Abstract

School grants are the distribution of education funds for elementary schools sourced from the Boss Performance (Bos Kinerja). Boss Performance or school operational assistance is allocated for schools that are considered to have good performance. The issues that often arise is the distribution of school aid funds that are not on target, this is due to the absence of a method for distributing these funds, which has affect on the performance of the school education unit. Decision support systems with Simple Additive Weighting (hereinafter reffered to as SAW) method are used to encourage the quality of education services for elementary schools which are considered to have good performance in educational units. Moreover, its facilitate in making and supporting decisions in the distribution of elementary school assistance funds. In the result of this study found the final result 100 percent accuracy therefore adoption of the Simple Additive Weighting method helps in making decisions that are right on target in distributing primary school grants.

Abstract

The skin is the outer layer of the human body that has various important functions. However, high sun exposure in Indonesia can cause damage to the skin due to ultraviolet rays. The use of sunscreen becomes important in preventing sunburn and skin cancer. Women with combination skin types often have difficulty choosing the right sunscreen. This study applies the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods with the weighting of the Centroid Rank Order (ROC) method and the level of accuracy of MSE aims to produce decisions in choosing the right sunscreen for combination skin. At the methodology stage, data on criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives are collected through observation and interviews. The criteria consist of 6 namely Benefit, Composition, Price, Vitamins, Side Effects, and Size. The ROC is used for weighting, while the MAUT and MOORA methods are used in the assessment and comparison of alternatives and MSE is used for the level of accuracy. The discoveries from this study hold the possibility to offer recommendations for choosing the best sunscreen for combination skin, namely A7 with the brand sunscreen Somethinc Comfort Correct for the MAUT method is 0.7134 and the MOORA method is 0.102. The results of the MSE calculation obtained a deviation value, namely the MOORA method with a value of 215.0091 better than the MAUT method of 207.4922. So that the MOORA method is the best method in choosing sunscreen for combination skin and aims to help people who are still having difficulty choosing the right sunscreen, so as to avoid mistakes in choosing inappropriate sunscreens that can have a negative impact on the skin

Abstract

The coffee business has been experiencing rapid growth, leading coffee business operators to seek high-quality coffee supplier that can meet the needs of their customers. The selection of a coffee supplier is crucial, as it can help maintain customer loyalty. However, often, issues arise in the supplier selection process, such as managing complex information, conducting evaluations, and still relying on manual selection methods. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to provide accurate and quick decisions using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method and weighting generated from the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The determination of the coffee supplier involves 5 criteria such as price, coffee quality, roasted level variation, aroma, and location. The results of the assessment using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods identify the best alternative as the coffee supplier, which is named The Cold Crafters with a preference score of 1.2453.

Abstract

Masyarakat umum yang akan melakukan perjalanan wisata saat ini dapat mencari informasi tempat wisata melalui internet, namun hal tersebut dirasa masih belum menyelesaikan permasalahan wisatawan yang kesulitan untuk mencari informasi destinasi wisata ketika tidak memiliki akses internet. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan informasi terkait dengan destinasi wisata berbasis mobile. Aplikasi berbasis mobile dapat diakses dengan sangat mudah bahkan beberapa fitur tidak memerlukan akses internet. Untuk itu, adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan akses informasi destinasi wisata oleh wisatawan ketika kesulitan untuk mendapatkan akses internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 15 responden dengan jumlah pertanyaan sebanyak 5 pertanyaan untuk mengetahui kualitas tampilan, untuk mengetahui kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi ini berguna atau tidak serta untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan responden. Hasil pengolahan kuesioner dari 5 pertanyaan tersebut didapatkan persentase sebesar 73 % yang jika dikonversikan akan dihasilkan tingkat kepuasan responden yaitu “Baik”. Dari hasil kuesioner tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini cukup berguna bagi wisatawan dan layak untuk diimplementasikan dengan beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Threads, a new application released by Meta in mid-2023, has sparked discussions across various social media platforms. This application has been widely compared to Twitter. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian society regarding the emergence of Threads on social media. Various opinions were collected from Twitter posts and analyzed using the Naïve Bayes algorithm in RapidMiner to classify each public response. The results show that 28.8% of respondents view the introduction of Threads positively, while 71.2% express negative sentiment. Therefore, Threads should improve its application by adding additional features to gain broader acceptance among users. Although this research has not validated using other algorithms, it provides a general overview of the public's response to the newly emerging Threads application.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments require companies to create information systems that can organize and process company information effectively and efficiently. PT. Universal Karya Jaya is a company engaged in metal cutting services. The company does not have a running Information System yet. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good information system to support its business processes through data warehouse design. The design of the data warehouse uses the nine- step methodology from Kimball and uses star modeling so that PT. Universal Karya Jaya can make their company data integrated and help superiors analyze data for fast and accurate decision making. The goal to achieve from this research is to design a data warehouse model that suits the needs of the company and it is hoped that this design can be implemented at PT. Universal Karya Jaya to support their business processes. Meanwhile, the research method used for this research was literature study and interviews. With this data warehouse, it is hoped that it can assist companies in handling large amounts of data so that it can become a helping hand on inputs for stakeholders in the decision-making process.

Abstract

This research examines the application of ISO 31000:2018 in IT risk management within the publishing system of PT. X, a book publishing company. ISO 31000:2018 is an international standard providing systematic guidance to identify, analyze, and manage risks, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and organizational sustainability. Using a qualitative approach, this study incorporates literature reviews and interviews with the publishing manager of PT. X to further understand risk management implementation and identify existing gaps. The identified risks include natural, human, and system-related factors, totaling 23 risks such as hacking attacks, data theft, and server damage. Risk analysis was conducted using likelihood and impact parameters to evaluate the frequency and consequences of risks on company operations. The findings reveal that implementing ISO 31000:2018 offers an effective framework for managing risks at PT. X, enhancing risk awareness, safeguarding company assets, and supporting decision-making processes. This study also provides strategic recommendations to improve risk management and strengthen operational resilience at PT. X.

Abstract

. Instagram is a social media platform that allows users to share various photos, videos, and messages online. In the digital era, communication through social media has become a means for users to interact. The Direct Message (DM) feature on Instagram plays an important role in facilitating communication. However, based on observations and questionnaire results, users reported that the interface and user experience of this feature are less than optimal, particularly regarding feature functionality, less efficient message management, and difficulties in marking important messages. Based on these issues, this study focuses on understanding user needs to improve the DM feature. Instagram DM serves as an interface that delivers information to users. The purpose of this research is to increase efficiency, create a more interactive user experience, and enhance user satisfaction when using the Direct Message feature on Instagram. This study adopts the User-Centered Design (UCD) method for a design development process oriented to user needs, involving four stages: user analysis, solution analysis, design, and testing. Prototype design testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure system usability. The SUS test results from 37 respondents yielded a score of 71%, indicating a good level of usability and acceptance by users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) guna membantu pemilik usaha Greenlie dalam menentukan jenis kue tradisional yang paling optimal untuk diproduksi secara massal. Dalam usaha toko kue tradisional, pemilihan produk yang tepat sangat penting karena berpengaruh pada efisiensi operasional dan keberhasilan bisnis secara finansial dan waktu. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan lima kriteria penilaian yaitu keuntungan per item, tingkat kesulitan pembuatan, lama pembuatan, ketersediaan bahan, dan popularitas produk. Setiap alternatif kue dinilai berdasarkan kriteria tersebut dan diproses menggunakan metode SAW untuk menghasilkan skor yang menggambarkan kelayakan produksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa onde-onde memiliki skor tertinggi sebesar 0.7675, diikuti oleh bugis mandi dan centeh manis. Dengan adanya SPK ini, pengambilan keputusan produksi diharapkan menjadi lebih objektif dan terarah sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas usaha Greenlie.
