, a system is needed that makes it easy for breeders to buy chickens, one of which is the right system in determining the temperature of a broiler cage. The purpose of this study was to obtain a temperature appropriate to the age of the chickens as well as in its cultivation. In this case, the Fuzzy Sugeno method is used in an effort to build a systematic approach to generate the fuzzy rules from the input data sets given with fuzzy variables temperature, chicken age and decision. Where in each fuzzy variable there are linguistic variables, age (small, adolescent, and adult), temperature (cold, medium, and hot), decision (cold, ideal, hot). Later it will be processed with Matlab R2013a and can be implemented with Arduinno Mega 2560 using the Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) programming compiler. A typical study in this study was conducted in a broiler cage with a size of approximately 40X10 m with a capacity of about 5000 broilers. The result of testing for this method is the ideal temperature according to the age and temperature of the broiler house input. From the trials that have been carried out, it can be said that the Fuzzy Sugeno method which is implemented with the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller can increase the accuracy of the ideal temperature in broiler brackets.

Abstract

School grants are the distribution of education funds for elementary schools sourced from the Boss Performance (Bos Kinerja). Boss Performance or school operational assistance is allocated for schools that are considered to have good performance. The issues that often arise is the distribution of school aid funds that are not on target, this is due to the absence of a method for distributing these funds, which has affect on the performance of the school education unit. Decision support systems with Simple Additive Weighting (hereinafter reffered to as SAW) method are used to encourage the quality of education services for elementary schools which are considered to have good performance in educational units. Moreover, its facilitate in making and supporting decisions in the distribution of elementary school assistance funds. In the result of this study found the final result 100 percent accuracy therefore adoption of the Simple Additive Weighting method helps in making decisions that are right on target in distributing primary school grants.

Abstract

Blood is a special organ as a communication and transportation system whose job is to circulate nutrients and oxygen. As a very vital transport system and its very useful existence for many people, blood must be managed properly. Monte Carlo simulations can predict problems related to blood stock and demand for blood. The data that is processed to predict blood supply is blood production data in 2018 and 2019, Simulation results data for 2018 are compared with real data for 2019 and simulation results for 2019 are compared with real data for 2020. The results of the simulations that have been carried out have an accuracy rate of 96.21% for 2018 and 79.22% for 2019. Based on the results of the tests that have been done, it can provide information that can help in the management of forecasting future blood stocks.

Abstract

Personality identification is one of the important things to know yourself and others. This identification is carried out based on the trait symptoms a person has based on the big five personality theory. This study aims to measure the level of accuracy in identifying personality based on visible trait symptoms. The data processed in this study were 10 patients. This data comes from psychology experts at the Faculty of Psychology, Riau Islamic University. The method used to process data is forward chaining. Based on the sample data processing that has been done to identify a person's personality and character, it has an accuracy rate of 100%. The results of this study obtained the type of personality which will then be understood by everyone to be able to identify their personality more deeply.

Abstract

Cowhide is the outermost part of beef that can be used in the product process, namely the finished skin in the production of household needs. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in determining the quality of cowhide in household production needs. The data processed in this study were 6 alternatives. Cowhide quality data obtained at the UPDT Leather Processing Padang Panjang. There are several types of cowhide which have good, medium and poor quality levels. Furthermore, the data is processed manually using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and continued by using the super software decisions as testing. The processing stage is to determine the weight of each criterion, provide an assessment (pair-wire comparation), summarize all the results of the assessment (overall composite weight). The results of the data processing are continued by calculating the level of accuracy. The result of the test on this method is that 98% of the cowhide has quality with vegetable cowhide based on the quality level of the given criteria. The testing decision making system has been able to identify the specific quality of cowhide. Through the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the level of accuracy can be quite accurate and can help producers improve accuracy in identifying the quality of cowhide in household production needs.

Abstract

The lack of public awareness in some regions in making land title certificates has resulted in the Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) being unable to run evenly. This study aims to identify areas that have the potential for making land certificates so that there is an equal distribution of the PTSL program. Based on PTSL data for 2017, 2018, and 2019 in the City of Bukittinggi, there are several urban villages that still have low potential in making certificates. The K-Means method can be used to group data from an area. The results of the testing of this method were 3 clusters of potential areas were obtained, so that the potential approach of land registration areas was obtained through the PTSL program to achieve the complete city target by the Bukittingi City Land Office.
