Abstract

The excellence of investigation management is one of the most important reasons for staying afloat in this time. The concept of excellence in education management according to Rhusdi Ahmad Tuaimah is centered on a goal, principle and also a strategy that aims to improve the administration of education and the educational process both at the national and international levels. This study aims to compare the perspectives of Rusdhi Ahmad Tuaimah with the figures. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a type of library study (library research), the data source used is secondary data and the data analysis technique is content analysis. Thus the excellence of educational management both in administration and the learning process so as to achieve the objectives of the process and strategies contained in educational institutions.

Abstract

Munculnya pembaharuan berawal dari keraguan dan ketidakpuasan akan kondisi-kondisi yang sebenarnya sudah dianggap mapan. Tetapi karena ada ketidak sesuaian dan kesenjangan dengan kondisi terkini, maka ide pembaharuanpun muncul. Pembaharuan terjadi dalam berbagai lini kehidupan, begitupula di Indonesia; salah satunya juga terjadi di dunia pendidikan Islam, pembaharuan dalam pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dimulai karena ketidakpuasan terhadap sistem pendidikan yang diberlakukan pemeritah Belanda; akibatnya, lahirlah sistem Pendidikan baru yang lebih memihak pada pendidikan Islam. Pada perkembangannya, pembaharuan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia lebih mengarah pada pembahruan pola pikir terhadap ilmu pengetahuan dan pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu tokoh pembaharu pendidikan Islam di Indonesia adalah Harun Nasution yang dikenal sebagai tokoh yang pro terhadap ide-ide Muhammad Abduh dan aliran Mu’tazilah yang dikenal dengan rasionalitasnya dalam memahami wahyu. Ide pembaharuan Pendidikan yang diperkenalkan Harun Nasution di Indonesia pada awalnya mengalami berbagai penolakan dan tantangan. Akan tetapi, pada akhirnya di tangannya, muncul pendidikan Islam yang tumbuh menjadi pusat jaringan intelektual khususnya di kalangan IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

Abstract

This journal article entitled “Morphological Analysis of Word Formation Process on political words YouTube podcast In Indonesia” aims to reveal the English word formation process and investigate the types of English process that appear, the change of basic meaning from the derived words occured, type of word formation process which is the most frequently used In YouTube podcast In Indonesia on 1st July 2023 edition. The analysis mainly uses a descriptive qualitative method or library method based on the theory of George Yule (2006) Fourth Edition and strenghtened by the theory of William o’ Grady (1984), Stefanny Jennady (1944) and Harimurti Kridalaksana ( 2007). In addition, oxford advanced learner’s dictionary 7th edition by wehmeimer,S,Ed, is also used to support the analysis. The data of the research is taken from the YouTube podcast about politic in Indonesia. Finding shows that researcher use the types of English word formation variously in the language used in the YouTube podcast. The English word formation process which are found are Acronym, abreviation, clipping, blending, borrowing, compounding, and derivation. It also shows that news writers try to make language that could be mentioned easily the English word Formation Process which Experience in the change of meaning are compounding and derivation and the most frequently use of English word formation Process is Derivation suffixes, suffixes and the prefixes. It seems from the finding result of the research that derivation hold the highest frequency in English word formation process in Politic Podcast.
