Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Financial Assistance To Kampung Dalam ADK Program as well as being inhibiting. The study concluded that the implementation of the ADK Policy relating to communications between actors in the implementation of ADK done through socialization conducted by a team of district to district level and consistency in the achievement of the message / command policy. But some things related to the communication/dissemination to the public about its policies ADK has not been done by the implementor. This resulted in the level of public understanding of the ADK to be not optimal in accordance with expectations. This condition will result in the difficulty of community participation in the implementation of the ADK and in monitoring activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of education and training will be undertaken by the office of the Department of Mines and Energy of Kutai Barat in improving the performance of employees. As well as what are the constraints faced by the office of the Department of Mines and Energy of Kutai Barat in improving the performance of employees. The study concluded that the implementation of education and training for the State Civil Apparatus in the West Kutai Distamben left entirely to BKD appoint competent agency organizes. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of societal empowerment in forestry at Sebulu district Kutai Kartanegara regency as well as factors that hindering it. The result shows that the implantation of the program is still not optimal. One if the main thing influenced the program is the inactivity of local forestry stakeholders in supporting the societal forestry empowerment..

Abstract

Tarakan Hospital Regional Public Health Office has a duty, powers and functions in the field of public health services. With the increasing complexity of health problems in the world and the increasingly high demand, the demand for health services Tarakan Hospital is required to work on improving the quality of health care as one of improving public health efforts. The results of this study recommend some strategic issues that ought to be implemented by the Tarakan Hospital are required to work on improving the quality of health services to the community. Strategic issues which should be developed by the Tarakan Hospital is utilization of advances in technology, improve and maximize Human Resources and optimization of existing facilities

Abstract

 One of the main challenges in describing and analyzing development process in border area is its complexity and scope. It requires the use of development concept and moral assessment, so those concept are discussed. This article is an analysis about the development process in the border area of north Kalimantan. Research shows that the real conditions in the border area of north Kalimantan are still poor. It was proven by lack of infrastructure, and the basic need services such as education and health. What does it take to enhance the quality of development? Does it require an ethic approach? Moral dimension is designed to help avoid such wrong model in development implementation and support for sustained improvement in the border area of north Kalimantan.
