Abstract

ABSTRACT The marketing concept that makes consumers loyal with an emotional and sense approach, and provides good information about a product and service from a company is defined as experiential marketing. The research method used qualitative research. The primary data source in this research was the researcher who comes directly to the field. Secondary data were books, literature and supporting journals. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The strategy for implementing experiential marketing in Taylor Al Fashion business began because of the response given by the customer to buy a product. Marketing that is carried out is not only oriented to features and benefits but is carried out by providing experiences that touch the emotional side of consumers from product results that can provide satisfaction, with the hope that consumers will spend more money to shop again and enjoy new experiences. The application of experiential marketing at Taylor Al Fashion during the Covid-19 pandemic applied the world of mouth method. Collaborating on marketing strategies through social media, namely WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Ordering products can be adjusted according to consumer demand, starting from the model, size, type and quality of the fabric so that consumers recommend relatives, neighbors and friends. Keyword: Experiential marketing, marketing, covid-19 pandemic ABSTRAK Konsep pemasaran yang membentuk konsumen menjadi loyal dengan pendekatan emosi dan rasa, serta memberikan penjelasan informasi yang maksimal terhadap suatu produk dan pelayanan dari perusahaan diartikan sebagai experiential marketing. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini peneliti datang langsung kelapangan. Data Sekunder yaitu buku, literatur dan jurnal yang mendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Strategi penerapan experiential marketing pada usaha Taylor Al Fashion bermula karena adanya respon yang diberikan oleh pelanggan untuk membeli suatu produk. Pemasaran yang dilakukan bukan hanya berorientasi pada fitur dan benefit tetapi dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman yang menyentuh sisi emosi konsumen dari hasil produk yang bisa memberikan kepuasan, dengan harapan para konsumen mau mengeluarkan uang lebih untuk berbelanja kembali dan menikmati pengalaman baru. Penerapan experiential marketing di taylor al fashion selama pandemi covid-19 menerapkan cara wold of mouth. Mengkolaborasikan strategi pemasaran melalui sosial media yaitu whatsapp, instagram dan facebook. Pemesanan produk dapat disesuaikan dengan permintaan konsumen mulai dari model, ukuran, jenis dan kualitas kain sehingga membuat konsumen merekomendasikan kesanak keluarga, tetangga dan teman. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables on Islamic bank deposits in Indonesia, both in the short and long term, before and during the Covid-19 period. Macroeconomic variables were proxied by the level of yields, inflation, interest rates, and production growth. This study used times series data for the period 2019.1–2022.08 by including a dummy variable. In the first stage, the data stationarity test was carried out using the unit root test and the results showed that the data were only stationary at the first difference. Furthermore, the cointegration test results between variables indicated a cointegration relationship between variables. Thus the model was analyzed using the Error Correction Model (ECM) to see the balance in the short term. The results of the ECM model analysis showed that in the short term, macroeconomic variables had no effect on third party funds of Islamic banks in Indonesia prior to Covid-19 while the macroeconomic variable that had an effect on third party funds during the Covid-19 period was inflation. In the long term, the variable that affected the third party funds of Islamic banks in Indonesia before Covid-19 was the interest rate while during the Covid-19 period it was inflation. Another conclusion shows that there was a difference in the average inflation rate variable for third party funds of Islamic banks in Indonesia before Covid-19 and during the Covid-19 period. Keywords: Sharia Third Party Funds, Macroeconomic Variables, Dummy Variable, Error Correction Model ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap simpanan deposito Bank Syariah di Indonesia, baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang, sebelum dan masa Covid-19. Variabel makroekonomi diproksikan oleh tingkat imbal hasil, inflasi, tingkat bunga, dan pertumbuhan produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data times series periode 2019.1–2022.08 dengan memasukkan variabel dummy. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan uji stasioneritas data dengan menggunakan uji akar unit dan hasilnya menunjukkan data hanya stasioner pada first difference. Selanjutnya hasil uji kointegrasi antar variabel menunjukkan adanya hubungan kointegrasi antar variabel. Dengan demikian model dianalisis dengan menggunakan Error Correction Model (ECM) untuk melihat keseimbangan dalam jangka pendek. Hasil analisis model ECM menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, variabel makroekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga Bank Syariah di Indonesia sebelum Covid-19 sedangkan variabel makroekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga pada masa Covid-19 adalah inflasi. Dalam jangka panjang, variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga Bank Syariah di Indonesia sebelum Covid-19 adalah tingkat bunga sedangkan pada masa Covid-19 adalah inflasi. Kesimpulan lainnya menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata variabel tingkat inflasi dana pihak ketiga bank syariah di Indonesia sebelum Covid-19 dan masa Covid-19. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the marketing strategy of UMKM in Indonesia to be able to compete in the international arena by using the concept of Islamic economics as a legal basis for implementing marketing strategies. The concept of Islamic economics in marketing strategy is a new and interesting thing to study, the trend of Islamic economics, both regional and global, is a positive conversation. The research method uses qualitative with a library research approach. Sources of data in this study were in the form of books, journals, previous research and other supporting sources relevant to this research. The focus of the study in this study includes sharia economic-based marketing, government policies in supporting UMKM and UMKM product marketing strategies using the basis of sharia economics in global competition. The results of this study show that sharia-based marketing has previous guidelines, although not yet clearly, regarding policies to support UMKM, real policies have been made for development, both through the commitment of general actors, adjusting rules, building an integrated database to monitoring.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pawning is an activity of guaranteeing something of value or value to one particular party, in order to get some money from it and the item that is used as collateral will later be redeemed according to the agreement between the two parties. In this study, the practice of pawning took place in Kencat Hamlet, a hamlet with the majority of the population working as farmers. The results of the agriculture can be harvested after waiting for four months. Because waiting for the harvest takes too long, this is what causes the people of Kencat Hamlet to practice gadain when experiencing financial difficulties. Usually, the people in Kencat Hamlet pawn their rice fields to their neighbors to meet various needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the pawn system in Kencat Hamlet as well as to describe the views of the fuqaha in pawning practices. This research is a field research, which is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with the rahin and murtahin of Kencat Hamlet. The data is then analyzed and produces conclusions. The results showed that the practice pawning rice fields carried out by the people of Kencat Hamlet had met the requirements and pillars of pawning, however, from the point of view of sighat, it was invalid because the time limit was not determined. So that both parties feel aggrieved. So it can be concluded that the practice of pawning in Kencat Hamlet is not in accordance with Islamic economics. Keywords: Paddy Field Mortgage, No Time Limit, Rahin, Murtahin ABSTRAK Gadai merupakan kegiatan menjaminkan suatu barang berharga atau bernilai kepada satu pihak tertentu, guna mendapatkan sejumlah uang darinya dan barang yang dijadikan jaminan tersebut nantinya akan ditebus kembali sesuai kesepakatan antar dua belah pihak. Dalam penelitian ini praktik gadai terjadi di Dusun Kencat, sebuah dusun dengan mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Hasil dari pertanian tersebut bisa dipanen selang menunggu waktu empat bulan. Karena menunggu hasil panen yang terlalu lama, inilah yang menjadi penyebab masyarakat Dusun Kencat melakukan praktik gadain apabila mengalami kesulitan dana. Biasanya masyarakat di Dusun Kencat menggadaikan sawah kepada tetangganya untuk mencukupi berbagai kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan sistem gadai di Dusun Kencat sekaligus mendeskripsikan pandangan para fuqaha dalam praktik gadai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara lebih mendalam kepada pihak rahin dan murtahin Dusun Kencat. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik gadai sawah yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Dusun Kencat sudah memenuhi syarat dan rukun gadai, akan tetapi jika dilihat dari segi sighatnya tidak sah karena batasan waktunya tidak ditentukan. Sehingga antara kedua belah pihak ada yang merasa dirugikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik gadai yang berlaku di Dusun Kencat belum sesuai dengan ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Abstract_This research aims to test the influence of managerial ownership, dividend policy, opportunistic behavior and profitability to firm value. The object in this research is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2011-2015. On this research obtained a sample of 53 with a period of observation for 5 years. Data analysis techniques used to use multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results obtained that the managerial ownership has a negative effect not significantly on the firm value, dividend policy has a significantly positive effect on the firm value, opportunistic behavior has a significantly negative effect on the firm value while the profitability has a significantly positive effect on the firm value, so that it can be concluded that only the opportunistic behavior and profitability have influence on the firm value.

Abstract

Product excellence is an important part in increasing competitiveness in the market, each product has its own advantages to be able to compete in the market, including CV. Batik Tulis Prabulinggih. This study aims to determine the superiority of the product in increasing competitiveness in CV. Batik Tulis Prabulinggih. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection methods of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study show that product excellence can support competitiveness in the market. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that product superiority in written batik can be seen from the 1) motif design; 2) durability; 3) colors and patterns;and 4) product variations on the CV. Batik Tulis Prabulinggih. The combination of motif design, colors and patterns of batik has regional characteristics of Kabupaten Probolinggo, so it has a different power from other batik. Thus, CV. Batik Tulis Prabulinggih.has product advantages that make it able to continue to exist and compete with other batik product in the market.

Abstract

This Research Is A Descriptive Qualitative Research Using Library Studies Or Literature Review Methods. Literature Studies Can Be Obtained By The Author Using Primary Data Sources In The Form Of Al-Qur'an And Hadith. In addition, the author uses secondary data such as books, journals and articles. After conducting a study on entrepreneurial management in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, several results were found, namely the first, that in entrepreneurship we need good management in interacting and socializing between two parties in a certain form in order to gain benefits to minimize the possibility of risks that will arise . Second, entrepreneurship in the perspective of the Koran is explained in Surat Al-Jumuah verse 10 Allah SWT orders Muslims not to be lazy after carrying out worship, but to spread out on the face of the earth and carry out activities to seek the grace of Allah SWT. Third, in the perspective of hadith, it is noted that the Prophet's success in running his entrepreneurship in various regions was inseparable from his inherent traits, namely being honest (shiddiq), highly trusted (amanah), transparent (tabligh), and creative, innovative/smart (fathanah). These qualities led him to become a professional businessman. Even so, this article can still be developed by further researchers on the aspects and values ​​of entrepreneurship in the perspective of the Koran and hadith. Abstract

Lembaga Keuangan Mikro memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Dari perkembangan itu LKM Mengalami peningkatan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dan belum sesuai dengan harapan.Salah satu LKMS adalah Bank Wakaf Mikro Alpen Barokah Mandiri yang memberikan pembiayaan berdasarkan prinsip syariah.Pada tahun 2018 - 2022 dana kumulatif yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2.2120.000.000 kepada 1.157 nasabah.Jumlah nasabah outstanding sebanyak 207 nasabah dengan total pembiayaan outstanding Rp. 133.900.000 yang belum dibayar oleh nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas solusi qard} al-h}asan pada BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri di Pragaan Sumenep.Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu efektivitas penerapan qard} al- h}asan di BWM Alpen Barokah Mandiri dengan pendekatan teori Campbel sudah efektif. Penyaluran qard} al- h} asan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan usaha nasabah meskipun dana yang disalurkan hanya sebesar Rp. 1.000.000 - Rp. 3.000.0000.

Abstract

Several sectors, including the financial industry, have widely used today's technology. This is marked by the emergence of financial technology (fitech). One of Fitech in banking is self-service technology. This study aimed to determine the effect of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction and loyalty who use Islamic banking digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. This research is quantitative research with a correlational research type. The sample in this study was 100 internet banking users at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sharia Bank, who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The researchers analyzed the data quantitatively with the help of SPSS. The study results show a positive effect of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction using Islamic bank digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. The influence of banking digitization through self-service technology on customer satisfaction using Islamic bank digital services at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar is 64.7%.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Analyze The Soundness Of Bank Aceh Syariah During The 2018-2022 Period Using Qualitative Methods And Quantitative Descriptive Approaches And RGEC Methods (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, And Capital). This Research Method Uses Qualitative And Quantitative Research Types. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely the 2018-2022 financial statements. This data was obtained by direct download from the Bank Aceh Syariah website. The analysis was carried out with reference to BI Regulation No.13/1/PBI/2011 and BI Circular Letter No.13/24/DPNP/2011 concerning the Assessment of the Soundness Level of Commercial Banks. As well as OJK Regulation No.8/POJK.03/2014 and OJK Circular Letter No.10/SEOJK.03/2014 Concerning Assessment of Soundness Level of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. The research results show that overall, Bank Aceh Syariah in the 2018-2022 period is in good health. This can be seen from the evaluation of the Risk Profile (NPF, FDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA, BOPO), and Capital (CAR). In 2018 this bank earned a composite rating of 3 (fairly healthy), while in 2019-2022 this bank earned a composite rating of 2 (healthy).
