Abstract

Searching is one of the important features on the website, but it is not uncommon for users to make typos when typing keywords. Typing errors of these keywords is usually referred to as typo. This study aims to build a system by providing suggestions for correcting typos in the search feature. Keywords search correction are obtained using the Damerau-Levenshtein Distance Approximate String Matching algorithm by to calculate the editing distance of each word in a keywords with each word in the Indonesian word dictionary. Testing was carried out as many as 40 experiments, with 10 keywords and 250 articles taken randomly. The test results show the Damerau-Levenshtein Distance algorithm is able to provide precision and recall values of 91.24% and 89.58% in providing keyword improvement suggestions. With the improvement of the system, each trial increases with precision value of 0.80 and recall value of 0.98

Abstract

The issue addressed in this research is how to design and build an expert systemwhich capable of diagnosing dog diseases that are caused by parasites, and how this expertsystem later can be useful for dog owners.This expert system is developed based on website technology in order to ease theaccessibility for the users. The finished product is expected to become useful for dog owners,to help them diagnose their dog disease based on the symptoms in order to give the propertreatment. The software development methodology used to develop this expert system is theWaterfall methodology, while the design is done using Unified Modeling Language (UML).The programming language used to build the expert system is PHP for the logic and MySQLfor the database, and the finished product is then tested using black box testing method. Totest system accuracy, disease diagnosis results from the expert system is then compared withdiagnosis results from the real human expert (veterinarian).This expert system is using forward chaining method and Bayes theorem. The forwardchaining concept, in this system, starting with the symptoms that are set into a reasoning andrules to reach some conclusions which in this case are the possible diseases. While the Bayestheorem is used to draw a conclusion from the possible diseases by calculating the probabilityof what kind of disease suffered based on the symptoms, and the weight of the probabilityitself. This expert system, however, still can be developed not only to diagnose diseases thatare caused by parasites, but also to diagnose all kind of dog diseases.

Abstract

Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis can contribute in improving system performance tomeet the user?s needs. The text that represents the user's opinion may express the emotions oropinions implicitly or explicitly. The words that compose the sentence of opinion can have manydifferent meanings, related to the subject being discussed or the words that compose the sentence.This study, conducted a literature study on several researches that related to opinion mining, anddesigned an opinion mining framework based lexicon.

Abstract

Laptop merupakan salah satu jenis komputer yang banyak diminati olehmasyarakat,. Masyarakat awam pada saat ini masih terbatas pengetahuan dan terkadangmengalami kesulitan jika menghadapi masalah pada laptop. Sehingga pada saat maumelakukan pertolongan pertama atau menyelesaikan masalah tidak tahu apa yang harusdilakukan. Teknisi pada tempat servis terkadang banyak mengalami permasalahan ketikabanyak yang harus dibenahi dengan berbagai kendala yang berbeda-beda. Analisakerusakan laptop yang dilakukan dengan cara manual dan hanya dikerjakan oleh teknisiterkadang membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit dengan jumlah teknisi yangterbatas.Kemampuan seorang teknisi yang dapat mendeksi kerusakan laptop dapatdiimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem aplikasi. Namun pada sistem ini hanya dapatmendeteksi kerusakan hardware laptop. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembuatanWebsite Sistem Pakar ini adalah waterfall. Desain sistem menggunkan DFD (Data FlowDiagram)dan perancangan database menggunakan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram),coding menggunakan PHP dan MYSQL untuk databse dan testing menggunakanblackbox.Pada Sistem Pakar ini menggunakan metode Forward Chaining sebagaipenalaran dan metode Dempster Shafer utuk menghitung hasil kepercayaan hasil.Setelahmelakukan testing, dapat dilihat hasil dari pembuatan situs ini bahwa website ini dapatmenjalankan fungsinya yaitu mendiagnosa kerusakan hardware laptop berdasarkangejala dari pengunjung sebagai pengguna laptop yang telah menjawab pertanyaan.

Abstract

High internet usage in Indonesia brings a number of data user opinions. Useropinion data can be processed into information that is useful for decision making, datasearching and researching for production and marketing strategies. This researchconducted a survey on some Indonesian Sentiment Analysis research articles. Some of thesestudies have different topics and data sources, butuse Sentiwordnet as a lexical database.The results of this survey show the performance of Sentiwordnet can improve classificationaccuracy in the Sentiment analysis system for Indonesian text.

Abstract

Association Business Development Service Indonesia (ABDSI) is a service provider forBusiness Development Cooperatives and Small Micro and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMMEs).ABDSI Central Kalimantan needs a media to give information to SMME that spread in CentralKalimantan.Website for ABDSI was built based on Web 2.0 technology. The methodology to model thiswebsite UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) that has four steps , each step of the methodology isstructured, visualized, and documented clearly. The softwares that is used to develop this websiteare PHP, MySQL database, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Javascript, Jquery. The Blackbox Testingwas used to test the functionality.The result of blackbox testing shows that this website can be used as a media to inform andpromote ABDSI profile, activities, and training that can be shared to the SMMEs and the Society.For the future works the website can be improved to facilitate the communication between ABDSIand SMMEs with more interactive medias such as video call, online chat and SMS gateway.

Abstract

Department Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, University of Palangka Raya hasfacilities and infrastructure that is often used to support the learning process. To managementinfrastructure information, Department Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering University ofPalangka Raya still do not have a system that can convey information about the facilities andinfrastructure to civil engineering student and other parties. To get information aboutinfrastructure, the student must meet the manager of facilities and infrastructure.Website inventory of facilities and infrastructures is a web based program that is designedto be able to convey information about the facilities and infrastructure in Department CivilEngineering Faculty of Engineering, University of Palangka Raya. Some images on this website aredisplayed with three-dimension (3D), where designed with Sketchup and 3dsMax application. Thiswebsite builded with data collection method, there are Observation, Field Studies and LibraryStudies, while the development methodology is Luther’s method. This Website using programminglanguage, there are PHP and HTML, and MySQL for database.Website inventory of facilities and infrastructures tested by blackbox testing, where theresults of testing all the systems can function to manage information about facilites andinfrastructure. For further development is expected to make improvements on features, such asimprovement in the appearance of 3D objects that can be display virtually.

Abstract

Information system that accepts data in the form of natural languages often get problemssuch as polysemy in words. Polysemy affects performance of the system to provide accurateinformation. Therefore, it’s needed a knowledge base that can be used to differentiate the meaningof words and find the relationship between words.WordNet is a lexical database that is suggested by several studies to address the polysemy inwords. WordNet contains the set of meanings of words and organized in semantic relations. Thispaper will study some researches that use Wordnet as a knowledge base to solve some ambiguity inpolysemy.

Abstract

Basketball club management system in Palangka Raya based on web 2.0 is used as aninformation media of Persatuan Bola Basket Indonesia (PERBASI) of Palangka Raya to shareinformation about the development of the basketball in Palangka Raya, club and player datainformation, event that will take place. The system also provides data management event, datamanagement schedules, data management scores, data management statistics of players, datamanagement club's performance, data management e-ticketing. Statistical data can be known from thebest players based on the assessment criteria, and the player statistics will be managed to obtain the clubperformance values. Features of e-ticketing is provided to facilitate the purchase of a ticket

Abstract

Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) is a branch of evangelical Christian denominations thatexist throughout the world and also in the city of Palangkaraya. Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA)Palangkaraya need a media that can share information for the church and the media to provideinformation to the public who want to know about this church and its activities.This study methodology is the UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) that include four phases: UseCase Model, Content Model, Navigation models and Presentation models. This website is designed usingweb programming language PHP, database MySQL, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Javascript, Ajax, Jquery,Gammu for SMS Gateway and tested by Blackbox Testing method.The testing phase shows that the website can be used as a media to inform , promote and share theSeventh-day Adventists profiles, church activities in the image/picture, data download and the collectionof relevant links. This media could play a role in the ministry, preaching the gospel, and to be a blessingfor everyone
