Abstract

Masalah dari Penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Struktur biaya dan Berapa Besarnya Nilai Tambah Bambu Menjadi Anyaman Bambu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur biaya dan mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah di Sanggar Kreatif Bunga Matahari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Studi Kasus dengan Alat Analisis yakni menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin besar kapasitas produksi pada usaha tersebut menghasilkan biaya rata-rata per output yang lebih rendah dan nilai R/C yang lebih tinggi. Analisis nilai tambah menunjukkan NT > 0 maka artinya usaha Kerajinan Ayaman Bambu memberikan nilai tambah.

Abstract

Secara umum pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dihitung dengan melakukan analisis dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner cemilan keripik yang cukup besar dan berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Saat ini Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro memiliki tenaga kerja sebanyak 350 orang yang yang pekerjaanya dibagi atas 3 sift. Rata rata produksi pertahunnya adalah 150 ton/bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakan persediaan bahan baku Industri Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro terdiri atas jumlah pembelian yang ekonomis, menganalisis jumlah persediaan pengaman sebelum dilakukan titik pemesanan kembali, dan menganalisis jumlah persediaan maksimal yang dimiliki industri keripik cinta mas hendro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 dan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan dilakukan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan pendekatan studi kasus.pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas liliefors, EOQ, Safety stock, Re-order point, Maksimum inventory, Total inventory cost dan efisiensi biaya persediaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah pembelian yang ekonomis bahan baku ubi kayu pada keripik cinta mas hendro adalah 85.772,98 Kg dengan frekuensi sebanyak 22 kali. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ nilai safety stock 18.618,99 kg, dan titik pemesanan kembali disaat jumlah mencapai 23.758,79 Kg. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan dapat menjadi efisien dan perusahaan dapat menekan biaya agar lebih rendah lagi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer decisions to purchascing trademarked tempeh in Langsa City. The independent variables used in this research are price, brand image, quality and packaging. The dependent variable  is the consumers’ decision to buy trademarked tempeh. The sampling technique was detrermined used the nonprobability sampling method, namely, the accidental sampling method of 60 respondents. Primary and secondary data were used for a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis included multiple linear regression analyses. The results show that  price and quality variables (X1 and X3) have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying trademarked tempeh, whereas brand image and packaging variables (X2 and X4) do not have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying trade branded tempeh.Keywords: tempeh; consumer decisions; price; brand image; quality; packaging ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek di Kota Langsa. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga, citra merek, kualitas dan kemasan. Variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas (X1 dan X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek, sedangkan variabel citra merek dan kemasan (X2 dan X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli tempe bermerek.Kata Kunci: tempe; keputusan konsumen; harga; citra merek; kualitas; kemasan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of profit and added value from coconut intocandied coconut in Simpang Lhee Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City byusing a purposive sampling method. The research method was carried outpurposively with a case study research design. The collection of data used isprimary data and secondary data. The population and sample used is only 1sample, namely the business owner and entrepreneur of coconut into candiedcoconut which has a business name, namely Alfis Enterprises. This research wasconducted in one of the villages in the Langsa sub-district, namely Simpang LheeVillage. To find out the amount of profit and added value from coconut intocandied coconut in Simpang lhee Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City,using the profit data analysis method and the added value analysis method usingthe Hayami method. The results of this study indicate that the amount of revenueobtained from the sales of candied coconut products is Rp. 10,000,000.00. Thetotal costs incurred during the production process amounted to Rp. 3,663,887.00and the profit gained during the production process is Rp. 6.336,113.00.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Agustus sampai September 2023. PKM ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk olahan ikan, hingga tahap pemasaran. Indikatornya adalah kontribusi perempuan dalam peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Mitra yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) serta Karang Taruna Gampong. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan sosial, pelaksanakan kegiatan, evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah terciptanya kreatifitas masyarakat Gampong Kuala Langsa, khususnya perempuan dalam menciptakan sebuah produk olahan ikan bulan. Dimana dari hasil olahan ini dapat meningkatkan nilai atau harga jual ikan bulan tersebut dan dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill anggota mitra terhadap pentingnya packaging dan branding suatu produk. Serta peningkatan daya kreatifitas mitra untuk mengembangkan suatu bahan menjadi suatu produk olahan yang memiliki nilai tambah sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga. Kata kunci: ikan bulan; kuala langsa; nugget; pemberdayaan; Perempuan; usaha rumahan. AbstractThis Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out from August to September. This PKM aims to produce processed fish products, up to the marketing stage. The indicator is the contribution of women in increasing family income. Partners who are the target of this activity are Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) and Gampong Youth Organization. The methods used are social approach, activity implementation, evaluation and monitoring. The result of this PKM activity is the creation of creativity in the community of Gampong Kuala Langsa, especially women in creating a processed moon fish product. Where from these processed results can increase the value or selling price of the moon fish and can help improve the family economy. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of partner members on the importance of packaging and branding a product. As well as increasing the creativity of partners to develop an ingredient into a processed product that has added value so that it can increase family income. Keywords: moon fish; kuala langsa; nuggets; empowerment; women; home-based business.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the income of salt farming in Darul Aman District, East Aceh Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method and simple random sampling method. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the average production cost for making salt was Rp. 5,611,057/Month. The average production and income from making salt is IDR. 7,448,000/month. The average net income from making traditional salt is IDR. 1,811,648/ month. The result of the B/C Ratio = 1.36. Because the B/C Ratio value is greater than 1, it is said that the salt business is feasible to carry out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commodity prices, rubber age and productivity on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations. The sample in this study was 38 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 3.617 + 0.087X1 + 0.437X2 + 0.268X3. Commodity prices have a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value of 0.042 <0.05. Rubber age has a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value of 0.036 <0.05. Productivity has a significant effect on the conversion of rubber land to oil palm plantations in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. This can be seen from the t sig. value. of 0.049 < 0.05.

Abstract

Kuala Langsa Village, located in the city of Langsa, is a coastal area where the majority of the population works as fishermen, primarily catching blue swimming crabs. The local MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise), UD Langsa Jaya, produces a significant amount of crab shell waste, which has so far been discarded into the sea. This waste can actually be processed to produce chitin and chitosan—both of which are valuable and environmentally friendly materials. However, the partner lacks the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to manage this waste effectively. The objective of this program is to enhance the partner's knowledge and skills in processing crab shell waste into chitin and chitosan, which are both economically valuable and eco-friendly products. The methods used in this program include planning, preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, the activities involve identifying the partner's problems, socializing the benefits of crab shell waste utilization, conducting training on chitin and chitosan production, and carrying out continuous evaluations of each stage. At UD Langsa Jaya, the training successfully taught five female workers how to transform crab shell waste into chitin and chitosan. They learned about waste processing and the economic and environmental benefits of the resulting products. This training not only improved the participants' skills but also helped reduce marine pollution. The use of chitosan as a natural preservative can also lower production costs for UD Langsa Jaya and make its products more competitive. Overall, this activity enhanced the partner’s knowledge and skills in processing crab shell waste into chitin and chitosan that are both economically valuable and environmentally sustainable.

Abstract

The urgency of this community service activity is the need for efforts to improve the economy of partners, one of which is by providing skills to partners to carry out freshwater lobster (LAT) cultivation activities that have a high selling price. LAT cultivation was chosen as one of the strategies to improve the economy of partners because in addition to the high selling price, LAT is also easy to cultivate and does not require a large area of ​​land, so the community service team is sure that partners are able to carry out this LAT cultivation activity. The purpose of this activity is to provide skills to partners about LAT cultivation using gutters arranged like apartments so that the results of this LAT production can increase partner income. This community service activity is carried out in two stages, namely a pre-survey which aims to find out partner problems and discuss solutions and the implementation stage, namely socialization of LAT cultivation and training in assembling solitary system maintenance media using gutters. Based on the community service activities carried out in Muka Sungai Kuruk village, Aceh Tamiang, the participants were very enthusiastic about all the programs implemented by the team. In addition, partners also hope that there will be a continuation of this activity, namely training on LAT seeding.
