Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizen Behavior, individual competence, and individual characteristics on the performance of employees of PT. Orizon Global Partner. The population in this study was 52 employees of PT. Orizon Global Partner. The sample used is as many as 52 employees, calculated based on the saturated sample. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that Organizational Citizen Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, knowledge management, and kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals. With the training variable is X1, the knowledge management variable is X2, the kaizen culture variable is X3, and the performance variable is Y. This research method is quantitative. The source of data in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of statements that have been provided with answer choices using a Likert scale. The population used in this study were 396 employees of PT Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals, the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents using the slovin formula. Data collection is done through using google forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient. The results of the study partially show that training has a positive and significant effect on performance, knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on performance, kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

In facing the current business competition, the company must also have an advantage in order to be able to survive and develop among its competitors. Turnover Intention is one of the problems that are often faced by companies or organizations. The cause of high turnover in the company due to the desire to move is related to negative attitudes from employees, such as lack of satisfaction and commitment to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention with the mediating variable Employee Retention Case Study PT. Yamada Indonesia Plant 2nd Factory. The sampling technique in this study is based on the employee population by means of total sampling or census samples with a sample of 71 employees at PT. Yamada Indonesia Plant 2nd Factory. Data analysis method used in this study with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that Talent Management has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention, Employee Engagement has an influence on Turnover Intention, Employee Retention has an influence on Turnover Intention, Talent Management has an influence on Employee Retention, Employee Engagement has an influence on Employee Retention, Employee Retention can mediate Talent Management on Turnover Intention and Employee Retention can mediate Employee Engagement on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the initial socio-economic conditions of the community regarding productive age who have not worked, the number of existing businesses and the level of income of local communities in the area of ​​the planned nutmeg plantation development by Kopermas Kami Nassey in Nikiwar District, Teluk Wondama Regency. The research method is a quantitative method and a qualitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection of productive age who has not worked, the number of existing businesses and the level of income of the community is carried out by means of structured interviews based on questionnaires, while employment data is obtained from government documents. The research subjects are community members who live in 5 villages within the boundaries of the study area. The sample of the community as respondents was determined purposively with the proportion of each village being (50%) of the number of households in the village pole. From the 5 study villages, 63 samples were obtained purposively representing the oldest village heads, village heads, religious leaders, community leaders, schoolteachers, youth leaders, and women leaders. The results showed that the total population in the study area amounted to 1069 people. More than 700 people in the study area are of working age population but job opportunities in this area are very limited due to the low level of the real economy sector that can create job opportunities for local communities. The real sector in the form of productive economic enterprises in this region is very low. Sources of income are relatively few and are classified as low or still below the needs of a decent living in West Papua Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between The Visionary Hero, compensation, and the effectiveness of employee performance at BPBD Rejang Lebong. The sample of this research is 36 respondents and the analytical method used is Spearman rank correlation analysis and t test. The results of the calculation of the variable the visionary hero with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.436 lies between 0.40-0.599 meaning that it has a moderate level of relationship, which is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing where t statistic > t table (2.8247 < 2.0345), thus H0 rejected Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees. The results of the calculation of the compensation variable with the Spearman rank correlation obtained that the value of 0.648 lies between 0.60-0.799, meaning that it has a strong relationship level and is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing, where t statistic > t table (4.9613 < 2.0345), which means that there is a significant relationship between compensation and the effectiveness of the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the external factors of the customer, namely the character of the debtor, managerial ability, business conditions, the use of credit that is not good for non-performing loans at commercial banks in Boyolali. The method used is by using a questionnaire to 70 respondents. Purposive Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.Ver 19) program. The results of data analysis research show that external factors on the character of the debtor have no significant effect on non-performing loans, managerial ability has a negative and significant effect on non-performing loans, business conditions have a positive and significant effect on problem loans, the use of bad credit has a positive and significant effect on non-performing loans.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ which is engaged in online loans. The sample used in this study was 63 respondents who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The research data is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents whose data is tested using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that both individually and simultaneously, information technology and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction. This indicates that the better the quality of information technology and services will encourage increased customer satisfaction. Thus, companies must prioritize more superior technology and service quality to increase customer satisfaction, which will increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect, Profitability, Firm Size, Asset Structure, Business Risk on Capital Structure. This research was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The number of observations is 131 samples. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purpose sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study states that profitability has no effect and is not significant, while the size of the firm has no effect but is significant on the capital structure of mining companies. And the asset structure and business risk have a negative and insignificant effect on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the internal control system, capacity, credit quality, and loan interest rates have an influence on credit giving at PT BPR Cita Dewi Karanganyar. By using primary data, obtained using quantitative statistical methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The total sample used in this study was 37 respondents using the saturated sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to explain that the internal control system, capacity, and credit quality have a significant positive effect on credit giving, but loan interest rates do not affect credit giving.

Abstract

Effects of Brand Equity and Product Quality Against Buying Decision of Houses in Bukit Cimanggu City Bogor Residents. The research was done by taking the respondents from the buyer at the same time as the residents in the Bukit Cimanggu City Bogor, marketing approaches, in particular, to explore and analyze the influence of brand equity and product quality on the decision of buying a house in Bukit Cimanggu City Bogor. Research data analysis is done using statistical and quantitative analysis descriptive, prime data obtained from the results of empirical research through questionnaires. The sample size in this study was 100 people, drawn to a simple random sample drawn in a way, and as many as 20 people to test the instrument. The results showed that the influence of brand equity on purchase decisions was 19.1%, the effect of the decision of purchasing the product quality by 58.2%, and is jointly brand equity and product quality influence purchase decisions by 67.4%.
