Abstract

Knowledge has become an asset in an organization, none other than knowledge in a group. The concept of knowledge sharing is an activity of exchanging knowledge between two or more parties such as individuals, groups, organizations or parts of an organization. In the world of education, the involvement of knowledge sharing among academicians can improve learning outcomes at a tertiary institution. The purpose of this study is to propose a model of knowledge sharing among academics at the University, especially academics at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Muhammadiyah Metro, Lampung. Factors that influence knowledge sharing among academics consist of individual factors and technological factors. Both of these factors can improve the performance of learning outcomes in higher education

Abstract

The design of information must be done by taking into account the user convenience factor (usability). Usability is a very important factor and must be considered so that users who implement the information system need to be easy to use, obtain the necessary information, and are interested in entering more into the information system. This research was conducted to analyze the acceptance system of the BRI Institute acceptability of new students based on usability criteria. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure the use of this online examination system for use. This SUS method has 10 questions that will be answered by the respondents involved and uses the direct system of the new student's Online Acceptance Exam. The average score obtained by the System Use Scale method is 74.67. These results fall into the Acceptable category so that the BRI Institute admissions system exam is suitable for use

Abstract

Computer-Based Test National Examination (UNBK) within the Ministry of Education and Culture using exam information system using a computer to obtain valid test results, and can be accountable. UNBK is a computer-based test or test that the presentation and selection is done computerized as a test medium. so that each test taker gets a different package of questions. The current UNBK operation uses a semi-online Virtual Hard Drive (VHD) system that is sent from an online central server via network (synchronization) to a local server, and then the execution of the student exams is served by the local server offline. The test results are then uploaded from the local server to the central server online. The local server uses the Virtual Machine application to run the UNBK server machine virtualization locally. Virtual machine application used is VirtualBox. The population of the study were all 10th grade students and 114 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of IBM SPSS Amos v.20 software. The result of this research is user satisfaction variable has significant effect to intention to use and user satisfaction has significant effect to net benefit.

Abstract

Indonesia has the biggest forest area which is almost 2/3 of the total area. Around 4000 types of wood are spread in the all areas of Indonesia?s forests. Wood identification has important benefits in determining quality of wood, that is developing in the wood industry. Manually, identifying wood species can only be done by a number of wood experts so the process take so much time and also has complex methods that cannot be done in shortly. Therefore, we need a system that can solve identification of wood types which is the process to be short and accurate. In this study, we used the method of support vector machine (SVM) to do classification of wood types which the resulting level of accuracy is 95%. This result also obtained by looking at the value of k-fold cross validation and confusion matrix.

Abstract

Keberagaman hasil kayu di indonesia mempunyai keunggulan masing-masing. Untuk mendukung terjaminnya kualitas suatu jenis kayu, maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi jenis kayu. Salah satu tahapan identifikasi menggunakan citra digital yaitu proses ekstraksi ciri citra. Ekstraksi ciri citra menggunakan Discrete Wavelet Transform dengan objek penelitian kayu merbau dan kayu jati bojonegoro menghasilkan nilai ciri yang baik pada koefisien LL.

Abstract

Masalah klasifikasi teks bahasa Indonesia  menyebabkan adanya jumlah dokumen yang terlalu banyak dan  masih manual, Dalam proses pengklasifikasian Membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena dokumen yang terlalu banyak. Permasalahan lain muncul ketika dokumen yang akan dikelompokkan dalam masing-masing kategori  memiliki kemiripan isi. aplikasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor dapat mengubah suatu dokumen yang siap untuk digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. diharapkan dengan menggunakan  metode K-Nearest Neighbor dan fungsi Squared Euclidean Distance dalam pengklasifikasian teks bahasa Indonesia dapat  memberikan  hasil yang relevan. Dari hasil pengklasifikasian tersebut dari tiga puluh dokumen test hanya 14 hasil pengklasifikasian yang relevan. Untuk nilai k=5 Menghasilkan nilai  precision 0,46. Nilai precision pada proses pengklasifikasian dokumen sangat dipengaruhi oleh frekuensi kata yang ada pada dokumen, dimana proses stemming dan stopword removal sangat mempengaruhi  nilai pembobotan pada setiap dokumen tersebut.

Abstract

The automotive industry is required to carry out product development and distribution of production results in accordance with market needs. PT XYZ is the largest and leading automotive group company in Indonesia that manufactures and distributes a wide range of two-wheeled and four-wheeled motor vehicle parts. The growth of national economy that relatively low affects on the weakening of the purchasing power of the people, thereby contributing negatively to the growth of the spare-parts market. In addition, there are several strategic issues that have occurred at PT XYZ. Based on these strategic issues, an information system strategic planning is needed, with the aim of supporting the course of the company's business processes and supporting the application of information systems and IT infrastructure that follows the development of business and technology. This research covers business models, analysis of the business environment, issues that arise from information systems strategies, and the preparation of IS, IT, and IS/IT management strategies. This study uses a model from Ward and Peppard. The stages carried out in this study are analysis of current conditions, analysis of future conditions, gap analysis and strategic planning, as well as the preparation of a roadmap and migration plan. The outputs of this study are twelve information systems development, five IT infrastructure developments, and three IS/IT management developments.

Abstract

Coffee commodities are agricultural commodities that have highexport value. Indonesia ranks fourth as the most significant coffee exportingcountry in the world. The main problem that occurs is the availability ofabundant crops, not balanced by proper postharvest processing andmarketing and the absence of farmers partnership with the coffeeprocessing industry. This study focuses on the determination of coffeeagroindustry products using the AHP method and the institutionaldetermination of coffee agroindustry using the exponential comparisonmethod. SPK development will use super decision software. The final resultof this study is the calculation of product determination obtained that instantcoffee has the highest weight of 0.3739, while the institution of coffeeagroindustry shows that establishing cooperation with Hulu - Hilir Industryhas the highest weight, namely 389,637

Abstract

Prospective student data can be used as important information for academic community, therefore proper data management needed to process it. This research uses the prospective student throught the 2020 APERTI scholarship path as the basis for the classification of prospective students which wasa previously done manually using Microsoft Excel so that the classification process is not optimal. The process of identifying profiles uses data mining to determine marketing plans and pattern of prospective students with a profile classification process as well as offering recommendations for them. This research used decision tree (C4.5). The attributes used for the classification process are father’s job, mother’s job, gender, school type, major and the choice of the chosen study program. The result of this research can be used to help sort out prospective students according to the informatics study program.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology has triggered the birth of various trends in everyday life such as E-commerce activities which have now penetrated various elements of society. Online shopping activities have grown significantly in line with the increase in buying and selling activities online. This is the background of this research on the effect of online shopping transaction satisfaction and consumer trust on online shopping attitudes and behavior in E-commerce. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of consumer satisfaction on attitudes and behavior of e-Commerce consumers. The methods used in this research are qualitative and quantitative. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a stronger influence on the desire to return to online shopping and is the best indication of their desire to return to shopping on the site, among others, with the ease of ordering, product information, website performance and product suitability. ordered.
