Abstract

The project is an activity that can be planned and implemented in a unified form using arange of resources to obtain profit. The project involves two parties work together to comply withthe agreed rules. The failure of a project is very common. This is due to the lack of propermanagement of the resources that must be managed. The failure of the project not only resulted inloss of time, but more fatal is the financial loss. The two parties involved in the project will beequally menanggun a result of the failure of the project. Subdistrict sebagau of duty and service tothe community and government, planning a website design project. In this plan, the districtsinvolving a consultant in planning, especially in the estimation of the cost and time required.This study projecting the need for cost and time views of the need for the scope of work /projects using Information Technology Project Management approach in the area of TimeManagement and Cost Management.From the research, in building a website District Office Sebangau Palangkaraya takes 8months with an estimated cost of Rp. 184 565 000, -

Abstract

Department of Local Revenue on Katingan Regency has a local system to handle tax, such asregistration, data entry, and tax calculating. That system can only be accessed by Department ofLocal Revenue on Katingan Regency. On the previous system, all those tasks are done manually.Taxpayers had to come to Department of Local Revenue to get the information needed. On theother side, Department of Local Revenue on Katingan Regency doesn’t have a profile website thatcan be used to accommodate the aspirations of community about tax.The proposed system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL as DBMS.The system also developed using Waterfall Modelling method, which is consist of 5 steps: analysis,design, coding, testing, and maintenance.The Content Management System (CMS) concept which is applied in the website helps thewebsite administrator manages the website easily. The application of e-government in theproposed website is applied to level 2, namely information level and interaction level.

Implementation OSCA (Open Source Campus Agreement) in the higher educationenvironment should be supported by all parties. Along with the spirit of the OSCA, Indonesia alsoinitiated the implementation of IGOS (Indonesia Go Open Source), so that the dependence of thesoftware does not happen on one platform only.Statistics Course is actually a very rapid development when viewed from the side of itssoftware development, so that the teaching of this subject should also apply a specific softwareimplementation, in addition to substantive scientific field.Statistica software that is open source is now very much on the market (especially on theInternet) and ready to be downloaded and used immediately. Abstract

Information system that accepts data in the form of natural languages often get problemssuch as polysemy in words. Polysemy affects performance of the system to provide accurateinformation. Therefore, it’s needed a knowledge base that can be used to differentiate the meaningof words and find the relationship between words.WordNet is a lexical database that is suggested by several studies to address the polysemy inwords. WordNet contains the set of meanings of words and organized in semantic relations. Thispaper will study some researches that use Wordnet as a knowledge base to solve some ambiguity inpolysemy.

Website with Cloud Computing is a service that can allow users or companies to performelectronic access to information . Cloud Computing is currently very favorable in terms ofpromotion / introduce information especially in education . Abstract

A new breakthrough on how to disseminate the potential of tourism and recreation is bydoing development of Geographic Information Systems ( GIS ) and recreational attractionsPalangkaraya city by using the web-based Google Maps API is intended for information on traveland recreation in the city of Palangkaraya into more forms and interactive and can be widelyknown to the public so it can be used as a promotional tool Palangkaraya city tourism .Development clump science informatics techniques in the field of software engineering,information systems, multimedia, and web programming can be realized with the development ofthe web-based GI .The study design is made consists of three stages: ( 1 ) data collection and analysis is doneby means of literature study and observation , ( 2 ) applying the waterfall method which has beenmodified with the stages are systems analysis to determine access rights along facilities , UML andERD are made, the design of the system by doing database design, navigation structure, interface,and integration of GIS data, the implementation of the system is done with pemrograma languagePHP, the database used is MySQL, and its GIS with Google Maps API, and testing systems usedblack box testing, and ( 3 ) the results of research in which a web -based GIS that was made into aready-made software .Created a web -based GIS in general have two users are administrators to manageinformation and visitors to view and search for information. The information referred to here is themap, text, and images.

Abstract

Requirements engineering activities are more widespread and difficult lead to the increasingcomplexity of software systems. User needs often change sometimes make changes that affect otherneeds and at a later stage. One user requirement modeling that can be used is the SysMLdiagrams. SysML diagrams can be used for the activity of complex software systems. In SysMLdiagrams are requirements diagrams to classify requirements into functional requirements, nonfunctionalrequirements and external interfaces requirements. SysML diagrams help to determinethe order of the most important requirements to be done at the time of implementation. SysMLdiagrams help breaking into the complex requirements of simple requirements and establish ahierarchy that links one needs with other requirements.

Abstract

Accounting information system (AIS) is an information system that change the data ofbusinnes transaction become data and financial information that is used for the user. To make thefixed assest datas, it needs a syste where the system is accounting information system (AIS)General Company of Bulog Devision in Central Kalimantan in the process for the greater part stillmanually, which used Microsoft Excel as a counting tool and there is no intergration from journal,ledger, balance report, profit and lose report, equity report/ the change of capital report in theassest reduction counting. So that, it pursues the presentation of financial report because there is apossibility of mistake that happened in the process of writing so that the data of fixed assest notharmony and need a long time and fixed assets to do reduction counting with that condition, itneeds a system that able to solve the problems though the accountant information system (SIA) withassets reduction methode.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode is built with waterfallsoftware development lifecycle by data flow diagram (DFD) and entity relationship diagram (ERD)structured desighn, which is implemented using databasee tool Microsoft SQL server 2000 andsoftware tool visual basic 6.0.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode has recording facilitiesaccount code, to see the result of amount of current year capital, fixed assets recording, thecounting of fixed assets with straight line methode with estimate the residue score, journal andledger recording, the output counting result and to prepare and print the recording of jour halevery month and year, reduction recording list, ledger recording, profit and loss recording,balance and equity recording.
