Abstract

PT.XYZ is a household electronic product marketing company that diversifies into medical device products, one of which is a medical mask product which is the object of this research. The purpose of this research is to analyse production challenges, marketing strategies, and marketing challenges. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview techniques to 5 PT.XYZ employees and 3 PT.XYZ mask users, which are processed using SWOT Analysis, STP, and Marketing Mix. The results of this study stated that PT. XYZ focuses on digital marketing to be able to increase brand awareness of its medical mask products, but the results of this study state that digital marketing is not effective and Word of Mouth is found to be effective in building company brand awareness.

Abstract

This study is a comprehensive synthesis of relevant prior researches. The goal of this study was to examine the role of leverage and dividend policy in increasing the firm value of insurance companies. This study's population consisted of 17 insurance companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. The purposive sampling method was used to select seven companies for this study. Multiple linear regression was used in SPSS 25 to analyze the collected data. The findings revealed that leverage had a negative impact on firm value, whereas dividend policy had a positive impact on firm value. The model proposed in this study could explain 38.9 percent of the firm's value

Abstract

The economic policy package volumes XV set out coupled with export and import activities in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the effect of the economic policy package volumes XV committed by the Government against the Service Quality and Custom Clearance on the furniture industry companies in Indonesia. The data collected through interviews. Analysis of the method used is descriptive analysis method. The respondents in this study are the manager of forwarding company in Indonesia, owner of furniture company, and operational staff from customs. The result of the research shows that the economic policy package volumes XV undertaken by the Government have an impact on the Service Quality provided as well as Custom Clearance process within the scope of the furniture industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of capital structure and sales growth on profitability in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This research is causal research with a quantitative approach, while based on the level of exploration includes associative research using secondary data. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The population in this study is all food and beverage subsector companies with a research sample of thirteen food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 with data sources obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's official website. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially the capital structure had a positive but insignificant effect on profitability. Partial sales growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability. While simultaneously the capital structure and sales growth have a significant effect on profitability as evidenced by a probability value of 0.000000 smaller than the significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to update prediction results and the efficiency level of bitcoin prices using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). The data to be predicted can be viewed with the accuracy outcomes by gathering data for the LSTM construction. The data used in this study were obtained from the Yahoo Finance website, and in Figure 4.1, a comparison between the initial closing price and the expected closing price shows an increase of USD 3,000. The initial closing price is around USD 17,000, while the predicted result is worth USD 20,000. Even if the price drops in 2022, the writer can still accurately anticipate the price for the next 30 days. A prediction system is required for the prediction of the movement of the bitcoin exchange rate for the prediction of the dangers associated with investing in bitcoin. Like other unique commodities, bitcoin also exhibits constant daily price fluctuations. One of the cryptocurrencies that are currently in demand as a profitable investment is bitcoin. But there are still major risks associated with investing in bitcoin

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between change management and adaptation to the performance of PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia, Jakarta. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 86 respondents and using a descriptive quantitative approach. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression testing. The test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between change management and adaptation on the performance of employees of PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia. It is also proven from the results of the F test that the significance values ​​of the two independent variables support the research hypothesis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer experience, service convenience and corporate image on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable performed on members Cooperative xxxmart Cibubur. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as instrument and taken as many as 88 respondents who are members The XXX Martr Cooperative uses a simple random sampling method. Data collection is done by providing a list of questions to respondents use google form. This study uses analytical tools SmartPLS ver 3.0. The hypothesis is tested with path coefficients and indirect effects. The results of the study obtained the following conclusions; (1) Consumer experience (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y1). (2) Convenience service (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y1). (3) Image company (X3) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y1). (4) Consumer satisfaction (Y1) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y2). (5) Consumer experience (X1) has a significant effect on loyalty customers (Y2) either directly or through customer satisfaction (Y1). (6) Service convenience (X2) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y2) either directly or through consumer satisfaction (Y1). (7) Image company (X3) has no significant effect on customer loyalty (Y2) either directly or through consumer satisfaction (Y1). Satisfaction variable consumers (Y1) are able to mediate from the influence of experience variables consumer (X1) and service convenience (X2) on customer loyalty (Y2). However, the consumer satisfaction variable (Y1) failed to mediate the effect of corporate image variable (X3) on customer loyalty (Y2)

Abstract

High company employee performance can be achieved if all the elements that exist within the agency are well integrated, and able to play its role in accordance with the needs and desires of the public and employees. Therefore we need support of compensation, work environment, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction to improve the performance of these employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of work environment compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction.This study aimed to examine the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment to improve the performance of these employees either partially or simultaneously in Pt. Gobel Dharma Sarana Karya. The method used is descriptive and verification method with a sample of 53 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaires and data analysis used is path analysis.The results showed that compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment partially influence job satisfaction and performance. Whereas job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment on performance
