Abstract

Social media is one of the technological developments that has contributed greatly in making it easy for us to communicate and socialize, one of which is using Twitter social media. Twitter in this study is used as a data source to analyze tweets discussing KRI Nanggala 402. Analysis of KRI Nanggala 402 twitter sentiment is used to see the tendency of public responses to the sinking of the KRI Nanggala 402 submarine whether to give positive or negative opinions. This Sentiment analysis uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier method, which is a classification method. The first research stage is crawling, processing, classification, and evaluation. The classification stage is carried out after the processing phase, where the classification results tend to be positive or negative, using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. The accuracy of the system in the Sentiment analysis of the KRI Nanggala 402 tweet is 73.00%.

Abstract

Life in the current era of technology is almost every line connected to the internet, as well as when doing business. Website is a container used for business development and improvement. One form of this is to create an attractive website display as a strategy to increase product quality and quantity. This research aims to; 1) The creation of a marketing information system facility with the application of CRM using the web-based React.JS framework as the main purpose of the research, and 2) Understanding and describing the benefits of implementing a Marketing Information System with CRM Applications using the web-based React.JS framework as a marketing strategy to improve quality and product quantity. To implement this research, the researcher uses the Agile method. A website-based marketing system with the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Reswara Digital printing produces structured and detailed data storage and the delivery of product information to consumers can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the analysis of factors that make prospective customers who want to open an account at a branch switch to opening an online account. This study uses the K-Means method and uses the age factor, the time period in opening an account as a parameter. The data collection technique is in the form of data collection by questionnaire. The subject of this research is marketing who are members of PT Dika in collaboration with PT Bank Central Asia. Based on the research conducted by the author using the K-Means Clustering method and the rapidminer application, the researchers drew the following conclusions; 1) Of the three clusters, the age factor that has the most value is at age 21 in cluster 3 as many as 3 people. As for the age of 22 to 26 in the three clusters, the three clusters are not much different, 2) Of the three clusters, the most income factors are in group 3 as many as 4 people in cluster 2, namely earning around 1.500.000 – 3,000,000, 3) Of the three cluster, the distance factor from home to the nearest BCA Bank is at most at distance 1 as many as 3 people in cluster 3 and at distance 3 as many as 3 people in cluster 2, 4) Of the three clusters, the processing time factor is mostly in group 1 as much as 3 people in cluster 1, group 2 as many as 3 people in cluster 3 and group 3 as many as 3 people in cluster 3, and 5) From the three clusters, the factor of moving from opening an account at a branch to opening an online account (pemol) is because it's faster, in cluster 1 as many as 3 people, in cluster 2 as many as 2 people and in cluster 3 as many as 3 people.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has reached the entire world, including Indonesia. With a pandemic like this, traveling out of town will experience difficulties because the government has issued a policy for the public to carry out a Rapid Test Antigen so that they can travel outside the city, and in the midst of a pandemic like this, all hospitals do not necessarily provide a Rapid Test Antigen. In this study, the authors created a website that contains information on hospitals that provide Rapid Test Antigen in Jakarta with the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The are used for this research is the entire DKI Jakarta area. The study uses data collection techniques by surveying directly to a hospital that provides the Rapid Test Antigen and secondary data obtained from the internet media. This application is expected to make it easier for residents of DKI Jakarta and those from outside the city to find out the location that provides the Rapid Antigen Test in Jakarta.

Abstract

Along with the current development of digitalization technology, almost all aspects have adapted to these changes, including the Indonesian people, who are mostly traders, also take part in this development. The website is one of the digitalization models that is often used in promoting products, both goods and Services, in this case the author takes one example, namely the sale of a flower shop "Bunds Flowers" where in this case the flowers that are sold are not like flowers in general, but there are flowers in the type of paper, plastic, to imported and local flowers, making this flower shop very worthy of having more promotional value, both in terms of conventional (face-to-face) and modern (online/digitalized) sales. This study uses two methods where the waterfall method is applied to the system development process and the PIECES method to analyze the user's response to the system that has been built. In this journal the author aims to build a system where sales and ornamental plant enthusiasts still use traditional media, with the websites help consumers find what they need in an easy way by opening a website. In the analysis process, the respondents have produced several assessments related to the flower shop application, including 1) performance, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) 2) Information, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied), 3) Economic, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied) , 4) Control and Security, respondents rated 4.10 (Satisfied) and 5 Efficiency, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) and Service, respondents rated 3.73 (satisfied).

Abstract

General elections are basically still carried out conventionally, namely by using paper media in voting. This will lead to weaknesses in the calculation of votes such as a waste of money and time. This study aims to develop a website-based e-voting information system in the general election for the chairman of the RW which is expected to minimize the weaknesses of conventional elections. This system was developed to make the voting process more efficient and easy to use. This application is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the waterfall method. By doing black-box testing, it is hoped that the e-voting system can run well functionally without any error, and dummy variable testing to determine the influence of voters in selecting candidates based on graduation rate.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease or better known as Corona Virus has attacked all corners of the world, including Indonesia. It has been almost +1 year that this virus is still attacking Indonesia and has an impact on various sectors, one of which is education. To contain the spread of the virus, the government has set an online education system. Many complaints were experienced by students, especially students who returned home, many of them experienced difficulties in accessing the internet, so many tasks to complete, and many more. The purpose of this study is to obtain the accuracy of the classification results based on the level of accuracy of the perceptions of students who use Twitter regarding the implementation of online lectures. In this research, the method used is Naive Bayes, KNN, and Decision Tree. The data used in this study is Twitter data by crawling data. From the results of this study, the Decision Tree method has a high value among other methods with an accuracy of 61.92%, precision of 73.63%, and recall of 11.42%.

Abstract

The Academic Administration division (BAA) plays a role in the process of issuing student certificates at the National University. Although the data has been computerized, the process of issuing the letter is still manual so it is less effective and efficient. Students must come to the BAA unit to apply for the issuance of a student certificate, including for data correction purposes if needed. This will require more effort for students in terms of time, energy and material. This research is to design a Web-Based Student Certificate Making System that can simplify the service process and submission of a certificate for students at the National University. This system is integrated and responsive and is accessed online. The application was developed with the waterfall model and utilizes the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool and uses the PHP programming language. The result of this study is the existence of a web-based certificate application design that can facilitate students in obtaining student certificates at the National University. The results of testing the application using the white-box and black-box methods, indicate that the logic and functionality of the application is running well and can be used by the BAA unit of the National University.

Abstract

E-commerce or online stores appear to provide convenience for the public in the field of information technology, Budi Luhur is a shop in the field of selling household needs such as cabinets, plate racks, spring beds, sofas, and electronics. But the problem is that until now, how to market their products still using manuals such as brochures, posters, and orders that are still recorded manually with books, so that the store requires costs that are sometimes not small in number to print brochures which will later be used to convey information to customers manually. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to create a system at the Budi Luhur store that can make it easier for customers and shop owners to make transactions. The design of Budi Luhur's E-Commerce System uses a Software development methodology, namely the waterfall method. This method is used by researchers to develop Software systems by having a Software life flow sequentially starting from analysis, design, coding and testing. To design the system using E-CRM (Electronic Electronic Customer Relationship Management), CodeIgniter Framework, PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

The existing mail management or archiving process still uses conventional or manual management with a search process that uses a long time, so researchers create a correspondence archive application that is considered necessary and help the Administration, using FCFS method and program code logic test using white Box Testing. The purpose of making this archival application is to help administrative officers to conduct digital management of mail archives. Black box test results show every design and control function in the application according / valid and white box test results show the calculation of logic flow that produces cyclomatic value, node, predicate node and existing path value produce the same value for page login value Cyclomatic Complexity, Predicate Node (P), and Path-path = 2, while for testing white box in the mail transaction section produces the same value that is for the value of Cyclomatic Complexity, Predicate Node (P), and Path-path = 3, so it can be concluded that the logic flow used is appropriate and can be implemented in The Administration.
