Abstract

The excellence of investigation management is one of the most important reasons for staying afloat in this time. The concept of excellence in education management according to Rhusdi Ahmad Tuaimah is centered on a goal, principle and also a strategy that aims to improve the administration of education and the educational process both at the national and international levels. This study aims to compare the perspectives of Rusdhi Ahmad Tuaimah with the figures. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a type of library study (library research), the data source used is secondary data and the data analysis technique is content analysis. Thus the excellence of educational management both in administration and the learning process so as to achieve the objectives of the process and strategies contained in educational institutions.

Abstract

Improving the quality of an Islamic boarding school is an important thing that must continue to be updated in line with current developments. This can be done by strengthening the management of students, the process carried out is guided by competency learning, so that students have competitiveness and become qualified in terms of learning and quality. implementation of values in life. The balance of students' knowledge is balanced in understanding Salafi science and also technological knowledge with the management of Islamic boarding schools such as activity programs, extra-curricular programs and also learning methods and strategies for improving the morals of students, so by managing the management of Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school students, the quality of Islamic boarding schools can be improved.

Abstract

Character education based on the multidisciplinary Islamic boarding school system has an important role in maintaining national culture and identity. Character education is an effort to form strong individuals, good morals, and awareness of human values. The Islamic boarding school system, with an educational environment centered on Islamic values, provides an ideal framework for developing student character. In this context, multidisciplinary character education emphasizes the integration of various scientific disciplines, including religion, science, arts and humanities. This helps students understand that moral and cultural values can be integrated into all aspects of their lives. Character education also encourages students to become responsible leaders in society.

Abstract

The curriculum is a series of educational activities in the form of programs and schedules of educational activities that are systematically designed. The aim of the Islamic religious education curriculum is to facilitate the learning process in schools, both elementary schools and universities, which is a plan to support the teaching and learning process so that it can become effective learning which consists of a lot of learning material, both general learning and Islamic religious education learning. So it is necessary to know in depth about the types of curriculum which focus on written curriculum and hidden curriculum. A written curriculum is a plan or program that is written in detail and systematically, while a hidden curriculum can also be interpreted as a form of curriculum that is not included in an official plan or program.

Abstract

Accreditation as an educational unit will encourage schools to prepare themselves, not only for self-evaluation for the good of the future, but also as a means of public accountability. Quality education is a process of establishing and fulfilling management standards consistently and continuously, so that both consumers, producers and other interested parties obtain satisfaction. The education quality assurance system in activities focuses on continuous quality improvement, by measuring and assessing the quality of the education system, the performance of educational institutions, and the quality of study programs. According to Dr. Muhsin al-mahdi sa'id accreditation is an activity to assess the feasibility of a program in an educational unit based on predetermined criteria. In the quality assurance process there are several statements that must be fulfilled, as well as in the accreditation itself, which includes procedures, assessments and components that must be fulfilled, so that later the quality assurance management of education in educational institutions will develop well and receive a positive response. positive from the environment around the educational institution

Abstract

This research aims to describe how full day school management improves the independent character of students at SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah. Which focuses on how to plan, organize, implement and evaluate full day school management in improving the independent character of students at SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah. Basically, an educational institution which consists of many human resources requires good management, because this has an impact on the progress of the school or educational institution. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, data sources are obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Several informants from SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah were the same, including; principal, head of Curriculum, teachers and students. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out through extended participation, persistence, observation and triangulation. The results of this research show that; First, the two loci carry out planning using a meeting system involving school stakeholders. Second, the two loci carry out optimal organization or division of tasks with the same techniques, only there are differences in terms. Third, the implementation of full day school management in improving independent character is carried out by means of coordination meetings, program socialization, then starting. Fourth, program evaluation is also carried out at a maximum of two loci, but at SDA Ummul Quro with structured and unstructured evaluations, while at SD Plus Nurul Hikmah with weekly, monthly, semi-metered and annual evaluations

Abstract

Evaluation is the most important thing in the implementation of training, because it reflects the level of development and progress in the quality of training results. Research methods are steps that have been systematically arranged to achieve the field of science. And the method used in this study is qualitative which is Library Research, which is research that combines library data in the form of books, journals, magazines, historical records and other literature literature. In this case, the researcher collects relevant data and then analyzes the data by reading carefully and writing it with a conclusion Evaluation of training in the ROI (return on investment) model or also known as Return on Training Investment/ROTI) is an evaluation that measures the benefits of training compared to the costs (cost-benefit). The ROI model introduces the training program evaluation stages which include 4 (four) main stages, namely: evaluation planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting evaluation results

Abstract

Islam memandang gender suatu bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang mempunyai peran dan tugas serta tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan proses hidup dan kehidupan ini sesuai dengan potensi, bakat dan ilmu yang ada pada masing-masing diri individu, sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya kesetaraan gender ini, peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan akan jelas, dan dapat menjalankan aktivitas kehidupan ini sesuai dengan kodrat masing-masing yang berdasarkan ilmu yang ada pada diri laki-laki dan perempuan tersebut. Sementara kesetaraan gender perspektif Islam dalam kepemimpinan juga akan lebih jelas, karena hidup manusia tidak lepas dari tanggung jawab dan perannya dalam pendidikan, dimana didalam beraktivitas kesehariaannya, manusia mempunyai peran untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang ada, termasuk dunia kepemimpinan bagi kaum perempuan, yang tidak ada halangan bagi kaum perempuan untuk terjun di dunai kepemimpinan dan pendidikan asalkan peran mereka didalam rumah tangga tetaplah sebagai istri dari suaminya, dan sebagai ibu dari anak-anaknya.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, requires teachers to update and upgrade various knowledge and understanding of learning, to suit the development of society, the characteristics of students, the development of science and technolog. TPACK is a teacher's ability that makes it easier for students to understand Islamic religious education learning during the teaching and learning process. The components in the TPACK Approach are CK, PK, TK, TPK (technological pedagogical knowledge), TCK (technological content knowledge), PCK (pendagogical content knowledge) and TPACK (technological pedagogical content knowledge). The TPACK framework is technology-based learning and is supported by pedagogical skills and mastery of material by teachers. The implementation of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) in teaching resources and materials can make students better understand abstract concepts, avoid misconceptions, and practice high-level skills.
