Abstract

This study aims to determine significantly the implementation of Bloom's Taxonomy and understanding of tax documents that affect the learning outcomes of Tax Administration with learning motivation as a moderating variable. Research methods are quantitative and qualitative using SPSS version 22 software using two models of analysis, namely multiple regressions, and moderated regression analysis. The results of the research are that the implementation of Bloom’s taxonomy and the understanding of taxation documents significantly influence students’ achievement in the Taxation course. Strengthened by learning motivation can moderate the implementation of Bloom’s taxonomy and understanding of taxation documents on student learning outcomes in Taxation courses with an increase in the R square value of 55.7%. This research has not used a population with bigger sample size, such as respondents from other campuses majoring in accounting and taxation. Higher education institutions can evaluate the curriculum on an ongoing basis by implementing Bloom’s taxonomy to the learning method, as well as increasing student motivation to learn from themselves and their environment. Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Conditional Clause Translation: Case Study of Assassin's Creed: Revelations Novel Translation from English to Indonesian which is an analysis of translation method used in translating conditional clause in Oliver Bowden’s Novel Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, translated by Melodi Violine. The purposes of this study are to find out how the translator translates the conditional clause from English to Indonesian and describes the translation techniques used by the translator. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. The theory used to identify the data is the translation method invented by Newmark (1988) which is depicted in a diagram called a V diagram, whereas in the translation there are two models of emphasis, namely on the source language and target language.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Effect of the Human Development Index on the Unemployment Rate in DKI Jakarta. The problems in this research are (i) How is the development of the unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta; (ii) How is the development of the Human Development Index (HDI) in DKI Jakarta; (iii) How does the Human Development Index (HDI) affect the unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted in three stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage of the research, including identifying problems and inventory data. The second stage is the stage of how to analyze the data obtained, and the third stage is the stage of testing the hypothesis and drawing conclusions. From this research, it can be seen that the correlation between improving the quality of human resources and reducing the unemployment rate in Jakarta

Abstract

In its implementation, increasing human resources can also be done through educational partnerships to improve formal education, which is still so low. For this reason, all parties, both private and bureaucrats, jointly manage human resources as "Human Investment" to improve the quality of our human resources, which are still so low that they can become more competitive and have "Intellectual Capital". Human resource quality improvement programs through education will provide benefits to organizations. This approach begins from a current strategic driven. To be effective, the approach must be based on accurate problem diagnosis and analysis of plan alternatives. This approach will make it easier for the organization to focus more accurately on a particular part or skill that is needed. What needs to be considered in HR planning is environmental observation, both internal and external. To improve the quality of human resources in the future, all parties, both private and bureaucrats, collectively through a partnership program to manage human resources as "Human Investment" to improve the quality of our human resources through education so that they can become more competitive and have "Intellectual Capital. Increasing human resources through education needs to be done through political, economic, legal, socio-cultural, and administrative / managerial approaches.

Abstract

This study intended to examine the effect of the variables of committee quality in procurement, provider quality in procurement, systems and procedures, ethics, environment, and risk assessment of fraud in procurement of goods or services at the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). This study utilized a survey method by distributing questionnaires at the Directorate of Asset Management and Maintenance in CBS by involving Commitment Making officials (CMO). Subsequently, collected information was analyzed by using multiple regression in the Lisrel application. The results of this study showed that the quality of the committee, the quality of provider and the environment in procurement provides a significant influence on fraud in the procurement of goods and services, while systems and procedures, ethics and risk assessments do not contribute significantly on fraud in procurement of goods or services.

Abstract

Employee performance is a work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization to achieve organizational goals. Leadership style is a way used by a leader in influencing, directing, and controlling the behavior of others to achieve a goal. Motivation is a desire that arises from within employees that creates enthusiasm to work optimally in order to achieve a goal. Job training is all activities that aim to improve and develop work competencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, motivation, and job training on employee performance. The object of research at PT Unicraft Nagura Indonesia with a sample of 55 respondents. The method used in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study explain that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The training variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Saat ini kelurahan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan dikarenakan kelurahan adalah jenjang pemerintah yang bersetuhan langsung dengan masyarakat terutama dalam pelayanan publik. Masalah yang ditimbul dan dihadapi adalah minimnya tingkat ketrampilan aparatur kelurahan dengan tuntutan masyarakat yang lebih dinamis serta sistem pengelolaan arsip masih bersifat konvensional yang memicu resiko tinggi. Sejalan dengan agenda reformasi dari KEPMANPAN dan Reformasi Birokrasi bahwa setiap individu dan organisasi dituntut untuk mengembangkan diri guna meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat. Pengelolaan administrasi dan arsip yang konvensional harus diubah menjadi berbasis sistem dan digital. Selain itu sarana prasana yang sangat terbatas menghambat dalam mendukung proses pelayanan. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan pelatihan pengelolaan administrasi dengan basis paperless office dan pembuatan monografi dengan software Birokrasi Maya. Selain dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan aparatur kelurahan dengan memberikan workshop dan sosialisasi UU ASN tahun 2014. Tujuan pelaksanaan program ini adalah tertatanya pengelolaan administrasi yang telah berbasis digital dan monografi data yang update serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan apartur kelurahan. Sebagai hasil program berupa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan publikasi ilmiah.
