Abstract

Countries in various parts of the world make economic growth the initial goal of achieving a country, one indicator used to view economic growth and one of which is the increase in Gross Domestic Product. GDP is the total value of the production of goods or services in a country for one year. This study aims to see what are the factors that influence the economic growth of the superpowers with exports, inflation, and exchange rates, and unemployment as the independent variable and GDP as the dependent variable. This research uses secondary data in the form of a combination of cross-sectional data and time series (panel data). The analytical method used is a panel data regression with a flat model model, covering six countries, namely America, China, India, Korea, Japan, and Thailand during the period 1991-2019. The results show that the Export variable, Exchange Rate, has a significant effect on GDP. Meanwhile, two independent variables, namely inflation, unemployment, did not have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Keyword: Export Superpower, Inflation, Exchange Rate, Unemployment

Abstract

Abstract Economic conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the people of Bira Tengah Village, Sampang Regency, have not been able to achieve a level of welfare even though in the village there is tourism potential for Lon Malang Beach and abundant marine products. The majority of housewives in the area do not have income-generating jobs. Thus, a solution is needed to optimize the role of housewives in the village to improve their economy in this new normal era. The purpose of this research is to create a solution idea in revitalizing the community's economy in order to alleviate poverty and increase the role of housewives in Central Bira in the new normal era. In writing this scientific paper, it uses research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection by interviews and literature studies as data sources. The concept of Sharia Grameen Bank is a model of Islamic microfinance institutions that apply sharia economic principles by utilizing capital from cash waqf and partnering with cooperatives supported by the use of the LOL website (Lon Malang Luminous Heaven) which can optimize the implementation process of Sharia Grameen Bank implementation). LOL (Lon Malang Luminous Heaven) is a website that is used as a medium in raising and distributing funds from productive waqf empowerment programs through cooperatives with murabahah contracts to housewives business groups in Central Bira.

Abstract

Gadai Emas merupakan pemberian dana kepada nasabah dengan menggunakan pembiayaan gadai yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan nasabah dengan menggunakan emas sebagai jaminan atas pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Sistem Gadai Emas pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah kantor cabang probolinggo sekaligus mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Probolinggo didalam proses penerapannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada pihak PT. Pegadaian Syariah, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pada penerapannya sudah menerapkan tahapan-tahapan yang mudah namun tetap sesuai dengan standar operasional yang ada, diantaranya; melalui tahapan pengajuan pembiayaan, tahapan penaksiran emas sebagai barang jaminan, tahapan pencairan dana pembiayaan, tahapan pada saat jatuh tempo dan tahapan-tahapan pada saat pelunasan. Sedangkan kendala-kendala yang sering dihadapi karena kesulitan berkomuniasi dengan nasabah yang tidak dapat melakukan pelunasan dan menghadapi komplain dari nasabah atas barang jaminan. Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the Tengger Tribe community in Ngadisari Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency., as well as the impact of Mount Bromo tourism on the economy of the Tengger Tribe community in Ngadisari Village. In this study, the researchers use a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation techniques and theoretical triangulation. In the Data analysis techniques, the researchers use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. This researchers examine the socio - economic conditions of the Tengger tribe. The focus of the study in this research includes the livelihoods of the Tenggerese people, as well as the impact of tourism in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park on the changes in space or economic activity of the Tenggerese people. Research results show that people in the Mount Bromo area make a living as vegetable farmers, tourism service providers and as trader. With the existence of Mount Bromo as a tourist spot that is much favored by tourists, the economy of the Tengger people in the Mount Bromo area is getting better.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy of Pesantren Mahad Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of santri and to know the impact of the strategy of pesantren Mahad Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of santri. This research uses qualitative approach with deriftive type. The technique of checking the validity of the data through the persistence of researchers, and triangulation. The results of this study showed that the strategy carried out by Ma'had al-Ittihad al-Islami Camplong by means of entrepreneurial-based education planning. The purpose of an entrepreneurial education is to instill the values of the entrepreneurial spirit to the students because the process of an educational planner will provide clarity of direction that is certain and can be implemented more effectively and efficiently. Coaching and training, coaching and training is a process that will educate students to have readiness in the business world and can create a communication network, with the right training will also support students to know how to entrepreneurship correctly and more precisely. Specifically, there are six impacts of the strategy that has been implemented by ma'had al-Ittihad al-Islami Camplong, namely confidence, self-reliance, courage, leadership, honesty, and discipline.

Abstract

Tourism object is one of the potentials of the people's economy that needs to be developed to increase people's income. The existence of a tourist attraction has a role in the income of the surrounding community, with a tourist attraction in an area will directly open up jobs for the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Edu Wisata on village community income. The population of this research is the people of Hendrosari Village who have a business around Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu Hendrosari. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study concluded that 29.7% of respondents stated that the existence of lontar sewn ecotourism had an impact on people's income and the remaining 70.3% were influenced by other factors that were not included in this research model. The results of this study have implications for the importance of managing Edu Wisata lontar sew as a step to increase the income of the community around Edu Wisata

Abstract

Marketing strategy is the marketing logic based on which the business unit is expected to achieve its marketing objectives. The marketing strategy consists of making decisions about the marketing costs of the company, the marketing mix. The development and competition of the business world in the current era of globalization is getting higher. Marketing strategies with all kinds of existing theories and definitions, need real applications in the business world. Success or failure marketing strategy always gets a place and continuous evaluation. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in developing a business based on an Islamic business perspective. The method used is qualitative based on observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy according to the principles of Islamic business ethics. data collection technique is to use interview techniques, documentation and literature study. Abstract

Kearifan lokal adalah kebijaksanaan setempat atau kearifan setempat atau dapat juga dimaknai sebagai ide-ide setempat yang bersifat bijaksana, bermuatan nilai yang baik, penuh kebijaksanaan, yang diikuti dan tertanam dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran kearifan lokal Kota Padang Sidimpuan terhadap Pengembangan Bisnis Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada pelaku usaha, masyarakat, tokoh adat dan pemerintah, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa Kearifan lokal Kota padang sidimpuan sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan bisnis syariah yang sesuai tuntunan agama islam, dimana pelaku usaha dan konsumen saling menjaga, saling menghormati, saling menghargai, saling peduli, saling tolong menolong ini tercermin dari melekatnya nilai adat budaya dalam diri masyarakat. Kearifan lokal ini tidak berfokus pada pencantuman kata “syariah” yang melekat pada merek dagang atau merek usaha, akan tetapi lebih kepada muatan kegiatan/aktivitas bisnis yang bernilai syariah, ramah tamah, tutur kata yang sopan dan santun, jujur, ketertiban dan keamanan kegiatan ekonomi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran adalah pernyataan tentang suatau dampak yang sudah diharapkan untuk mencapai dalam target pasar. Strategi pemasaran juga bisa meningkatkan profit diperusahaan. Setiap usaha pasti memiliki strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit tidak terkecuali di CV. Ragiel Ababil. Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil ditinjau menurut ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini memiliki metode kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasanya strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit ditinjauan menurut ekonomi islam sesuai dengan syariah islam dan dapat memberikan kesejahteraan buat yang lain, harga yang terjangkau, barang sudah kualitas ekspor, tempat yang strategis berada dipinggir jalan, promosi yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan sangat bagus dan menarik minat pelanggan. Faktor pendukung dan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil di tinjau menurut ekonomi islam adalah dengan adanya manajemen yang baik, tempat yang strategis, kepercayaan dan kejujuran. Tinjau ekonomi islam, secara islam dibolehkan untuk menggunakan berbagai macam strategi untuk memasarkan suatu produk yang di perjual belikan baik barang maupun jasa, sepanjang strategi tersebut tidak menghalalkan segala cara, tidak melakukan cara-cara yang batil, tidak melakukan penipuan maupun kebohongan, menzalimi pihak lain. Dalam menjalankan usaha di perusahaa yang menjadi tolak ukur yaitu kepercayaan dan kejujuran karena dengan hal tersebut sangat berdampak positif terkait kemajuan perusahaan terlebih terhadap profit perusahaan Kata Kunci: Startegi Pemasaran, Profit, Pandangan Ekonomi Islam
