Abstract

Zakat is a responsibility for Muslims. Zakat can cleanse of the soul and give a big income for Muslims community's economyc strenght. So it can be said that zakat is the main indicator for community welfare in poverty alleviation. The Purpose of this study to explain the role of zakat to grow community welfare by using the case study BAZNAS East Java and providing an explanation of the Welfare Index for BAZNAS East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained through questionnaires and measured using the Welfare Index for BAZNAS to see the impact of zakat distribution conducted by BAZNAS East Java to their mustahiq. The results of this study explained that zakat has a big role in fostering this social welfare as evidenced by the very IKB 2018 value which is 0.95 and has increased significantly compared to the previous year.

Abstract

BUMDES was born as a new approach in an effort to improve the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDES management is fully implemented by the village community, namely from the village, by the village, and for the village. As a business entity engaged in business, certainly in increasing the level of customer satisfaction the need for good services and facilities. If customer satisfaction declines, it is clear that this will be closely related to the next number of customers. The importance of increasing service dimensions and facility dimensions will have a major effect on the satisfaction of BUMDES customers or consumers after becoming a member in it. The results showed that services and facilities had an effect on customer satisfaction at BUMDes Bucor Wetan Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. This shows that the better the services provided and the better the facilities provided, the better the satisfaction felt by the customer

Abstract

The market is a mechanism that can bring buyers together to make transactions on goods or services. The market is the most important part of a Muslim's life as an ideal transaction vehicle. In Indonesia the market is the economic support of society, both urban and rural communities. In terms of physical there are two types of markets in Indonesia, namely traditional markets and modern markets. Traditional market is a kind of market that is managed simply who still apply the bargaining system. While the modern market is a market that is managed with modern management that generally there dikinjagi sebaagi provider of goods or services with good quality of service to the consumer and the absence of bargaining process at the time of the transaction. At first these two types of markets supported each other in improving the economy of society, but in recent times the first type of market (traditional market) has often complained against the growth of so many modern markets. Abstract

Livestock, especially poultry, have a very good market prospect because they are supported by the characteristics of poultry products that can be accepted by the Indonesian people, with easy access and relatively low prices. This commodity is the largest contributor in national meat supply, and is a major driver of national animal protein supply. Selokgondang Village residents are entrepreneurs in the livestock sector, and the selected livestock sector is raising ducks, because besides having considerable potential as a producer of eggs and meat, but also has advantages including having a resistance to disease. Therefore, in the duck business has a relatively low risk, so it is very potential to be developed. Duck farming is a potential business opportunity. Broiler ducks are poultry producing meat that is very potential in addition to chicken. The advantage of this livestock is that it is more resistant to disease compared to purebred chickens so that its maintenance is easy and does not contain many risks. Duck meat is a source of high-quality protein and ducks are able to produce well, therefore its development is directed to fast and high production so that it is able to meet consumer demand, so the amount of income gained from raising duck meat is quite satisfying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee service quality on consumer satisfaction Alfamart Karangbong Village, Pajarakan District. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, quantitative descriptive research is a method that explains or analyzes a problem from a data based on the calculation of numbers with statistical analysis of research results. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The quality of employee services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with Alfamart Karangbong Pajarakan.

The main goal of a company is to maximize company value, this can be used as a benchmark for the company. Company value can be interpreted as the welfare and prosperity felt by shareholders. This study aims to see the effect of growth (Growth Sales) on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is a literature study, which analyzes based on books and previous studies that discuss similar concepts. Abstract

The pawning system practiced by the people of Des. Trebungan Kec. Mlandingan Kab. Situbondo is a customary system, which has lasted a long time and is still in effect today. This system arose because of the urgent need of those who mortgaged their fields, both because of the consumptive and productive needs. This research uses the qualitative method of applied research because it includes the researcher's effort to apply something new to the object of research. The results of the study found that the rice field pawn practiced by the community generally indicates the existence of a ribawi system and a form of denial, and is far from ta'awun. The Pawn Paddy solution in Islamic law is as follows: First, the Qardh al-hasan contract provides a loan with the condition that the fields are used as debt collateral to avoid fraud and fraud and there is no excess when returning the debt. Second, the al-mudharabah contract is intended for rice field owners to give profit sharing to murtahin until the capital used is paid off. And third, the al-bai al-murabahah murtahin contract will buy goods according to the wishes of Rahin and Rahin will provide benefits to the murtahin according to the agreement when it will last until the specified time limit.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertanian merupakan sektor penting bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Jamur tiram merupakan salah satu tanaman yang menjadi komoditas bernilai tinggi. Kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil jamur tiram. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik petani jamur tiram, tingkat pendapatan petani jamur, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani jamur di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Probolinggo secara purposive. Di Kabupaten Probolinggo, terdapat 60 KK yang membudidayakan jamur timur yang tersebar di beberapa kecamatan. Karakteristik pembudidaya jamur. Jenis kelamin responden adalah 92% laki-laki. Dan sisanya 8% adalah perempuan. Umur petani jamur banyak tersebar pada kelompok umur 35 - 44 tahun atau kelompok umur sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa usia tersebut merupakan usia produktif yang memungkinkan seseorang bekerja semaksimal mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup rumah tangga. Jika dilihat dari pendidikan formalnya, pendidikan petani jamur tiram adalah lulusan SMA. Namun, masih ada beberapa petani yang masih berstatus pelajar terbaik. Artinya pendidikan bisa meningkat. Mengingat tingkat pendidikan yang "sedang" memungkinkan petani untuk terus berinovasi dalam membudidayakan jamur tiram. Responden petani jamur tiram memproduksi rata-rata 3.253 kg dengan jumlah batang kayu yang dimiliki sebanyak 8.133 batang kayu. Jamur tiram dijual dengan harga rata-rata Rp 13.000 per kg, sehingga pendapatan rata-rata Rp 42.293.333 dalam sekali proses produksi (tiga bulan). Pendapatan dari total biaya dengan menggunakan rata-rata log adalah 8.133 dengan produksi rata-rata 3.523 kg Rp. 42.293.333. Untuk pendapatan biaya tunai sebesar Rp. 21.619.945 dari Rp. 25.095.216 seluruh biaya yang digunakan dalam usahatani jamur tiram di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,91. Artinya pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga benih (X1), harga serbuk gergaji (X2), harga dedak (X3), harga hasil (X4), produksi (X5), sebesar 91% dan sisanya 9%. adalah faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan jamur yang tidak termasuk dalam persamaan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kementrian Peranian Republik Indonesia sesungguhnya telah mengupayakan penapaian target swasembada pangan di Indonesia segera dapat tercapai dimulai sejak tahun 2015, Pemerintah melaksanakan program yang bernama Upaya Khusus ( UPSUS ) swasembada padi dengan target produksi Padi pada tahun 2019 dapat mencapai 84 juta ton.[1] Namun sama-sama kita sadari bahwa upaya penanaman padi ini selalu dihadapkan dengan adanya gangguan untuk meraihnya, antara lain perubahan iklim, bencana alam seperti banjir, kekeringan dan juga adanya pengaruh hama penyakit, misalnya walang sangit, wereng, ulat batang, dan lainnya. Sebagai cara mengatasi kendala ini maka pemerintah berusaha membantu para petani di Indonesia dengan melindungi tanaman padinya ini melalui program asuransi usaha tani padi ( AUTP ), sebagaimana telah terantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2013 tentang Perlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Petani ( UUP3 ) dilanjutkan dengan ketentuan Peraturan mentri Pertanian No.40 Tahun 2015 mengatur Fasilitasi Asuransi Pertanian dan Keputusan Mentri Pertanian Republik Indonesia Nomor : 30/Kpts/SR.210/B/12/2018 tentang Pedoman Bantuan Premi Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana program Pemerintah ini sudah dapat diterima oleh masyarakat petani, khususnya di daerah sampel penelitian di Kota Probolinggo maka dapat kami sampaikan seperti tersebut dibawah ini, bahwa Kota Probolinggo pada Tahun 2019, melalui Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota probolinggo sudah menetpkan peserta Definitif Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Nomor : 520/1703.1/425.104/2019 sebanyak 60 Kelompok Tani sekota Probolinggo dengan luas lahan 945,92 Ha dan jumlah Premi Pp. 34.161.120,-. Tahapan metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah mulai dari pendekatan masalah dengan Yuridis empiris, sumber data terdiri data primer dan sekunder, cara pengumpulan data dengan dilakukan observasi ke lapangan penelitian maupun penelitian kepustakaan dan terakhir adalah analisa data dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif.
