Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies related to consumer purchasing decisions on Akfix products. In this research data collection method used is questionnaire to know the factors sought by customer in choosing product of Akfix. The sample is 100 respondents who purchase Akfix products. Data analysis method used is regression analysis and SWOT. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that evaluation of marketing strategy applied to current product of akfix is product has average value 4.04. This means that respondents agree with the statement that respondents buy Akfix products because they already recognize the problems I am facing, respondents buy Akfix products after collecting various information, respondents buy Akfix products after evaluating various alternatives, and respondents feel satisfied after buying and using Akfix products. Factors influencing purchasing decisions are product, promotion price, and distribution. This is obtained because based on the results of analysis using SPSS, proved all variables have a significance value below 0.005. Product, promotion and distribution has a significance value of 0.000 while the price has naiai significance of 0.014. The most appropriate strategy to increase product sales akfix is the product. This is obtained because based on the results of analysis using SPSS, proved that the product variable has the largest beta value among other variables that is equal to 0.414.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the effect of the product involvement, product knowledge and perceived value that consumer’s have towards purchase intention on Ultramilk products with product knowledge and perceived value towards purchase intention as the mediating variable. The variables used were product involvement, produk knowledge, perceived value and purchase intention. This study uses quantitative method. The data collection technique use online questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents namely consumers that have drink Ultramilk milk products before with non probability sampling method. The analysis method that used in this study was pls-sem (structural equation modelling). The result showed that product involvement positively and significantly affect to product knowledge,perceived value and purchase intention directly and perceived value have positively and significantly affect to purchase intention but for produk knowledge no have significantly affect to purchase intention but product knowledge have significantly affect to perceived value which perceived value have positive affect to purchase intention.

Abstract

This thesis created to study the effect from each macro variable from Dow Jones Index, US Interest Rate, Price of Gold, Price of Oil, US Inflation and Rupiah Exchange Rate to Sectoral Indicies and help investors to make a better decision for investors in investing. The timeline of the data for this study will start from 2014 to 2016 where some changes will be seen in US Interest Rate. The analysis method that will be used in this study will be regression where a different assumption can be made even though a lot of previous study results in significancy with IHSG. Finally, not all data show significancy when compared to each sector from Sectoral Indicies. This fact can be checked from the significance from doing T test from Eviews9. Assumption that can be seen here is that macro data such as Dow Jones Index got high significancy with Sectoral Indicies while others are lower.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: First, to explore the effect of leadership on employees performance. Second,  to explore the effect of organizational commitment on employees performance. Third, to explore the effect of job satisfaction on employees performance. Fourth, to explore the effect of  balance scorecard on employees performance. Fifth, to explore the effect of leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and balance scorecard on employees performance. The population of this research are all employees of PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method of data collection is purposive sampling with 175 respondents. Data is collected using a questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis to examine the hypotheses. The results are: (1) leadership has a significant effect on employees performance; (2) organizational commitment no significant effect on employees performance; (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employees performance; (4) balance scorecard has a significant effect on employees performance; (5) leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and balance scorecard have a significant effect toward employees performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of communication technologies in the future would give the negative impact to the concept of multi level marketing (MLM). Customers can easily purchase products in the online store by using their gadgets. In order to maintain company performance and optimum competitive advantage, the company should be able to understand customers’ behavior. This research aims to find out the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction, study case in the company of PT Citra Nusa Insan Cemerlang (CNI) as MLM company, particularly in food product category. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaire with 5 point of likert scale towards 171 respondents. The criteria for the respondents were must be member of CNI, know the variation of the food product of CNI and do purchase the food product of CNI within latest 3 months. The data were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) statistical software, version 24.0. The conclusion of this research is that product quality, service quality and price, for both partially and simultaneously, have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction respectively are 0,543, 0,359 and 0,411.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the trading volume activity, stock prices and abnormal returns before and after the announcement of a stock split. The population of this study are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that take corporate action in the form of stock split at period 2017-2018. Sampling using purposive sampling. Based on the sampling criteria predetermined number of samples acquired 24 stocks. The analytical method used is the analysis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the observation period (event window) is 14 days. The results showed that there were differences in the trading volume activity and stock prices before and after the announcement of stock split, while the last hypothesis showed that there were no differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of stock split.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation towards job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees on the baby boomers, generation x, y, and z. Respondents in this research is done by taking a employee population from some random generation of working around the area of West Jakarta and Tangerang. The method is carried out in the form of survey method with the dissemination of questionnaires with population numbers 150 people. The results of this research show that the culture of the Organization and compensation have levels of influence significantly to job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Adjustment of organizational culture in the work environment and the granting of compensation in accordance with the work that is given to the employee can be influential with the job satisfaction of employees in a company as well as improve productivity or performance employees at the company

Abstract

This research was attempted to explore what factors are contributing to customer loyalty of pharmaceutical and herbal product in Indonesia. Author used Tolak Angin brand as OTC drug model. Questionnaires method was used in this research. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 by using data of 231 respondents who consumed any Tolak Angin products within 6 months. The result of the research shows that brand awareness and brand trust do partially have positive impact on customer loyalty. However, perceived quality partially doesn’t have positive impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand trust simultaneously do have positive impact on customer loyalty. The research provides insight to academics and pharmaceutical and traditional medicine company about how to manage customer loyalty of pharmaceutical and herbal product in Indonesia
