Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan pengolahan sampah dengan menggunakan eco enzyme yang dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Jatibaru kabupaten Bekasi mengurangi jumlah sampah organiknya. Pengolahan tersebut dilakukan dengan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga, tujuannya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ibu rumah tangga di Desa Jatibaru. Tujuan pengabdian ini diharapkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat mengolah sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme melalui metode community based participatory action. Terdapat 30 peserta kegiatan yang mengikuti edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan eco enzyme. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, terdapat 30% ibu-ibu rumah tangga telah mempraktikkan langsung dan merasakan manfaatnya. Manfaat dari eco enzyme sendiri sebagai: cairan pembersih serbaguna, pupuk tanaman, pengusir hama. Pemanfaatan eco enzyme ini sangat membantu pemberdayaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Jatibaru, mereka tidak perlu membeli pupuk atau pengusir hama tetapi mereka dapat membuat sendiri dari pengolahan sampah organik

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by someone who is adjusted to their respective roles or tasks in a company at a certain time period, which is associated with a certain value or standard measure of the company where the person works. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative, with a population of all 45 employees of PT Pusaka Kali Agung and sampling using a saturated sample technique. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and determination (adjusted R2) . The results in this study explain that work motivation and leadership style affect employee performance.

Abstract

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance at PT Gunanusa Eramandiri. The population in this study were all employees of the production section, amounting to 57 employees, using saturated sample techniques. By using data collection methods through questionnaires and secondary data, namely data obtained from companies, data obtained from research is analyzed with quantitative analysis methods, namely multiple regression equations. The results showed that work-life balance has an effect on employee performance. Work environment has an effect on employee performance. Compensation affects employee performance. Furthermore, companies need to increase the share of time, improve environmental conditions and increase benefits, all of which are done to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu diketahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 karyawan di PT Asno Horie Indonesia. gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan diuji setiap variabel. Kemudian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di regresi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asno Horie Indonesia. One of the company's successes depends on its employees. To achieve this prosperity, it is necessary to know the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 77 employees at PT Asno Horie Indonesia. Leadership style and organizational culture are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This study uses literature, questionnaire, observation, and documentation as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, the independent variables are regressed on a dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership style variable did not significantly influence employee performance, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Asno Horie Indonesia's employees.

Abstract

Employee performance is a work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization to achieve organizational goals. Leadership style is a way used by a leader in influencing, directing, and controlling the behavior of others to achieve a goal. Motivation is a desire that arises from within employees that creates enthusiasm to work optimally in order to achieve a goal. Job training is all activities that aim to improve and develop work competencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, motivation, and job training on employee performance. The object of research at PT Unicraft Nagura Indonesia with a sample of 55 respondents. The method used in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study explain that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The training variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Maxxis International Indonesia is part of the quality control division with a total of 62. The method of data collection is through questionnaires distributed through google form. In conducting data analysis, using the SPSS program. The techniques used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study show that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the results of the study on motivational variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the company's success depends on its employees. To be able to increase company productivity, it is necessary to know the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance. This research was conducted on 59 of 141 employees at PT. Flexi Components Indonesia. Emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study uses survey methods, samples and questionnaires as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence variables were regressed on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the intellectual intelligence variable has an effect on employee performance, and the emotional intelligence variable has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Flexi Components Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini memfokuskan pada inonasi pemanfaatan limbah organik menjadi produk eco-enzyme, yang bertujuan menjadikan masyarakat Desa Wangun Harja semakin produktif dan peduli terhadap lingkungan. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Wangun Harja Kecamatan Cikarang Utara ini ada 4 metode yang digunakan diantaranya adalah observasi, wawancara, pelatihan, dan penyuluhan. Pembuatan eco-enzyme dimuali dengan memasukkan 500 ml air ke dalam wadah plastik dan 50 gram gula serta sisa kulit buah atau sayur. Kemudian aduk perlahan isi wadah plastik yang sudah terisi dengan larutan air dan gula. Dengan adanya inovasi pemanfaatan limbah organik menjadi eco-enzyme ini diharapkan adanya kejasama yang lebih baik dalam penanganan sampah organik dan kebersihan lingkungan Desa Wangun Harja.

Abstract

Sampah organik dengan jumlah yang melimpah yang dihasilkan di pasar tradisional ataupun di tukang sayur masih belum dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat desa Jatireja. Sampah organic dapat diolah menjadi eco enzim dengan cara yang sangat mudah dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Eco enzim merupakan cairan hasil fermentasi sampah organik yang dicampur dengan gula dan air dengan komposisi tertentu yang menghasilkan larutan berwarna coklat gelap dengan aroma buah yang menyengat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melibatkan masyarakat desa Jatireja dalam mengurangi sampah organik dan mengolahnya menjadi eco enzim yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi beberapa produk yang bermanfaat dalam rumah tangga. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahap kegiatan yaitu tahap perencanaan pengelolaan sampah organik dari desa Jatireja oleh tim pengabdi dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa, tahap koordinasi tim pengabdi dengan pihak desa dan Lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat (LPM) desa Jatireja, sosialisasi pembuatan ecoenzim kepada warga desa Jatireja. Kegiatan pengabdian sosialisasi eco enzim kepada masyarakat di desa Jatireja berjalan dengan lancar dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari civitas akademika, Yayasan Pelita Bangsa, aparat desa, lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat dan masyarakat desa Jatireja.
