Abstract

Land is a prerequisite that must be considered in betel leaf cultivation, as it significantly influences the quality of the grown betel leaves. Poor-quality land can result in decreased betel leaf harvest, reduced shelf life, susceptibility to rot, curling, and lower selling prices. Based on this issue, a system is needed to facilitate the community in selecting the appropriate land for betel leaf cultivation, which is the Decision Support System (DSS). In this research, the SPK utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with criteria such as soil pH, air temperature, rainfall, soil elevation, and sunlight, as well as alternatives represented by the villages of Mariat Gunung, Klaru, Klamono, and Malasom. The ranking is determined based on a consistency ratio value of <0.1, which is interpreted as being appropriate according to the CR calculation theory. The highest-ranking land is found in Klaru Village (rank 1), followed by Mariat Gunung (rank 2), Klamono (rank 3), and Malasom (rank 4). In conclusion, the AHP method can be utilized for the decision-making process in selecting land for betel leaf cultivation

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the deadly diseases with a mortality rate that increases every year because the higher the stage of cancer, the smaller the chance of people to recover. Technology is currently applied to the medical field such as MRI, CT Scan, and Mammography. Mammography can be done to identify various forms of abnormalities in the breast such as breast cancer. Therefore, in this study, the application of the K-Means method was carried out on 112 mammography digital images for classification based on the diameter area of breast cancer with the T component in the TNM system. The results of this test found that from 100% of the dataset, 24% of mammography images belonged to T2 with a diameter area between 20 mm to 50 mm, and 76% of mammography images belonged to T3-T4 with a diameter area of more than 50 mm, with an average accuracy value of 89,3028%.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has made remarkable advancements in visual analysis, particularly in landscape image classification. This study applies the CNN method to automatically classify landscape images. Through sophisticated network training and feature extraction steps, CNN can recognize unique patterns and features from various landscape categories, such as mountains, forests, streets, seas, and glaciers. The key advantage of CNN lies in its ability to identify complex and abstract features in images. The evaluation results show that the CNN model achieves satisfying accuracy in classifying landscape images. The application of this method offers practical benefits in various areas, including location recognition, virtual travel, and environmental analysis. AI based on CNN opens new possibilities in visual landscape recognition and its potential to contribute to automated understanding of the beauty of nature

Abstract

Clustering is the process of partitioning a set of data objects into subsets known as clusters. K-means is an unsupervised learning algorithm, K-Means also has a function to group data into data clusters. The K-Means algorithm method was chosen because it has a fairly high accuracy of object size, so this algorithm is relatively more scalable and more efficient for processing large numbers of objects. In the world of education, in general, every new school year there will be something called registration of new prospective students, at the Fajar Baru Child Development Center, many prospective students are accepted from 3 years to 5 years old, therefore the authors hope that by using clustering data can easily group data so that it can make it easier to find the necessary data. By using the K-means algorithm method and using the RapidMiner application, it found 80% efficient results in grouping data.

Abstract

This study focuses on implementing a Telegram chatbot in ICONNET, a leading internet service provider, to improve the quality of its network services. Employing the Action Research (AR) methodology, the research aims to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency through iterative cycles of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The literature review highlights the potential of chatbot technology in various service sectors, emphasizing its ability to reduce response time, improve customer service, and streamline operations. However, limited research has specifically explored the implementation of chatbots on the Telegram platform within the context of Internet network services. Through active stakeholder involvement, including service users and network operators, the study emphasizes the importance of personalization, accuracy, and promptness in chatbot responses to drive customer satisfaction. Thorough analysis and evaluation will assess the impact of the Telegram chatbot implementation on improving the quality of ICONNET internet network services. The findings will provide practical recommendations for other internet service providers seeking to adopt chatbot technology to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. By contributing to the advancement of chatbot technology and the improvement of internet network services, this research expands our understanding of chatbot implementation within the domain of information technology services. The study sheds light on the benefits and challenges of implementing a Telegram chatbot and offers valuable insights for further research and industry practitioners

Abstract

Millennials, despite being the largest population segment in Indonesia, show little interest in insurance, with only 6-7% having coverage. This raises concerns about their financial preparedness and protection against unforeseen events. Many lack well-thought-out financial plans, focusing on immediate gratification and overlooking risk management, including insurance. This study aims to discover ways to revive millennials' awareness about the importance of insurance in achieving financial stability and well-being. This study employs a questionnaire for data collection and analyzes the data using k-means and decision tree algorithms. Based on the k-means algorithm and decision tree, it was found that many millennials lack insurance coverage. Reasons include lack of understanding, financial constraints, fear of deception, and considering insurance, not a priority. Young adults aged 21-29 showed a better understanding of insurance, but still, a significant portion remains uninsured. These insights can be used to develop educational programs and communication strategies that aim to bridge the awareness gap and increase insurance literacy among millennials

Abstract

Kebaya is one of Indonesia's traditional clothes which has a long history and is rich in culture. Each region or tribe in Indonesia has a kebaya with its own characteristics, including unique patterns, colors and decorations .Indonesian society want to know the kebaya from their area of origin but have difficulty distinguishing the kebayas because there are only slight differences in certain parts of the kebaya which are characteristic of kebaya from one area with kebaya from other regions. Therefore we need a system that can detect or classify traditional kebaya clothes in Indonesia. Researchers use the YOLOv8 version in making this system. The YOLOv8 algorithm goes through a classification system for kebaya clothes, processes such as annotation, preprocessing, augmentation, training to testing. The research results show good results with a confidence value of 90% - 97%. The final results of testing on 12 images show the output by knowing the kebaya class and good accuracy and producing an average accuracy value of 94%.

Abstract

In the current era, development occurs very rapidly. Global warming is something that has just been heard a few years ago. This has an impact on human life, especially in urban areas. UHI is part of the temperature rise phenomenon that occurs in urban areas and is caused by isolated locations (different conditions) that have higher surface or air temperatures than the surrounding areas in measurements using an Arduino device. UHI has a negative impact because it causes changes in air quality and affects human health, energy use, and climate change. This research aims to build a temperature and humidity measurement system that analyzes UHI. The research parameters used were temperature and humidity. This research uses the fuzzy logic method. This study has an absolute error value of ± 1 oC.

Abstract

The agency will provide a salary as compensation for an employee's work. In addition to providing a basic wage, each agency often provides salary bonuses however, PT. Wana Anugrah Albasindo has difficulty distributing rewards to employees based on the performance of their employees, so decision support is needed based on the performance of each employee. The research data used criteria such as Presence, Number of Overtime Hours, and Length of Work. Based on the results and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that the application of determining employee bonuses with the SAW method is beneficial for PT. Wana Anugrah Albasindo is more transparent in deciding employee bonuses at PT. Wana Anugrah Albasindo determines the weight value of each assessment criterion in the form of attendance with a percentage of 50%, the number of overtime hours at 30%, and the length of work at 20%.

Abstract

The Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Treatment Site (TPST) is one of Indonesia's largest final disposal sites. The increasing generation of waste daily can cause methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Methane and carbon dioxide are greenhouse gases that can cause global warminag and endanger respiratory health at specific concentrations. Therefore, the authors created an IoT-based CH4 and CO2 gas monitoring system using the ESP32 as a microcontroller, the MQ-4 sensor to measure CH4, and the MG-811 sensor to measure CO2. The tool's design is simple and portable, with a 20x4 LCD, and the Blynk website can store data via an SD card. After testing, the tool can operate properly, and the results of CH4 and CO2 gas concentrations at the Bantar Gebang TPST location are around 2.01 ppm and 419.89 ppm with regular status.
