Abstract

Kesejahteraan menurut sebagian masyarakat selalu dikaitkan dengan konsep kualitas hidup. Konsep kualitas hidup merupakan gambaran tentang keadaan kehidupan yang baik. Kesejahteraan pun menjadi bagian penting bagi suatu negara, bahkan, didirikannya atau dibentuknya sebuah negara salah satu tujuannya adalah dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh masyarakatnya. Berbagai cara, metode, aturan, alat, pendekatan, ataupun kebijakan telah dipilih, ditempuh dan dilakukan oleh sebuah negara dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Definisi kesejahteraan dalam konsep masyarakat modern adalah sebuah kondisi dimana seorang dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan, seperti makanan, minuman, pakaian, tempat tinggal, jaminan sosial, jaminan kesehatan, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan lainnya sebagai yang merupakan bagian dari kebutuhan, jika hilang komponen-komponen diatas maka eksistensi kehidupannya akan terancam. Kesejahteraan dalam ekonomi syariah bertujuan mencapai kesejahteraan manusia secara menyeluruh, yaitu kesejahteraan material, kesejahteraan spiritual dan moral. Konsep ekonomi kesejahteraan syariah bukan saja berdasarkan manifestasi nilai ekonomi, tetapi juga nilai spiritual dan moral. Konsepsi kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan (falah) mengacu pada tujuan syariat Islam dengan terjaganya 5 prinsip dalam maqashid syari’ah, yakni terjanganya agama (ad-ddin), terjanganya jiwa (an-nafs), terjanganya akal (al-aql), terjanganya keturunan (an-nasl) dan terjanganya harta (al-mal). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan metode akad yang digunakan pada produk tabungan mabrur Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara memberikan gambaran secara sistematis terhadap objek yang menjadi pokok permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dan implementasi nisbah bagi hasil produk tabungan mabrur pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqoh pada bank syariah mandiri diterapkan dalam tabungan berjangka yang bernama tabungan mabrur yang mana hanya diperuntukkan untuk tujuan khusus, dan nasabah tidak bisa mengambil dana sewaktu-waktu ketika membutuhkannya. Implementasi nisbah bagi hasil pada bank syariah mandiri menggunakan sistem bagi hasil yang mengacu pada revenue sharing sudah sesuai dengan prespektif ekonomi syariah karena landasan transaksinya dengan berpedoman pada fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, Sehingga dengan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu mewujudkan impian masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji ke tanah suci mekkah. Dengan produk ini tidak ada lagi kekhawatiran dana yang diniatkan ibadah bercampur dengan riba.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari brand image, lokasi, dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kedai Babalati. Responden dari hasil penelitian tersebut adalah pelanggan yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk minuman Babalati. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel responden adalah 41 orang. Metode analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kedai Babalati. Sedangkan variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi Kedai Babalati yang strategis, semakin meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The service quality in the institution is the main purpose of Sleman Regency Social Service. To carry out a high quality institution, it needs a process to be better considered from several aspects of customer satisfaction. The importance of special attention to customer satisfaction is also based on the institution awareness in the increasing of the competition threat that will be tighter with the same government agencies. The objective of this study are 1). To determine the effect of tangibles toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 2). To determine the effect of reliability toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 3). To determine the effect of responsiveness toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 4). To determine the effect of assurance toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. 5). To determine the effect of empathy toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service 6). To determine the simultaneous effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. The results of the analysis are discussed more detail in the data analysis. This research is conducted based on existing methods, which refers to the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, that discuss the service toward customer satisfaction at Sleman Regency Social Service. Significant service quality dimensions are the responsiveness with a significance value is 0.003 and Empathy with a significance value is 0.048 indicating smaller than 0.05. While the attributes of service quality dimensions that obtained an insignificant satisfaction rating are Tangibles with a significance value is 0.236, Reliability with a significance value is 0.238 and Assurance with a significance value is 0.127.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether organizational culture and work environment have an effect on employee performance. The independent variables in this study are organizational culture and work environment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research was conducted on employees of the Darul Ulum Child Welfare Institution, totaling 52 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture and work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Prudential Life Assurance and PT AIA Financial based on profitability ratio analysis in the 2015-2019 period. The research method uses descriptive quantitative research, descriptive quantitative research is a method that explains or analyzes a problem from a data based on the calculation of the numbers from the research results. where in this study describes the assessment of the financial performance of Islamic insurance companies using financial statements. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Prudential Life Assurance for the 2015-2019 period based on Return On Assets (ROA) shows a healthy category with ratio values ​​of 34%, 24%, 8%, 7%, and 7%. while the results of the calculation of Return On Equity (ROE) show the healthy category with a ratio value of 48%, 32%, 30%, 33%, and 41%. Financial performance of PT. IAI Financial for the 2015-2019 period based on Return On Assets (ROA) shows a healthy category with ratio values ​​of 6%, 6%, 5%, 4% and 7%. Then the results of the calculation of Return On Equity (ROE) show the healthy category with a ratio value of 37%, 36%, 28%, 19%, 23%. Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. This article reviews the relationship and role of entrepreneurship in economic development in a country, and how entrepreneurship can contribute to gross domestic product (GDP). And how is the relationship between entrepreneurship and job creation. The results of the discussion in this article; entrepreneurship is the heart of economic development, entrepreneurship is an innovator that creates jobs and in the end people's incomes increase which can affect gross domestic product (GDP). However, only productive entrepreneurship and supported by a good ecosystem can support economic growth. Keywords; The Role of Entrepreneurship, Labor, Economic Development ABSTRAK Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang peran kewirausahaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Artikel ini mengulas bagaimana hubungan dan peran kewirausahaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi disebuah negara, serta bagaimana kewirausahaan dapat berkontribusi pada produk domistik bruto (PDB). Dan bagaimana hubungan kewirausahaan dengan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Hasil diskusi pada artikel ini; kewirausahaan merupakan jantung pembangunan ekonomi, kewirausahaan merupakan inovator pencipta lapangan kerja dan pada akhirnya pendapatan masyarakat meningkat yang dapat mempengaruhi produk domistik bruto (PDB). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of growth opportunity and good corporate governance on company value (Study in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-sector Food & Beverage which is included in the 2014-2018 Indonesia Sharia Stock Index). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with secondary data sources, data collection techniques with observation and sampling techniques in this study is purposive sampling. The selected population is 18 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 with a sample of 8 companies that fit the criteria that the authors have determined. To analyze this research the writer uses Panel Data Analysis Test with the help of Eviews 9 application. The results of this study indicate that growth opportunity proxied by asset growth has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, and good corporate governance represented by the audit committee and managerial ownership has a positive and not significant effect on firm value while good corporate governance with institutional ownership has a negative effect. and not significant to the company's value.

Abstract

Desaku Menanti program from Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has been implemented by Malang City Social Service in the form of the development tourism village the named is Wisata Kampung Topeng in Tlogowaru, Malang City. This tourism village is realized as an effort to empower homeless people, such as beggars, buskers, and scavengers. These fostered residents are given variety of facilities and social assistance to meet their primary needs. Society is given guidance and assistance in the form of training and funding business. This research uses qualitative method which type is phenomenological research. Determination of research location uses a purposive area method, in Baran Hamlet, Tlogowaru Village, Kedungkandang, Malang City. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling, Malang City Social Service and Kampung Topeng Tourism Community. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation, and document. Analysis data used by researcher consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This community economic empowerment program as intended to improve community welfare and support economic activities of society. In the process of empowerment, the community face economic transition. Various jobs and efforts the have do to improve a better quality of life. The community is able to be more productive in encouraging and more rational in consumption activities. In addition, the ability of the community to prioritize needs appears in better financial management. Key Words: Economic Transition, Empowerment, and Tourism
