Abstract

Coordination report complete information system of the council is one of the supporting tools in reporting the council's activities to the Riau Islands Province DPRD. Every matter concerning official organizational activities is always realized in the form of a coordinating report on the completeness of the board. The Office of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the Riau Islands Province also faces obstacles in the coordinating report on the completeness of the board, where the coordinating report on the completeness of the council requires physical evidence and is recorded in a structured manner. This research builds a management information system for coordinating reports on the completeness of the DPRD Kepri council that can be accessed through an internet connection and is built using a web-based computer programming language. This research was conducted in 2016, the research design used was applied research. From the results of the achievement of research conducted that the complete co-ordination information system of the board can be used as an alternative to the management of archiving letter data involving many types and functions of a letter. Ease of access and operations that can be used on various devices is a priority and functionality of an application by using a web-based application. The application of information technology and the demands of work efficiency in agencies requires the ideas and creativity of users at a government agency to innovate in handling performance issues, especially the management and management of letters. Abstract

At the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Alue Bilie Unit, the teller cash system experiences difficulties and errors in the teller's cash collection and receipt system and there is an error in the procedure for collecting evidence of cash management (in the form of cash), based on the purpose of the problem referred to the writer conducting research on the Details Website-Based Cash Teller at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Alue Bilie. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are web-based fangame using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and MySQL as DBMS. Abstract

The design of the Information Systems Application System for Employee Work Target Compilation (SKP) is based on the method of evaluating civil servant work performance systematically combining the Civil Service Employee Work Target assessment with work behavior assessment. Performance appraisal consists of two elements, namely SKP and Work Behavior, with an assessment weighting of SKP elements at 60% and work behavior at 40%. From the depiction of the service mechanism at the KEMKUMHAM Aceh, an integrated information system is needed to assemble the existing subsystems into a mutually supportive unit given the still not optimal role of the computerized system in the existing service mechanism. The purpose of this study was to design an Information System for Employee Job Target Compilation (SKP) Application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. RAD emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles, and data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as an application in interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS. Abstract

The use of computer technology has been proven to help humans in various fields and aspects of life, including its use in the field of data management. The compilation of a computer technology-based asset data collection system application program design is expected to be able to help in the accuracy and speed of recording the utilization of data collection assets to see the wide coverage area under the supervision of the UPT. The exploitation of Aceh's Assets PT. Indonesian Railways (PERSERO). The general objective of this research is to design and build a more accurate asset database using the asset application system using Visual BASIC.NET and be able to know the usage of the asset application system that has been created and can present the asset application system that has been built at the UPT. The exploitation of Aceh's Assets so that the data collection system is more effective and efficient. Abstract

Car and motorcycle vehicles are vital needs in this modern era to help someone to a certain place. Inevitably the increasing number of cars and motorbikes with fewer roads to accommodate these vehicles results in congestion or long queues that are so crowded. So the government also conducted several methods to unravel congestion, including traffic engineering. This method can be said to be successful if congestion in an area can decrease from usual. However, not every successful traffic engineering, even congestion is getting worse. Therefore we need to test the results of traffic engineering. One of them is using the M/M/1 queuing model with Poisson distribution and then simulated by SimEvents in Matlab. As researchers, we can also provide solutions to unravel these bottlenecks. The traffic engineering that we are going to analyze is Cipaganti traffic engineering, Bandung. Keywords:queue; traffic engineering; SimEvents; cipaganti.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an application system that is able to record the Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJK Aceh Province so that it can improve performance in database processing activities at a better level of effectiveness and efficiency. System design used using the waterfall model can support the design of database information Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJKD Aceh based on the web with additional steps in documenting the software development process, as well as data collection techniques using research methods with observation, interviews, and studies literature. In developing applications that are used in various web programming languages and MySQL is used as a database media. The results of the study succeeded in building a database of Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) and have been implemented to users to get feedback about the prototype developed.Keywords:Job Skills Certificate System, LPJK, Web

Abstract

Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Abstract

At the Syar'iyah Court of Banda Aceh City, the archiving information system within the agency could be said to be inefficient because there were still many conventional filing information systems applied, namely storing in filing cabinets, and recording to books so that accuracy could still be said to be unfavorable. When viewed in terms of space, it requires an inventory of places for equipment such as filing cabinets, maps, shelves, and others. While in terms of time, the search for the arrangement of documents that are not neat. In terms of cost, the need for care and maintenance of archive storage. The formulation of the problems in this study can be formulated; Designing the Document Filing Information System at the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court, Is the Banda Aceh City Syar'iyah Court Filing Information System the information used will be faster and more accurate, and How to present the Syar'iyah Court Document Filing Information System. The method used in designing the NET Document Filing Information System at the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court is to use the waterfall method or the waterfall method. Abstract

The design of the land certificate filing system was built to facilitate the work process in managing land certificate records, especially in the field of archives at the Aceh Besar National Land Agency, which is intended to streamline computerized data processing to support technical implementation in carrying out more accurate land certificate data processing, effective and efficient. A land certificate is a tool or means to convey statements or information in writing from one party to another party. Such information can be in the form of notifications, statements, requests, reports, objections, thoughts, questions, and so on. The design of the system used by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a software development process model classified as incremental (multilevel) techniques. Applications used for making applications are Microsoft Visual Basic .NET as interface design and Microsoft Office Access as a DBMS.
