Background: Exposure to Covid-19 that occurs in pregnancy is at risk of miscarriage, IUGR (intrauterine growth retardation) and as a predictor of detection of stunted babies associated with pregnancy and postpartum.Purpose: To analyze pregnant women in the exposure to the COVID-19 infection outbreak with the risk of stunting based on the growth and development of babiesMethod: The cross-sectional population is infants aged less than 12 months and their mothers with a history of Covid-19 infected status during pregnancy. The samples were 48 two groups of infectious and non-infectious and taken by a purposive sampling technique. Researched at the polyclinic of the Covid-19 referral hospital. The statistic analyzes mean and correlation test data with Chi-Square.Results: The age range of babies at observation was 2-12 months with a mean age of 7 months. Progression score with Pre-screening Developmental Questionnaire (PDQ) lowest 2 and highest 10. Pregnant women who are not infected are at risk of stunting with the highest indicator of baby weight is normal at 70.8 percent and normal baby height at 80 percent. Pregnant women infected with Covid-19 without symptoms to moderate symptoms risk stunting with the highest indicator of baby weight being normal ranging from 46.2 percent – 80 percent and normal infant height ranging from 80 percent - 84.6 percent. Analysis of the effect of exposure to Covid-19 during pregnancy on the risk of stunting based on the baby's weight and height had no effect (p-value > 0.05). The ratio of infant development deviations in uninfected and Covid-19 infected mothers was 16.7%. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the confirmed status of Covid-19 during pregnancy and infant development are related (P value < 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of exposure to Covid-19 during pregnancy on the risk of stunting based on the baby's weight and height has no effect. A comparison found deviations in infant development in uninfected and Covid-19-infected mothers, there was an association.

Background: Childbirth is a series of pregnancy processes that end with the expulsion of the products of conception. The number of births with SC is increasing every year. In Indonesia, the incidence of cesarean section in 2009 has reached 29.6%. This number certainly affects the mortality and morbidity rates in subsequent deliveries.Purpose: To identify family support and the healthcare workforce when the patient chooses a cesarean section on maternal and neonatal outcomesMethod: A case study with TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean Delivery) is a planned effort to give birth vaginally by a woman who has had a previous SC delivery. Women's perceptions related to pregnancy to delivery can influence the choice of the desired delivery method. Results: Women 31 year old with G3P1011 assisted since 17-18 weeks of gestation. Had an obstetric history with 1x caesarean section in 2016 because there was no progress in labour. Early referral planning has been carried out. Termination of pregnancy by sectio caesarea is planned at 38-39 weeks of gestation. Since the beginning of the pregnancy, the mother wanted to give birth vaginally, but the mother did not get support from her husband or family. Before the intervention was carried out, the mother experienced signs of labor and the mother wanted to try vaginal delivery but was not supported by healthcare workforce and a cito SC was performed. The baby was born healthy with a good Apgar score. Conclusion: The perceptions and beliefs that pregnant women have after SC surgery need to be balanced with the support of their families and healthcare workforce so that they are successful in undergoing trials of the normal delivery method according to preference. Mentoring activities can be a method of providing education, monitoring efforts, and early detection of complications in pregnant women with former SC operations.

Background: Antenatal care (ANC) as one of the early prevention efforts for pregnancy risk factors. The success of the maternal health program can be assessed through the main indikator maternal mortality rate (MMR). MMR is all deaths within the scope of every 100.000 live births. In 2021 there were 7,389 death in Indonesia. Health services for pregnant women or antenatal care must meet a minimum frequency of six prenatal checks and two visits by a doctor. In order for the implementation of the MCH program to run smoothly, aspects of improving the quality of MCH program services are still expected to become priority activities at the district/ City level. Improving the quality of the MCH Program is also assessed from the size of the program coverage in each work area.Purpose: To analysis of the implementation of an integrated antenatal service program in the Tanggamus Regency Area.Method: This type of research uses qualitative studies. This research was carried out in the Tanggamus Regency Region in March-April 2022. The data collection technique used in this study was a focus group discussion with the coordinating midwife and implementing midwife. Results: Based on integrated antenatal program planning, there are constraints related to human resources, which are still lacking in limited funds, and out of 6 health centers, there are five health centers that do not yet have pregnancy check-up facilities using ultrasound, based on the organization of integrated antenatal programs, due to a shortage of midwives so that the performance of midwives is still there concurrent positions where the midwife is also in charge of the laboratory. Judging from the implementation of the integrated antenatal program, a small portion or as many as 2 Community Health Centers had no problems in antenatal examinations, but most or 4 Community Health Centers implementing integrated antenatal activities did not comply with the guidelines because they did not have an ultrasound device and based on the supervision of the integrated antenatal program the results of activities were recorded. Integrated antenatal care by midwives given the task and authority in the recording. Conclusion: Based planning an integrated antenatal program, there are constraints related to human resources, which are still lacking limited funds; based on implementing an integrated antenatal program, a small part or as many as 2 Community Health Centers, there are no obstacles in antenatal examinations, based on monitoring integrated antenatal program the results of integrated antenatal activities are recorded by midwives who are given the task and authority in the recording.

Background: Postoperative pain is an important aspect of patient care. It occurs when there is tissue injury and muscle spasms following surgery. The goal of postoperative pain management is to minimize discomfort and side effects. Poor pain management can result in patient discomfort, complications, slow recovery, and longer hospitalization. Therefore, it is crucial for registered nurses to have a good understanding of postoperative pain assessment tools in order to provide the best pain management for their patients.Purpose: To assess knowledge and attitude related to pain management practices among registered nurses (rn) in postoperative patients. Method: In this study, a descriptive quantitative cross-sectional survey design was used. A questionnaire was administered, consisting of four parts. The first part collected socio-demographic data from Registered Nurses. The second part contained 13 true and false questions to evaluate their knowledge level. The third part consisted of 14 questions to assess the attitudes of Registered Nurses, and the fourth part consisted of 18 questions using a Likert scale to evaluate their practices. The total number of respondents was 108 Registered Nurses. The data obtained were analyzed using IBM Social Packages for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 26.Results: The study finding shows that 58.2% of Registered Nurses possess adequate knowledge regarding postoperative pain management, while 41.8% lack sufficient knowledge. These nurses agree that effective analgesia is crucial in postoperative care, with 90.8% recognizing the importance of pain measurement instruments. Providing a clean and comfortable ward with a neatly made bed is the most commonly practiced intervention for pain relief among Registered Nurses. Additionally, the study found a positive correlation between age, years of clinical experience, and pain management practices. Conclusion: According to the findings, there is significant variation in the knowledge, attitude, and practices of registered nurses when it comes to managing postoperative pain. To ensure that patients receive helpful and effective pain management after surgery, it is important for nurses to participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Background: Since the discovery of Covid-19, scientific developments, policies, and programs regarding Covid-19 have changed rapidly. In 2022 the Covid-19 vaccine arrived at the second booster. In Indonesia, various policies related to Covid-19 are also experiencing very rapid adjustments, such as the policy for travelling using public transportation, planes, trains, and ships that require the completeness of the Covid-19 vaccine up to boosters. These regulations make the Covid-19 vaccination a necessity that seems forced. Pregnant and postpartum women are also not free from the target of giving Covid-19. Various theories and research have proven that knowledge is related to attitude. Following this theory, knowledge and attitudes will align with the completeness of Covid-19. So if positive knowledge and attitudes affect the completeness of the Covid-19 vaccine, then it will not be affected by the Covid-19 vaccination obligation policy required by the Indonesian government.Purpose: To find out the relationship between Knowledge and attitude of accepting COVID-19 vaccine booster doses and third doses among postpartum women in Palembang, IndonesiaMethod: This study was quantitative. The design was analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The study samples consisted of 38 postpartum mothers in Independent Practice Midwife at Palembang. The complications of postpartum mothers were excluded. The sampling technique was accidental sampling. Results: There is no relationship between knowledge and accepting COVID-19 vaccine booster doses and third doses (p=0.348), but in the analysis, there is a relationship between attitude towards vaccination readiness and accepting COVID-19 (p=0.003), there is a relationship between attitude towards government policy and completeness of vaccination Covid-19 (p=0.004), there is a relationship between attitudes towards vaccines and accepting COVID-19 (p=0.015)Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge and accepting COVID-19, and there is a relationship between attitude and accepting COVID-19
