Abstract

In today's digital era, everything is digitalized in all aspects. The company can achieve success not only determined by the quality of products, services and services offered but also determined by the company's ability to ensure customer loyalty to remain loyal to use the services and products marketed. This service aims to understand how the role of marketing communication in increasing customer loyalty at Red Studio. The methods used in this service are, 1. observation 2. active participation 3. guidance and mentorinf 4. practical projects. The results obtained show that by implementing a more effective marketing strategy in the future, the company can strengthen long-term relationships with consumers.

Abstract

To advance regional development and people's welfare, active community involvement is needed through the development of tourist villages. Gombengsari Village, especially the Lerek Neighborhood, has abundant local potential. Therefore, it is hoped that the community can take advantage of this local potential to advance the previously conceptualized tourist village further. This community service implementation uses the PAR method, in which the relevant parties must be actively involved. The activities include identifying local potential, introducing local potential to elementary school-age children, and discussions with MSME actors. Based on the activities above, it is known that the potential that exists in the Lerek Environment is the potential for education-based tourism (edutourism), namely education about coffee and milking etawa goats. MSMEs also play an important role in village tourism, namely utilizing natural resources and advancing the village economy. After joint discussions, MSME players realized that choosing packaging and labeling was very important to attract consumers to buy their products. Apart from that, several MSME players are also interested in marketing their products to e-commerce.

Abstract

Education is an important sector that creates the nation's next generation, who are superior and competent in their fields. One of the Islamic organizations that is committed to the field of education is Muhammadiyah. This article describes the results of the community service program, which aims to solve the problems of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bayat regarding their plans to develop their educational facilities in new locations to enhance students' character. The method of community service begins with a location survey, initial design FGD, initial architectural design, final design FGD, and final architectural design. The results of the service implementation are in the form of final architectural design drawings based on the partners' needs and land area. The shape of the building follows the shape of the triangular land with a vertical facade on the front side of the building to place the school's identity. The school's equipment consists of classrooms, a teacher's office, a principal's office, an administrative room, a library, a basketball field, and other complementary rooms. There is also a two-story mosque above the library building, a BLK room designed on the second floor, and a school hall room on the third floor. Apart from that, the design concept uses a local architectural theme to provide an identity related to the area's potential around the school.

Abstract

Stimulation or encouragement is really needed to maximize all the potential of preschooler-children. When parents try to provide optimal stimulation, it is important for parents to know the time and the methods to provide stimulation to children. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and abilities of parents and teachers in stimulating pre-school age children, especially cognitive, social emotional and language aspects in accordance with the MBKM program in Main Performance Indicator (IKU) 3, namely lecturers doing activities outside campus and Main Performance Indicator (IKU) 2, namely Students Gain Experience outside campus. The activity is provides socialization about stimulating the growth and development of pre-school children, training on how to stimulate with flashcards, peer group mentoring and evaluation, as well as program sustainability. Based on the results of the checklist, most parents were able to demonstrate how to provide stimulation to their children, followed by an increase in the average knowledge value, namely 4.67. Parents can provide cognitive, emotional and language stimulation to maximize their child's potential and growth and development.

Abstract

Ngoran is known as a digital village that has economic potential. Jimbe is one of the potential MSMEs in Ngoran village. However, the success of marketing Jimbe MSME products via social media is still less than optimal. This is due to limited insight and capabilities of Human Resources (HR) in marketing via social media. Community Service (PPM) is important considering the rapid development of technology has an impact on MSME marketing strategies. Moreover, high business competition requires MSMEs to be agile towards change and digitalization. This article discusses the PPM program which aims to increase HR insight and capabilities in digital marketing, especially through social media. PPM is carried out through methods of situation analysis, discussion, counseling, mentoring and evaluation. This program provides intensive education and training on digital marketing strategies, use of social media platforms, as well as techniques for creating interesting and effective content. The results of the PPM that has been carried out are that activity participants gain a good understanding of digital marketing, especially through social media, as well as increasing participants' abilities in carrying out digital marketing.
