Regional government in Indonesia annually sets a target for tax revenues of non-metallic minerals and rocks. Setting targets is very important as a guideline in preparing the current year's budget work plan. So far, the target of non-metal mineral and rock tax revenues has been prepared based on a joint agreement between the regional government and the regional legislature. The prediction of non-metal mineral and rock tax revenues using Monte Carlo simulation can be a solution to predict the next few years. This prediction uses data between 2009 - 2018 taken from the tax and retribution management body one of the districts in Indonesia. Testing the results of predictions is done by comparing the results of predictions with data from 2016 - 2018. The test results show that the average accuracy rate reaches 82.05%. So this study greatly helped the district government in setting the target for the acceptance of non-metal minerals and rock taxes.

The scheduling of a suspension bridge construction project is very influential in determining the success of construction which has risks and uncertainties in the construction of a suspension bridge. So we need a suspension bridge project scheduling to predict the work schedule for each suspension bridge construction activity. To overcome all the risks and uncertainties in the construction of a suspension bridge, a Monte Carlo method simulation is needed to process 10 activities in a suspension bridge construction project. The accuracy rate using Monte Carlo simulation is 93.99% for predictions for 2017, 2018 for 98.77% and 86.75% for 2019. So this Monte Carlo simulation can be used in predicting the scheduling of a suspension bridge construction project.

This research aims to control the stock of goods more effectively and efficiently. Stock data is controlled from sales transactions that occur at any time with online. This study processes sales data at the Epi Rice Shop. The method used in controlling stocks is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point. The data is processed by PHP programming language and MySQ Database. Processing results are presented in the form of reports relating to sales and inventory information. Reports produced can control the stock of goods better because of clearer and more accurate information, so the error rate in controlling stock is relatively small. So that this research can be used in ordering and controlling stock of goods to be more effective and efficient.

The skin is the outer protective organ for humans. Skin is the most interacting layer with the environment. Interactions that occur are not always safe against bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, so they will cause harm. Poor interactions will result in skin diseases. This skin disease is often considered normal, but can be dangerous and deadly and contagious. Due to the natural conditions and lack of medical personnel, sufferers of skin diseases have problems in examining their skin diseases. So this research was conducted by using an Expert System (Expert System) to help sufferers of skin diseases and help get solutions to these diseases. The solution obtained from the symptoms felt by sufferers. The method used in this study is Forward Chaining (FC) and processed using the Certainty Factor (CF) Method. The results of this study can determine the right initial steps in dealing with infectious skin diseases. So this research is very helpful for sufferers in knowing the type of skin disease, the solution in its prevention and its prevention precisely.

Candidate Admission is an effort of the campus agency to obtain a Candidate Candidate in accordance with the criteria of each campus. With the information system for recruiting prospective cadets, it is expected to be able to overcome the problems that are often faced in accepting prospective cadets. McCall is one model that explains Software Quality Factor or software quality. This model has three main perspectives, namely product operation, product revision, and product transition. Product operation includes several factors, namely correctness, reliability, usability, integrity, and efficiency. The McCall method has good accuracy and detail so that it can be used to test and guarantee the quality of information system software. Testing is done using the McCall method calculation, the final results obtained from the calculation process, namely from the 30 test data there are 40.17% match the data from the system calculation. The sum of normalized matrices with weights per criterion shows alternative ranking closest to the criteria to the farthest from the criteria included in the Good Enough category.

National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) is an institution that processes the recipient and distribution of funds. Funds that are managed are sourced from individual zakat or an organization, so that at any time have data that requires speed in its processing. So this research was conducted to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the management and distribution of zakat funds in an information system. Data management uses Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming software and its storage uses Structured Query Language (MySQL). The processed data are the recipient data and distribution of zakat in Bengkulu Mukomuko BAZNAS. The results of this study can manage data reception and distribution quickly and accurately as well as storing archived data safely. So that the use of information technology in processing zakat data can be managed better.

Bureau of Student Advisory Center (BSAC) Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi is a center for career development and character building for students. In this case, a soft skill seminar is conducted to find the best candidate employees in the field of recruitment offered based on the criteria of student soft skill training. Determining the level of soft skill competences of students using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). For decision support systems using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods in determining the level of soft skill competencies, in order to obtain prospective employees who have the required soft skill competency level. Data collection was carried out by conducting research. The data is taken from the seminar results with 100 participants. The data that has been collected, processed and analyzed before being used as input and output as a basis for learning or training using the AHP and Promethee methods. Based on the calculations of the two methods, namely the AHP and Promethee methods, there are differences in calculations. In other words, because Promethee does not support the determination of weights and the hierarchy of criteria and does not have the assurance of consistency when determining weights like AHP. So that the program execution has a different time in the results, in the AHP method, program execution until the final result is obtained is better than the Promethee method. AHP has advantages in determining weights and criteria hierarchy, while Promethee has advantages in the alternative ranking process using different preference and weight functions.

Education is one of the main focuses of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government work program. Based on data from the Regional Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri district in 2019, the high level of student interest in attending school is at the elementary and junior high school levels. K-means clustering is a data grouping technique by dividing existing data into one or more clusters. School grouping based on student interest is important because at the high school level students' interest in education has decreased so that information is needed which schools are in great demand, sufficient interest and less interest by students at the junior high school level when after finishing elementary school education. This study aims to assist the Education Office in the decision-making process to determine which school students are most interested in as a reference in development both in terms of quality and quantity. The data used in this study is the Dapodikdasmen data in 2019.Data processing in this study uses the K-means clustering method with a total of 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 (C0) is less attractive, Cluster 1 (C1) is quite attractive, cluster 2 (c2) is very interested in students in choosing a school. The results of the clustering process with 2 iterations state that for cluster 0 there are 6 school data, for cluster 1 there are 3 school data, cluster 2 is 1 school data.

Hardware is a computer that can be seen and touched in person. Hardware is used to support student work and learning processes. The hardware should always be in good shape. If any damage should be done quickly. The benefits of this study provide a viable level of data against hardware tools. The purpose of this study determines that hardware that is worth using quickly and precisely so easily can be repaired and replaced. Hard-processed action consists of 12 projectors, 2 units of access point, 6 units of monitors, and 20 CPU units. To see the level of appropriateness regarding hard drives requires a rough set algorithm with that stage: information system; Decision system; Equivalency class; Discernibility matrix; Discernibility Matrix module D; Reduction; Generate Rules. The results of the 40 devices of study STMIK Indonesia Padang subtract college have 10 rules of policy on whether the hardware is still viable, repaired or replaced. So using a rough set algorithm is particularly appropriate to apply in a verifiable level of accuracy to fast and precise hardware. Keywords: Hardware, Decision System, Data Mining, Rules , Rough Set

Large domesticated types of ruminants such as goats, buffalo and cows are animals that are commonly kept and used as food sources and as assistants to human work in rural areas. Knowledge about pets, especially animal health, is something owners really need to keep their pets healthy. The owner's lack of knowledge about diseases and early handling of diseases in pets and the difficulty of seeing a veterinarian in urgent situations prevent pets from getting proper first aid. This study aims to identify the types of diseases suffered by pets based on the symptoms experienced by pets precisely. The method used is themethod Certainty Factor to accommodate the uncertainty of an expert's thinking on 12 diseases and 47 disease symptoms in pets. The results of this study can identify diseases in pets and produce certainty values for the types of diseases in the form of diseases suffered by pets. So that this research can be a reference in identifying diseases in pets and providing knowledge to owners about first aid and disease management in pets.
