Respiratory failure can be characterized by a decrease in oxygen saturation. Oxygen saturation is the percentage of hemoglobin about oxygen in the arteries. Normal oxygen saturation is in the range of 95% - 100%. The cause of respiratory failure can occur due to pulmonary disorders such as pneumonia, sepsis, heart failure, or neurological disorders. Airway obstruction is a condition in which a person is unable to expel secretions effectively, this condition can lead to respiratory failure. Suction aims to free the airway, reduce the buildup of secretions, and prevent lung infections. This literature review is to determine the effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure. Search from scientific publications or research journals related to the effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure. Each scientific publication or research journal has been selected based on inclusion criteria. The results of the nine articles or journals analyzed showed that there was an effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure as indicated by the p-value <0.05. There is an effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure.

During breastfeeding, mothers gave a variety of excuses for not breastfeeding their infants, such as multiparous mothers who may be less aware of breastfeeding because they believe their milk supply is running low and mothers with small nipples who find it challenging to breastfeed due to nip damage caused by improper breastfeeding or care for the infant. breast. Both of these factors can make a mother anxious, which stops the oxytocin hormone from working, causing breast milk to be retained in the breast and the mother to switch to formula milk. In Kudaile Village, Tegal Regency, this study intends to examine the variables that affect women with cracked nipples applying exclusive breastfeeding. Finding factors that affect the adoption of exclusive breastfeeding is the specific goal of this study, which can help to increase. This study employs an observational design and a qualitative methodology. In-depth interview procedures were used to gather the data in accordance with the rules for interviewing and watching people. Field notes were made in addition to recording the interview outcomes. The researcher employed source triangulation, which involves gathering information from various sources (informant families) using the same.

The issue of nutrition is set as an essential point in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the SDGs targets related to nutrition is that by 2030 all forms of malnutrition in children under five must end. The incidence of malnutrition in children under five is strongly influenced by the knowledge of parents. Knowledge of nutrition is an essential provision for mothers to provide balanced nutrition for their toddlers. The purpose of the study was to prove the role of mother's knowledge regarding nutritional needs on nutritional status of children under five in Sukomulyo Village. The research design is correlational analytic approach cross sectional Data was collected on 74 mothers who have toddlers using stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the mother's knowledge about nutritional needs was mostly (50%) sufficient. Most of the nutritional status of children under five (66.2%) is good.test Spearman rank obtained the rs value of 0.405 and the p value (sig.) = 0.000 < 0.05. Researchers suggest the need for mothers of toddlers to further increase their knowledge about the nutritional needs of toddlers, so that the nutritional status of toddlers can be improved even more and can prevent malnutrition.

The sampling technique was systematic random sampling. The data analysis was chi square statistical test, p value ≤ α value (0,05). The result of this on 97 respondents revealed that there was a relationship between anemia and the incidence of LBW p value = 0,002, there was a relantionsjip betweenpreeclampsia and the incidence og LBW p value = 0,000, and there was a relantionship between CED and the incidence of LBW p value = 0,000. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that midwives improve health services to the community in order to reduce infant mortality.

Emotions are related to emotional expression or profound changes that accompany emotions, characterizing individuals who are easily aroused to display emotional behavior. The factors that affect the menstrual cycle are estrogen production, nutritional status, stress factors, regular exercise, emotional changes, smoking and taking drugs. Emotional changes due to a stressor have been associated with hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle. Menstrual cycle is a menstrual cycle that women experience every month starting from the first day of menstruation. In a disturbed psychological state, activation of the limbic system occurs. The menstrual cycle varies, mostly 90% of women have a cycle of 25-35 days and only 10-15% have a cycle length of 28 days. The design of this study uses a correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population is 50 young women. This study uses 44 respondents as a sample using the simple random sampling technique in SMK dr. Soebandi. The results showed maladaptive emotional levels (68.2%) and abnormal menstrual cycles (68.2%). Test data analysis using Chi Square with p-value 0.004 < (0.05) which means that there is a relationship between emotional levels and the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls. It is recommended to add information and insight to the public about the relationship between emotional levels and the menstrual cycle.
