Estimated fetal weight is very important in making clinical decisions during pregnancy and childbirth. This helps the midwife predict the possibility of complications of childbirth pregnancy such as growth disturbance, macrosomia / large babies, CPD (Cephalopelvic disproportion) when labor progress is poor, or early detection of possible shoulder dystocia. Estimating fetal weight is an important task for midwives to be able to predict if there is a problem in newborns, so that knowing the estimated birth weight of a midwife will be able to make better labor preparation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the formula for interpreting fetal weight for birth weight. This type of research is comparative research. The research method uses analytic survey with retrospective time approach. The population in this study was 40 TM III pregnant women, the total sampling technique. Measuring instruments using a questionnaire / research form. Data analysis using paired t test. Statistical test results using paired t test showed p value value 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a difference in interpretation of fetal weight according to Johson Tausak, Niswander, Risanto on the birth weight of babies. While the comparison test results show the calculated F value (7258)> F Table (3252) the mean value of Johson tausak 3350, Niswander 2757.14, Risanto 2986, 36 shows the formula of johnson tausak is closer to the facts.

Awareness of breast cancer prevention methods is very important in reducing morbidity and mortality caused by breast cancer. One of them is by breast self-examination (BSE) because it is easy, cheap, privacy, safe and does not require special equipment. In fact this method has not been widely applied by most women. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the implementation of breast self-examination once a month on a regular basis by women of childbearing age in the Kubutambah District. The method of research was observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all women of childbearing age in the Kubutambah District. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with a large number of samples determined as many as 154 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Researchers filled out the questionnaire with structured interview techniques and assisted respondents. The study began in June-September 2019. After the data were collected, an univariate analysis was performed with a frequency distribution test, bivariate with the Spearman Rank test and multivariate with a Logistic Regression test using software. The results of this study found that the variables that were determinants of breast self-examination every month were the level of education (OR = 5,321.95% CI: -0.324--0.213), mass media access (OR = 3,543.95% CI: -0.213-- 0.124), spouse / family support (OR = 7,002.95% CI: -1.342--0.543) and peer age group support (OR = 5,326.95% CI: -3.234--1.342) still jointly influence the examination breast once a month regularly.

The vascular access procedure is a common procedure for treated children. Children need vascular access for various indications. Children who are hospitalized will receive treatment and care according to their basic needs and illness. One of the routine actions is infusion. Determination of venous location to be infused is a process that must be done first, to improve vein visualization, the use of infrared systems can be used to assist in the process of dilation of blood vessels. This study aims to determine the effect of venous detectors on pain response in children who performed infusion. The design of this study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach to pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group design on 20 respondents. This study consisted of 2 groups: an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group was measured before stabbing during infusion (pre-test) and measured after infusion (post-test). Whereas in the control group no intervention was carried out but pre-test and post-test measurements were taken. The results showed there was a difference between the pain scores before and after the infusion was performed with a p value <0.001. The use of vein detectors is effective in reducing pain in children during infusion.
