Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and workload on the performance of Investigators of the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Bengkulu Police. The sample in this study was 80 investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bengkulu Police. The sampling technique was a census and the data were collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods through validity test, through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bengkulu Police, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increasing competence affected the performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bengkulu Police Criminal Investigation Department investigators, because the significant value of 0.027 is smaller than 0.05, the more attention to work discipline of members will increase. This illustrates that with good work discipline between investigators and leaders and between investigators and other investigators, performance can be improved. Workload has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Bengkulu Police Criminal Investigation Directorate because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0, 05. This illustrates that the existence of a workload that is in accordance with the skills and knowledge can improve the performance of investigators. The results of the f test indicate a significant influence between competence, work discipline and workload on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.814. This means that competence, work discipline and workload affect performance by 81.4% while the rest (100-81.4% = 18.6%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the help of SPSS program (statistical package for social science) version 22. The sample of this study amounted to 75 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression obtained Y = 25.304 + 0.117X1 + 0.061X2+ 0.124X3 + 0.056X4 + 0.197X5 + 2.729. The results of the multiple linear regression with a regression constant value is 25.304, it means that if the location, facilities, image, price, service are 0 (zero), then the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism Central Bengkulu the value is 25.304. From the coefficient of determination, the R value is 0.730 and R Square (R2) is 0.533 or (53.3%). This showed that there is a very strong relationship between location, facilities, image, price, service, and the decision to visit because the value of r count is greater than the value of r table (0.2273). The results of the t-test on the location variable (X1) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.029 < 0.05), it can be concluded that location has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the Facility variable (X2) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.049 < 0.05), it can be concluded that the facility has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t test on the Image variable (X3) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), it can be concluded that the image has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the price variable (X4) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.023 <0.05), it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. The results of the t-test on the Service variable (X5) obtained a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that service has a significant effect on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu. Based on the F test, the significance value is less than 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that simultaneously (location, facilities, image, price, service) there is a significant influence on the decision to visit Buana Alit Tourism, Central Bengkulu.

Abstract

This development research aimed to produce entrepreneurship teaching materials by using the PjBL method and improving student learning outcomes in running a small handicraft business. The research that was carried out is a development research (research and development) and followed by a quasi experiment (quasi experiment) that collaborates with class teachers. The research stages to be carried out are: (1) the preparation stage, (2) the development stage, (3) the experimental stage, (4) evaluation. At the stage of developing teaching materials using the Plomp model (2010) which includes (1) preliminary research, (2) prototyping phase, and (3) assessment phase. Furthermore, at the application stage a collaborative experiment is carried out in which the learning is carried out in collaboration with the teacher. The subjects of this study were teachers and students from SMA/MA/SMKN in North Bengkulu. In the experimental stage, it was carried out by taking two classes from each school as the experimental class and the control class. The target achievement in this study is the creation of entrepreneurship teaching materials that meet valid and practical criteria and there is an effect of project-based learning teaching materials on students' abilities and self-confidence.

Abstract

Saat ini kelurahan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan dikarenakan kelurahan adalah jenjang pemerintah yang bersetuhan langsung dengan masyarakat terutama dalam pelayanan publik. Masalah yang ditimbul dan dihadapi adalah minimnya tingkat ketrampilan aparatur kelurahan dengan tuntutan masyarakat yang lebih dinamis serta sistem pengelolaan arsip masih bersifat konvensional yang memicu resiko tinggi. Sejalan dengan agenda reformasi dari KEPMANPAN dan Reformasi Birokrasi bahwa setiap individu dan organisasi dituntut untuk mengembangkan diri guna meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat. Pengelolaan administrasi dan arsip yang konvensional harus diubah menjadi berbasis sistem dan digital. Selain itu sarana prasana yang sangat terbatas menghambat dalam mendukung proses pelayanan. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan pelatihan pengelolaan administrasi dengan basis paperless office dan pembuatan monografi dengan software Birokrasi Maya. Selain dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan aparatur kelurahan dengan memberikan workshop dan sosialisasi UU ASN tahun 2014. Tujuan pelaksanaan program ini adalah tertatanya pengelolaan administrasi yang telah berbasis digital dan monografi data yang update serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan apartur kelurahan. Sebagai hasil program berupa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve home industry products and expand the market, especially micro businesses in RT.06 RW.03, Padang Jati Village, Bengkulu City, carried out socialization and guidance to these business actors by utilizing social media as a product marketing tool. With the understanding of business actors about digital, the selling power of products can increase by way of sales that are responsive to consumer needs. The methods of field work carried out by students when doing community service are as follows: (1). Students who do service will visit home industry business owners (2). With an agreement on time and place for the socialization and development of digital marketing which was carried out in RT.06 RW.03 Kelurahan Padang Jati, Bengkulu City, which has 13 household units and is located in the nearest location. (3). Then socialization and training on creating social media accounts were held according to the needs of these business actors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work conflict against employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu Branch of the southern part of Bengkulu. Data output using a questionnaire using the instrument test analysis method, multiple linear regression, determination test, hypothesis test. The results showed the independent test of the employee performance regression model, which can be obtained information that the significance value of work stress (X1) of 0,000. This value is significantly less than a significance value of less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that work stress (X1) significantly affects the performance of Karyjara (Y). The significance value of the work conflict (X2) is 0.000. This value is significantly less than a significance value of less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the Work Conflict (X2) significantly affects the performance of the Karya (Y). Southern Bengkulu Branch. This is shown by the results of the ANOVA test or T test shows the simultaneous test results of the employee performance regression model, which can be obtained that the significance value of the F test is 0,000. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Community Satisfaction Index in the Services of the Sengkuang Village Office, Seluma Selatan District, Seluma Regency with Permenpan No. 14 of 2017 on 9 elements. This research method is descriptive quantitative with accidental sampling technique. The sample of this study was 110 respondents in the form of the IKM value calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. The results of this study indicate that the service at the Sengkuang Village Office, Seluma Selatan District, Seluma Regency on the requirements shows an IKM conversion value element of 93.75, with a very good category, systems, mechanisms and service procedures with an IKM conversion value element of 76.00, with a Poor category, Time completion with an IKM conversion value element of 76.25, in the Poor category, Costs/tariffs with an IKM conversion value element of 96.00, in the Very Good category, Product specifications for the type of service on an IKM conversion value element of 93.75, with a Very Good category, Implementing competence with the element of the IKM conversion value is 94.00, with the Very Good category, the behavior of the implementer with the result of the IKM conversion value of 88.00 in the Good category, Handling of suggestions and input complaints shows the IKM conversion value of 94.00 in the Very Good category, and Means shows the IKM conversion value of 93.25 with very category Well. So, the IKM at the Sengkuang Village Office, Seluma Selatan District, Seluma Regency is 80.50 with a service quality B and the service rating is good, because it is in the interval value of 76.61 - 88.30.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost of goods sold arising from the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the traditional system used by Hidayah tofu factory and the basis for calculating the cost of goods manufactured by the Activity Based Costing system that the researcher implemented.The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. Where the data was obtained from interviews with Hidayah tofu owners and then implemented using the traditional methods used by the factory and the Activity Based Costing method to determine the cost of good sold from the two methods.The results of the analysis using the traditional method of cost of good sold for fried tofu products is Rp. 283,300,000.00, which is lower than the Activity Based Costing method. Meanwhile, the cost of good sold for white tofu products is IDR 138,000,000.00, which is lower than the Activity Based Costing method. Whereas in the Activity Based Costing method the cost of good sold for fried tofu products is IDR 285,837,500.00 higher than the traditional method. Meanwhile, the cost of good sold for white tofu products is IDR 140,536,760.00 higher than the traditional method. This shows that calculations using the Activity Based Costing method are more accurate than traditional methods. Because in the Activity Based Costing method all costs incurred in production activities are included in the calculation component, namely the cost of depreciation of factory machine assets.

Abstract

The development of technology, communication devices that make everyone who has a smartphone connected to the internet makes it easier for prospective buyers to find the desired item through their communication device. a very promising opportunity to be developed. The implementation of this community service aims to apply e-commerce to the sale of these coffee products. In the application of e-commerce to coffee products, it is necessary to provide insight to business actors to maintain product quality because it relates to buyer trust, providing complete and fast information, openness to information from customers and the existence of coupons and discounts for regular customers Transparency of product delivery information, trace the existence of the goods sent and good cooperation between the seller and the buyer must be maintained properly. Vigilance against online fraud is also information that needs to be given to business actors in the implementation of this community service. So that at the end of the implementation of this community service, understands online business opportunities, can compete healthily, gain the trust of its customers. the creation of social media accounts and e-commerce interfaces. The product marketing process went quite well as indicated by the addition of the number of visitors on social media accounts after 2 months. Marketing continues to be carried out by utilizing other social media.

Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the strategies in efforts to implement community development based on the principle of democracy, in which the community is encouraged to place itself proportionally and become the main character in improving their own standard of living by accessing and utilizing available resources on a sustainable basis. Empowering the community through the use of yards program activities are one of the efforts that can be made to increase accessibility and availability of food independently and sustainably, and is oriented towards increasing community's income. RT 32 RW 07 Sawah Lebar Village in Bengkulu City is one of the potential areas for the development of organic farming-based yard utilization program, but it has not been optimally implemented due to several constraints, including the lack of knowledges, lack of facilities and infrastructure in producing their own fertilizer. Therefore, through community service activities, it is expected to be able to support and increase food self-sufficiency and the community's economy. This activity was carried out on October 8 2022 at RT 32, RW 07, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City. In this activity several stages of activity were used, namely planning and preparation, socialization about optimizing the use of yard land, and demonstrations of making compost and liquid organic fertilizer, as well as assistance in planting good commodities to be planted in the yard. This program was attended by residents and the local village government. Activities carried out concurrently between socialization and training in making compost and liquid organic fertilizer through presentation of material accompanied by discussions related to optimizing yards. From the results of the implementation of this activity it can be concluded that community economic empowerment can be carried out through optimizing the yard by planting vegetables and medicinal plants as an effort to support the availability of food and family medicines, as well as being useful for adding environmental aesthetic value, family hobbies, as well as the preservation of biological resources and the environment.
