The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commodity prices, rubber age and productivity on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations. The sample in this study was 38 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 3.617 + 0.087X1 + 0.437X2 + 0.268X3. Commodity prices have a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value of 0.042 <0.05. Rubber age has a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value of 0.036 <0.05. Productivity has a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value. of 0.049 < 0.05.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence lime production (Citrus aurantifolia) in Sei Litur Tasik Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling. The number of samples in this research was 31 lime farmers in Sei Litur Tasik Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency. The type of nonprobability sampling used is saturated sampling. The data used in the research are primary data and secondary data. To find out what factors influence lime production in Sei Litur Tasik Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency, statistical analysis using the multiple linear regression method was used. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study show that farming experience and number of plants have a significant influence on lime production in Sei Litur Tasik Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency and the variables of land area and plant age have no effect on orange production. thin in Sei Litur Tasik Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency.

This research aims to analyze the cost structure and profitability of the broiler duck farming business (anas sp) in Batee Puteh Village, Langsa Lama District, Langsa City. The method used is a survey method. The population in this study were breeders who cultivated broiler ducks with an ownership scale of more than 100 individuals, totaling 2 people. The method used in sampling is the Census Method. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the cost structure incurred by breeders consists of fixed costs of IDR 4,473,535,-/year (2.98%) and variable costs of IDR 79,369,000,-/year (52.91%). The total income received by duck breeders in Batee Puteh Village is IDR 151,200,000,-/year with a total production cost of IDR 83,842,535,-/year resulting in a profit of IDR 67,357,465,-/year and IDR 5,613,122,-/ The month with an average profit is IDR 33,678,733,-/year and IDR 2,806,561,-/month. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis under normal conditions and after changes in production, a 5% decrease in production, a 10% increase in feed prices and a 15% decrease in cage usage costs indicate that the duck farming business in Batee Puteh Village is still feasible to run
